Family / Re: My Marriage On The Brink Of Crashing, Experienced People Needed Now. by foxe(m): 10:45pm On Apr 30, 2017
5DMindset:
Looks like the only reason anyone should marry these days is just for the sex, and the expenses on a partner should be equated to the quality and quantity of sex, cos I dont really understand what is going on. It used to be a single lady seeking assistance that sleeps around, now even married women that their husbands have done their best to provide the basic needs, going around and hunting for extra cash to put up appearances and be like their instagram and facebook friends, so they can generate 'likes' and 'shares'.

I have avoided several married women, and some I didnt even know until after they have done the deeds. These days, love means nothing other than having fantasy feelings with the person who can afford their bills.

There is nothing you can do my brother, you got to put your home together and play the detective. The marriage can never be the same again, except you are ready to step out of the mind-body complex and stay removed from emotions while observing her every move. Even if you marry a new woman now, the moment the attraction wanes, they join their friends to enjoy sex on crack cocaine. Drugs are ravaging marriages and relationships these days like crazy and there is nothing you can do to heal a marriage once a woman tastes that shit and get hooked. If she hasnt gone that line, take her back, always know that a repentant enemy is better than a friend. Cos friends are there for with a prerogative of self interest, but when a women knows what she has to run around to eat against being provided, her head go correct.

Shake her small, and take her back, then shut down the business until she is ready to be humble. The business is what empowers her to do shit. Cut her wings and see her crawl, then get her a better thing to do when she don repent from insulting her husband.

I dont remember what business you opened for her, but if it is hair dressing, massage/spa ESPECIALLY if there is massage/spa, then she probably has taken over the massage business and has been great on happy endings. I know these because I have virtually been a customer of many Spas in VI/Lekki Phase 1 and its environs, and I know that big man wife dey give bj to any customer willing to pay good money, even when the car she drives is worth more than 10m, I pity men like us, wahala dey town. Na issues like this make me no dey trust myself, not even to talk of trusting any human being when it comes to sex. Dont we all do it even for fantasy ? Truth is, it is rare to find a human being that hasnt cheated, we were not designed to be married. Period.
good advice sir......thanks again

Hahahahaa, You really do not know me. I am not a coward, I am a fighter and when I am ready, I will rescue this country from these idi0ts parading themselves as politicians, that is how determined I am because I have defeated fear.

I assert the following and I want you to proof me wrong;

1. There are Ghosts, scientifically, these are ectoplasma, the fabric of matter that the dead leave behind on the lower astral plane as they evolve into the next dimension at death.

2. That man, is not the highest on the Food Chain, that demons and vampires feed on the negative energies emanating from our ecto or exoplasma, the positive energy being love, the vampires append a mechanism of conversion to negative vibrational frequencies which we call, fear, anger, anxiety, sadness and they feed on these radiation of energy bands.

3. That man, created and still create the universe even till this minute.

4. That, Earth is a spaceship and its on the move in the cosmos

5. That Creation of Earth started with Sound.

6. That sound produces magnetism.

7. That magnetism produce electromagnetism and ofcourse Light is a by-product.

8. That Duality of Light and Sound is the precursor of all Physical creation.

9. That at our Core, we are God and God is Light.

10. And as Light Beings, we can travel at speed of Light across the cosmos

11. That we do NOT have a Soul but we are Soul, that we have a body.

12. That our body is spacesuit designed for Earth and will be drop on Earth as we jet out of Earth when we drop the physical body and all physicalities.

13. That the mind of man is the framework where thoughts, emotions and feelings are articulated.

Dear silly atheists, I challenge you to proof me wrong.

Islam for Muslims / Why Islam Progresses Than Other Religions by foxe(m): 8:13am On Sep 11, 2016
www.faithfreedom.org/

First the Muslims came for the Zoroastrians and I had no idea who a Zoroastrian was and then I learnt that they were one of the oldest religions but were decimated when the Muslims conquered Persia (Iran) going from around 40 million to about 190,000 mostly living in the US/Canada/India. I did not speak out because I was not a Zoroastrian.

Then the Muslims came for the Bahá’í raping, beheading and hanging men, women, young girls. I had never heard of the Bahá’í and besides they were from Iran thousands of miles away and not my problem and therefore I did not care about them.

Then the Muslims came for the Hindus murdering over 80,000,000. All I knew about Hindus was that they were from India which was for all I cared on another planet and I did nothing.

Then the Muslims came for the Yazidi driving them from their homes pillaging, raping and enslaving thousands of young girls as sex slaves. I watched on CNN in horror but was relieved when CNN declared that these horrendous acts were being committed by ISIS who were not true Muslims and had misinterpreted and corrupted the word of God in the Holy Quran. Day after day, I watched and felt so sorry for these poor girls being sold in slave markets recorded on social media but I quickly forgot about them because the baseball championships had started.

Then the Muslims came for the Sikhs another bunch of another strange religion. I learnt that Muslims had given them an ultimatum hundreds of years ago to convert to Islam or have their babies disemboweled and their torn apart baby bodies hosted ahigh on swords. Horrific as this was, I knew that this was not the true Islam but again misunderstanders of the true Islam and besides Sikhs dressed weirdly.

Then the Muslims came for the Buddhists murdering 10,000,000 but I had never met a Buddhist and besides what they believed in like re-incarnation was nonsensical to me so I did not speak out.

Then the Muslims came for the blacks murdering 120,000,000 – castrating the surviving black men they enslaved so they could not procreate. Millions died bleeding to death. In Nigeria, they destroyed whole regions of the country, murdering, beheading thousands. In one village they had kidnapped hundreds of girls from school and took them into the jungle. I was of course horrified and felt so sorry for these poor girls who only wanted to get an education. I watched the media go into a frenzy for a few weeks with Michelle Obama leading with her Bring Our Girls Back campaign but after a few months I forgot about them when the media and Michelle had quickly lost interest. Out of sight – out of sound and therefore out of my mind.

Then the Muslims came for the gays killing them in the worst ways imaginable throwing them off buildings, driving trucks over them, burning them alive. But I knew this was not the true Islam even though Islam was filled with teachings ordering their murder. But when the vast majority of Gays rose up in support of Islam denouncing anyone who dared defend the murdered gays, I quickly lost all interest in plight of the few. If the gays didn’t care for their own then why should I.

Then the Muslims came for the Jews blowing them up in Israel, attacking them with knives, guns, vehicles, missiles, but everyone said that Israel was an oppressive country enslaving the Palestinians denying them their freedom and besides it was better for us if Israel just disappeared appeasing the Muslims so they would not blow us up in our country.

Then the Muslims came for the Christians murdering 60,000,000, destroying 30,000 churches, turning Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Turkey from Christian to Muslim countries. I really didn’t care too much because Christians themselves didn’t care about the plight of Mid East Christians. Christian leaders from the Pope to ministers all sang the praises of Allah and Muhammad, holding interfaith ceremonies, allowing churches to be turned into mosques. These leaders turned a blind eye to the torture of Christians in Muslim lands rarely if ever standing for the human rights of these oppressed. If the Christians didn’t give a damn then why should I

Then it came to pass after a time that Islam had spread throughout the world forcing all inhabitants to convert to Islam or be killed. Most quickly joined the new reality becoming even more devout in their new religion then their converters and enthusiastically embraced the Quran drenching the world in a bloodbath that destroyed upwards of a billion. During this time of the Great Islam conquest, I desperately disguised myself dressing like a Muslim, praying like a Muslim, eating like a Muslim, but alas after a few years I was denounced as a fraud by my family and dragged out of my home discovering that I was the last surviving kafir on earth.

I became an instant worldwide celebrity. I was paraded in front of CNN, NBC, FOX who had long ago became mouthpieces for the Islamic order lead by Bill O’Reilly, Megyn Kelly, Christiane Amanpour, and their ilk transported to Washington now the capital of the Caliphate of Erdogan The Great, where I was tortured in ways not yet imagined. Billions of Muslims yelling Allah Akbar viewed my dissection live while my arms were being hacked off, disemboweled so my guts hung out while screaming trained eagles devoured my innards and then a knife slowly started cutting my neck, blood pouring out like a gusher everywhere. The blade got broken on the vertebrae so 2 Muslims jumped up and grabbed my head twisting it like a chicken until the vertebrae finally broke apart severing my head. The Muslims held it up to the delirious screams and delight of the rejoicing billions.

The strange thing was that I still felt consciousness like I was in a suspended state and then I screamed and screamed as I woke from my dream. I felt my head still attached to my body, I felt my blankets soaked not from blood but from sweat. I was so relieved that I start to hysterically laugh. Then I heard the downstairs door being smashed in and yelling and screaming hordes running up the stairs.

And then I – Jake Neuman – the Last Kafir ceased to exist.

Nation Building: The Need For An Effective
and Credible Mainstream Opposition.

The Shadow Cabinet of Nigeria, a group of
young, diplomatic and peace loving Nigerians
has called on the People's Democratic Party
(PDP) to get it right in selecting a new
substantive national chairman. We are of the
opinion that this decision is critical to the
survival of the party and the sustenance of
democracy in Nigeria.

In a statement signed by the group’s leader,
Oke Umurhohwo, the Shadow Cabinet called
on the PDP leadership to adopt as National
Chairman, an individual of impeccable
character, an effigy of credibility and
integrity, a loyal party member that is devoid
of parochial interest, sectionalism and a
fellow not found wanting by every standard.
He must be courageous and acceptable in his
zone. He should also possess the potential to
build bridges and unite party members.
Read the statement:

In times like this, It is quite understandable
and reasonable to conclude that the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP) is undergoing a
most challenging moment since it formation
in 1998. While many people have wrongly
misinterpreted this situation, we are of the
view that it is not new to global history of
political party development.

We have witnessed the fall and rise of
political parties in different climes. The
Labour Party in the United Kingdom is a
major reference point. We also acknowledge
that it is the beauty of democracy for political
parties to be in and out of power.

It is therefore in the overall interest of
Nigerians that we all support the
repositioning of the PDP to become a
responsible opposition. It ability to stand firm
and stay focused is very vital to deepening
our democratic process.

We are however concerned that there is a
desperate attempt by the current ruling party,
the All Progressives Party (APC) through the
Presidency to silent opposition parties and
annihilate the PDP. We have it on good
authorities that moles have also been
procured to destabilize the PDP.

We are sincerely worried that this may spell
doom for our democracy and undermine civil
rule. However, we have resolved as a group
to go beyond serving as a political watchdog
to also strengthen the opposition parties so
that democracy can flourish and serve public
good.

Therefore as part of commitment to support
the opposition parties in the country, we wish
to urge the PDP to maintain eternal vigilance
and put it house in order. Consequently as a
good step forward towards electing it party's
executives from the ward level leading to the
forthcoming National Convention, the party
should ensure the appointment of a
substantive National Chairman from the
Northeast that will sincerely midwife the
electoral process.

This National Chairman, should be an
individual of impeccable character, an effigy
of credibility and integrity, a loyal party
member that is devoid of parochial interest,
sectionalism and a fellow not found wanting
by every standard. He must be courageous
and acceptable in his zone. He should also
possess the potential to build bridges and
unite party members.

Our take on this goes thus, a journey of a
thousand miles begins with a step, it is better
to factor in the favourable results of a long
term approach than that of meeting an
immediate need. If the North East is coming
to complete its term, the period of emergence
of a National Chairman should not extend
beyond the party's National Convention.
We also urge the leadership of the party to
further consult with the PDP founding fathers
on further advices to reposition the party.
While we are aware that some have defected,
but the vast majority are still within the reach
of the party. This is necessary to restructures
the NEC, NWC and BOT.

We are aware that the PDP has announced
the zoning of it 2019 Presidential slot to the
North as a strategy to further strengthen it
base in the North. However, we are of the
opinion that the leadership should first
concentrate on rebuilding and strengthening
the party, learning from the many reasons
why it lost power at the center. The coming
convention provides a great opportunity for
the PDP to rejuvenate the party back and
connect with the Nigerian people.
When Spider webs unite, they can tie up a
lion. More than ever, the PDP needs to
assemble a united front. No father will tell
his repented son to change his surname.
Your decision tomorrow will either make or
mar democracy in Nigeria

Oke Umurhohwo
The biggest case of fraud today is not $2.1b,
its $30b…
The $30 Federal budget as proposed is
simply fraudulent, these is just no way else
to put it.
I had written earlier about the absence of the
Education budget on the website of the
Budget Office, yes there is a link to the
Education budget, but click on it, it takes you
to the Defense Budget, so in effect the
education is “missing”. Undeterred I looked at
the Consolidated Budget to find the Education
budget, I wish I did not.

This budget was termed and advertised as a
“zero-based” budget, unfortunately, this
budget is a fraud, anyone who approves or
signs this budget is complicit.
Let me give you a few examples in this
‘missing” education budget, Federal
Government College Garki has a cost
N400,237 repeated 20 times…20 times! local
transport, books, security, maintenance, etc
etc etc, all the same cost for N400,237
Federal College Ijanike has N350,362
repeated 12 times, how can newspapers,
cleaning, Legal, sporting etc etc etc all cost
the same?

Federal College of Iket Nise as N1,278,682
repeated 8 times…. How? water, drugs,
training…all cost exactly N1,278,682?
And it goes on and on and on……
Now before you assume it’s just restricted to
the Ministry of Education, the ministry with
the highest allocation the behemoth Ministry
of Works, Housing and Power has a line
items repeated 7 times i.e. “Generation of
700mw from Zungeru Hydropower project is
duplicated 6 times!

These are just the duplication, what about the
appropriateness of the expenses? The State
House Hospital, just one hospital gets more
allocation than all of Nigeria teaching
hospitals combined….
Let me be very clear, the State House
Medical Center get a proposed capital
appropriation of N3.8b, the combined total of
the capital vote for ALL teaching hospitals in
Nigeria is about N3.0b….no wonder the
capital vote is high this year….
Could the equipment being purchased for the
State House Hospital not be installed in the
National Hospital, so all Nigerian can use it?
I am just disgusted….

This has implications for all of us. You see in
any budget, you list your revenues, then your
expenses, the difference is either a deficit or
a surplus….in Nigeria case it’s a deficit, a
deficit of N2.2t….to fund this N2.2t, Nigeria
will borrow $25m a day, yes Twenty-Five
Million Dollars a day! you and I will pay for
this borrowing, remember oil has crashed,
that’s why you’re seeing “stamp duty taxes
everywhere

The defense given is that we are borrowing to
fund the capital vote, to build roads and rails,
this is false. We are borrowing because the
recurrent vote has been bloated with
numerous repeated “N400,237” and
“N1,278,682”. If the recurrent vote is properly
audited and these duplication cleaned out,
the difference between the revenues and
expenditure will fall, and subsequently the
borrowing will fall….
This budget is a fraud in intent and content,
and truly I am ashamed this fraud has been
presented and has been actually passed to
second reading….so this will pass? We will
actually spend more capital vote on one
hospital than ALL teaching hospital
COMBINED?

I have to stop here; I don’t want to abuse
people….To hell with your anticorruption ……
to hell with it

Igbo people

The Igbo, sometimes (especially formerly)
referred to as the Ibo, are a West African
ethnic group numbering in the tens of
millions. Most Igbos live in southeastern
Nigeria, constituting about 18% of the
population of the country; they can also be
found in significant numbers in neighboring
Cameroon and other African countries. Their
language is the Igbo language.

Geography

The Igbo in Nigeria are found primarily in
Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu and Imo,
stretching into adjacent states like Delta and
Rivers. The Igbo language is predominant
throughout this area, although English (the
national language) is also spoken. Prominent
towns in Igbo country include Aba, Awka,
Owerri, Orlu, Nnewi, Mbaise, Nsukka, Enugu,
Onitsha, Afikpo, Okigwe, Umuahia, Asaba,
Ohafia, Ututu, Ideani, Alayi, Arochukwu,
Abiriba, Ihechiowa, Item, Nkporo, Bende and
Awkuzu amongst others.
Traditional religious beliefs
The traditional Igbo religion believes in a
benevolent creator, usually known as
Chukwu, who created the visible universe, the
uwa. Opposing this force for good is agbara,
meaning spirit or supernatural being.
Apart from the natural level of the universe,
they also believe that it exists on another
level, that of the spiritual forces, the alusi.
The alusi are minor deities, and are forces
for blessing or destruction, depending on
circumstances. They punish social offences
and those who unwittingly infringe their
privileges.
The role of diviners is to interpret
the wishes of the alusi, and the role of the
priest is to placate them with sacrifices.
Either a priest is chosen through hereditary
lineage or he is chosen by a particular god
for his service, usually after passing through
a number of mystical experiences. Each
person also has a personalised providence,
which comes from Chukwu, and returns to
him at the time of death, a chi. This chi may
be good or bad.

It is Igbo belief that the spirits of one's
ancestors keep a constant watch over them.
The living show appreciation for the dead and
pray to them for future well being. It is
against tribal law to speak badly of a spirit.
Those ancestors who lived well, died in
socially approved ways, and were given
correct burial rites, live in one of the worlds
of the dead, which mirror the worlds of the
living. They are periodically reincarnated
among the living and are given the name
ndichie – the returners. Those who died bad
deaths and lack correct burial rites cannot
return to the world of the living, or enter that
of the dead. They wander homeless,
expressing their grief by causing harm among
the living.

The Igbo expected in their prayers and
sacrifices, blessings such as long, healthy,
and prosperous lives, and especially children,
who were considered the greatest blessing of
all. The desire to offer the most precious
sacrifice of all led to human sacrifice –
slaves were often sacrificed at funerals in
order to provide a retinue for the dead man in
life to come. There was no shrine to Chukwu,
nor were sacrifices made directly to him, but
he was conceived as the ultimate receiver of
all sacrifices made to the minor deities.
These minor deities claimed an enormous
part of the daily lives of the people. The
belief was that these gods could be
manipulated in order to protect them and
serve their interests. If the gods performed
these duties, they were rewarded with the
continuing faith of the tribe. Different regions
of Igboland have varying versions of these
minor deities.

Modern religious distribution

Some Igbo still practice traditional Igbo
religion. Although the Igbo have been largely
Christianized, indigenous belief systems
retain some influence, particularly in the
suburban and rural villages. As with most
Christianized peoples, Christian Igbos
incorporated many of the culture's indigenous
values, customs and traditions in their own
systems of Christian worship -- merely
deemphasizing their origins. Most of the
Christian Igbos are Roman Catholics.
Origin
The Igbo appear to have come south from
the area where the Niger and Benue Rivers
come together.

According to Professor A. E. Afigbo, a
scholar of Igbo heritage, "the Igbo, and
perhaps the Idoma and most likely the Ijaw
(Ijo), would appear to be the one of the only
surviving coherent ethnic groups from the
first set of proto-Kwa speakers to penetrate
the forest areas of Southern Nigeria and who
at one time occupied areas as far to the west
as Ile-Ife in Yorubaland.

The origins of the Igbo people has been the
subject of much speculation, and it is only in
the last fifty years that any real work has
been carried out in this subject:

...like any group of people, they are anxious to discover their origin and reconstruct how
they came to be how they are. ...their experiences under colonialsim and since Nigeria’s
Independence have emphasized for them the reality of their group identity which they want to
anchor into authenticated history.
Analysis of the sources that are available
(fragmentary oral traditions and correlation
of cultural traits) have led to the belief that
there exists a core area of Igboland, and that
waves of immigrant communities from the
north and west planted themselves on the
border of this core area as early as the ninth
century. This core area – Owerri, Orlu and
Okigwi – forms a belt, and the people in this
area have no tradition of coming from
anywhere else. Migration from this area in
the recent past tended to be in all directions,
and in this way the Igbo culture gradually
became homogenized. In addition to this
pattern of migration from this core area,
other people also entered the Igbo territory in
about the fourteenth or fifteenth centuries.
Many of these people still exhibit different
characteristics from that of the traditional
Igbos – for example geographical
marginality, the institution of kingship, a
hierarchical title system and the amosu
tradition (witchcraft). For some time some
Igbo-speaking peoples claimed that they
were not Igbo – the word was used as a term
of abuse for “less cultured” neighbours. The
word is now used in three senses, to describe
Igbo territory, domestic speakers of the
language and the language spoken by them.

Pre-colonial life

Pre-colonial Igbo political organization was
based on communities, devoid of kings or
governing chiefs. With the exception of towns
such as Onitsha, which had kings called
Obis, and places like Nri and Arochukwu,
which had priest kings known as Ezes, most
Igbo village governments were ruled solely by
an assembly of the common people.
Although titleholders were respected because
of their accomplishments, they were never
revered as kings, but often performed special
functions given to them by such assemblies.
This way of governing was immensely
different from most other communities of
Western Africa, and only shared by the Ewe
of Ghana. Igbo secret societies also had a
ceremonial script called Nsibidi. The Igbo
had a calendar in which a week had four
days. A month consisted of seven weeks and
thirteen months made a year. In the last
month, an extra day was added. This
calendar is still in use in villages and towns
to determine the market days.

They also had mathematics called Okwe and
Mkpisi and a saving and loans bank system
called Isusu. They settled law matters by
oath-taking to a god. If that person died in a
certain amount of time, he was guilty. If not,
he was free to go, but if guilty, that person
could face exile or servitude to a deity.

Colonial period

The arrival of the British in the 1870s and
increased encounters between the Igbo and
other Nigerians led to a deepening sense of a
distinct Igbo ethnic identity. The Igbo also
proved remarkably decisive and enthusiastic
in their embrace of Christianity and Western
education. Under British colonial rule, the
diversity within each of Nigeria's major
ethnic groups slowly decreased and
distinctions between the Igbo and other large
ethnic groups, such as the Hausa and the
Yoruba became sharper.

Nigerian Civil War

Following a military coup which removed
Johnson Aguiyi-Ironsi from power, the Igbo-
dominated southeast of the country seceded
from Nigeria as the Republic of Biafra. A civil
war, after which the federal government
reabsorbed Biafra into Nigeria, stretched from
1967 until 1970.

In July 2007, Emeka Ojukwu renewed calls
for the seccesation of the Biafran state as a
sovereign entity. He reaffirmed that "the only
alternative is a separate existence" and went
further to say that "what upsets the Igbo
population is we are not equally Nigerian as
the others", but was reminded that his fellow
Igbo people are not equally treated by their
own people. Mr Ojukwu is openly known to
be pro Osu, a mean, discriminatory and
pagan tradition which has left over 6 million
Igbo men and women second class in their
own country. "Mr Ojukwu and the Igbos
should first bury discrimination at home"
said one observer

The Igbo diaspora

After the Nigerian Civil War, many Igbo
emigrated out of the traditional Igbo
homeland in southeastern Nigeria due to an
absence of federal presence, lack of jobs,
and poor infrastructure. Not only have the
Igbo people moved to such Nigerian cities as
Lagos and Abuja, but have also moved to
other countries such as Cameroun, Equatorial
Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Togo, Ghana, Canada,
the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Prominent Igbo communities outside Africa
include those of London in the United
Kingdom and Houston, California, Atlanta,
and Washington, D.C. in the United States.
[citation needed] Of prominence also are
Igbos in Finland .

Modern Igbo society

After the Nigerian Civil War, Igboland was
severely devastated. Many hospitals, schools,
and homes had been completely destroyed in
the brutal war. In addition to the loss of their
savings, many Igbo people found themselves
discriminated against by other ethnic groups
and the new non-Igbo federal government.
[citation needed] Due to the discrimination of
employers, many Igbo had trouble finding
employment, and the Igbo became one of the
poorest ethnic groups in Nigeria during the
early 1970s. Igboland was gradually rebuilt
over a period of twenty years and the
economy was again prospering due to the
rise of the petroleum industry in the adjacent
Niger Delta, which led to new factories being
set up in southern Nigeria. Many Igbo
eventually regained government positions.
The Igbo, however, continue to face many
problems and challenges. Even today, Igbo
people have sometimes continued to face
discrimination from other ethnic groups.
Also, because the traditional Igbo homeland
was becoming too small for its growing
population, many Igbo have emigrated out of
Igboland.

Igbo language

The Igbo people largely speak the Igbo
language. The language was used by John
Goldsmith as an example to justify deviating
from the classical linear model of phonology
as laid out in The Sound Pattern of English. It
is written in the Roman script. Igbo is a tonal
language, like Yoruba and Chinese.

Igbo music

The Igbo have a rhythm of music which
consists of drums "ikoro" "udu", flute "opi",
Ogene, Igba, Ichaka and other instruments.
They also have a style of music called
Ikorodo which involves a vocal performance
accompanied by several musical instruments.
Nigeria is known as the land of music, and
many Nigerians express themselves through
music. Nigerians have acquired a great
capacity for the love of music, which usually
involves percussion accompaniment, although
not always. Traditional Igbo music includes a
lot of drum beats. Another popular musical
form among the Igbo tribe is Highlife, which
is a fusion of jazz and traditional music and
widely popular in West Africa.[citation
needed]

Funeral ceremonies

The funeral ceremonies and burials of the
Igbo people are extremely complex, the most
elaborate of all being the funeral of a chief.
However, there are several kinds of deaths
that are considered shameful, and in these
circumstances no burial is provided at all.
Women who die in labour, children who die
before they have teeth, those who commit
suicide and those who die in the sacred
month – for these people their funeral
ceremony consists of being thrown into a
bush. Their religious beliefs also led the Igbo
to kill those that might be considered
shameful to the tribe. Single births were
regarded as typically human, multiple births
as typical of the animal world. So twins were
regarded as less than humans and put to
death (as were animals produced at single
births). Children who were born with teeth (or
whose upper teeth came first), babies born
feet first, boys with only one testicle, and
lepers, were all killed and their bodies thrown
away in secrecy.[citation needed]

^^ Who ever wrote that, clearly does not know
what they are talking about. In the bo
Things fall apart by Chinua Achebe, It clearly
states that anybody that dies during the
sacred month, or commit suicide, or people
who do not deserve a proper burial will not
be thrown in a bush, but they will be caste to
die in the Evil Forest. -Tiffany =) You're
