Please, is it ok for someone who lost her two fellopian tubes to do hsg?

I thought HSG was aimed at the fallopian tubes?
when you say lost, do you mean blocked or what?

I did HSG last week and was told both tubes were blocked.
I was advised to go for IVF...which i am not planning to do.
Anybody here with useful information for better alternatives?
