The figure is far below the number of cases in Nigeria. We should have a minimum of 250,000 cases if we test massively.

I just need a dumb bell for my arms..

I only do 80 push ups daily. 40 as soon as I wake in the morning and another 40 before taking my bath in the afternoon.
After the push up I head straight to my backyard for weight lifting. I only do bench lifting. That is the only one I have . I constructed it with cement and stones.
I dont even have dumb bell but I'm looking forward to getting one.

My sister was given an accommodation @nddc hostel. She went there and complained bitterly that she does not like the hostel, that female are up and the males are down. Please I want to know if she can swap with someone else.. Or is it right for male and female to be in one hostel?
