Please I will like to have your genuine advices on my passport case.

Sometime in 2013, I gave my passport to a travel agent along awolowo road, ikeja to help me obtain a Canada visa after 3 months of waiting. The travel agent called me to come for my passport on getting to his office, I opened my passport. I saw Trinidad and Tobago visa which I honorably declined that it wasn’t our agreement angrily I left the passport with him. I contacted an immigration officer at ikoyi passport office, that I needed a new passport. I explained the scenario to him, he advised that I need to do a lost case, which I said okay.
Now am ready to do the lost case process, but same immigration officer is telling me it’s going to cost me 120,000 naira for 10 years’ validity period. He said I need to get the following documents below;
Data Page of my passport
NIN
Court Affidavit
Police Report
Where I am confused now is; the DOB on my NIN is different from the one of my passport i.e the month and date are okay, it’s just the year alone. and if anyone has a vital information on how I can correct the DOB on my NIN, please help a brother.
I have read some testimony here, on how one can do it on his/her own.
Please my question is there any additional documents, I need to present at the immigration office because there is nothing like fast track. I remembered last year I paid the same immigration officer 130k for my sibling’s passport and it took almost 5-6 months before its out.
Please if there is any other information I need to know in terms of documentations and how I will go about doing it on my own kindly share it here as I may not be the only one in this kind of situation, thank you.

His family said since the lady gave him a child and they are living together presently, that they will visit the lady parent after they ask and confirm from the lady the whole truth about the matter. Every right as tradition will be paid to them (yoruba traditional stuff) but there won't be any fom of ring and elaborated wedding for the lady, meaning they want the guy to marry another wife and do the proper wedding stuff.

A (guy) fresh graduate has been dating a lady for more that 6years now. Firstly the lady told the guy that she already have a child(daughter), they continue dating each other, the lady gave the guy a baby(daughter) also, but the guy family wasn't aware that the lady have a child earlier before and right now the sometin has turn into a huge family problem that the guys family said: there is nothing like wedding ceremony of any such type. someone lost his passport, after waiting for a month, he went to the Nigeria immigration office in Abuja to get a new one. after few weeks, he received a phone call from Nigeria television authority that is lost passport has been recovered. he went to pick it up.

question is that: can he attached the old passport to his new passport when applying for visa, he has travelled out of the country on business trip with the lost passport, can he still attached it with the new one since nothing was changed from the new one.

hope this wont bring obstruction to his application

Marriage certificate
Court affidavit of change of name for the wife
Magazine showing the change of name
Bank statement
Tax clearance

The question is: the date of birth on their passport is 199s respectively, hope this won’t make the eco to raise eyebrow on the application?
What did you guy suggest they should do in other to make the application a successful one?
What documents they should add to the ones they already have.
Please, we need you guy assistance on this issue.

please, anyone that know the amount of legalization of documents at russia embassy. i will like to study in russia and these are their requirements
 Application for admission;
 Personal information form (attached to the application form);
 Copy of passport with expiration date not less than 1,5 year since the issue of invitation;
 Copy of legalized High school leaving certificate with the subjects passed and corresponding grades which allows to enter high educational institutions in the country where these documents were issued;
The stamp which confirms the legalization of the documents must be put on by Consular Department of Russian Embassy in the country where they were issued.
Copy of the certified* translation of High School Leaving Certificate with the subjects passed and corresponding grades is required if the educational documents are not legalized in your country.
 Copy of certified guarantees for financing your studies, living expenses during your stay in Russia and return ticket (it is necessary to inform us sponsor’s contacts: mail, phone/fax and e-mail).

Hello frnds... Its happens one sunday I met this lady... Although she is a christian and verse versa.. We started dating each order.. I love her but not that much.. She owns a shop in which she sell natives clothes... And me am a fresh graduate still searching for job... She demand too much... And when I told her I dnt hav such cash on me now... She goes angry... She want everytin she ask me to be done instantly without any comment...Sometimes I call her... She says all sort of insultive words... And me as a guy I need to bring her down... One day she told me she cnt found her red flags stuff... I told her to comne down to my place... We both went to the lab to conduct some test and the test is negative meaning nothing is wrong with a red flagg... After several questions... We found out the sometin is inffection.. We decided to treat with my own cash ooo...recently same thing happend again... And I told her come go and look for it and stop disturbing me ooo... Their is this aunty though she is a nurse... She conducted a test for her and found out that its the same problem... After so much quarells.. We started again... She visit me... This is my point now... That same night in which she visit me... She call me and a frnd of mine is playing with a guy... So the conversation got interupted... She blow off and started saying all sort of insultive words again...I calm down and went to bed that night... The next day she call... I told her I willk call her back as soon as I got home... She said ok.. When I got home after some minute I call her... She said wht is wrong with me...I respose tht wht did I say is wrong with me... She said she didn't like my frnds...
