Work on your website, I got suspicious when I visited it. Your idea may be great, but your website is not welcoming at all.

Why are moderators fond of hiding peoples post on Nairaland?

1. Design Stand-Alone Property Listing Billboards and place them in specific locations at the area where you are.
2. Liaise with other Estate Agents within your area until you can confidently get your feet rooted in the business.
3. Get an office space as soon as you can and set up a real estate website that will locate buyers and sellers. (Listings will be free, but buyers will have to contact you and you will contact the seller to get a percentage on every deal and to ensure that your users are not duped)

That's my two cents.

I get it now, something of tre value must be introduced into the market for one to get paid, and that product could be physical or virtual depending on what works for the Internet Marketer.

Any other contrary money making ideas?

What's your take on the concept of making money online? I personally feel that it's a personal thing, and one's opinion is based on one's strength in a particular online endeavor. Most people make the mistake of putting their hands into many online money making systems and this goes along way to water down all the needed effort that would have brought about success, if they had concentrated on a particular online business.

They can't just start sending you messages, you subscribed to their lists and afterwards granted them permission to mail you when you clicked on that link in the verification message.

If you are just joining the class, the best is yet to come. I want to point you in the right direction to all free tools required to succeed as a successful blogger.

To get traffic to your blog, you must pay attention to your blog and by paying attention I mean;

Focusing on what your blog really needs and not what you think it needs. Creating content for your blog is good, but without serious traffic, consistent posting may be disastrous and the reason is because some top shot blogger can easily copy and rewrite your post and make a hit with it before you do on the search engines.

It has happened to me like many times before I learned my lesson.

If your blog is ready now, just post an introductory article on what your blog is about (Leave the rest of your articles on your laptop/ desktop computer);

1. Create a Facebook and Twitter Fan Page for your blog.
2. Go over to Feedburner.com to create a feed
