I give it to the legal team of Pitobi at the tribunal. They are really down to details and appear to be on the top of their game. They will surely get more referrals after this case; though, there is no light at the end of the tunnel for Pitobi, I can perceive the case being lost not because Peter Obi did not win but because he ran on a faulty ticket in the first place having contested as a presidential aspirant under the PDP just few days to the PDP convention.

I think the judge will not attempt to adjudicate based on these election malpractice evidences, but on the faultiness in the emergence of Obi as the presidential candidate of Labour party. Most of the evidences are really difficult to deal with.

Simple economics teaches that economic policies will take time before the effects will be felt. For example, the investment appetite from foreign investors which has just be salivated will take time before it will metamorphose into companies and begin to create employment and produce cheap commodities and even reduce import and encourage export. All these will take some time to materialize. What is needed now is a positive signal for change by the FG which has already been ignited.
