OP to minimize site hazards, ensure you have a good Civil Engineer on site who is site safety compliant. All construction workers must wear protective covering ranging from gloves overalls helmets etc. Ensure that their is a site safety manual strategically displayed on site 4 all to see. Monitor artesans strictly cos they are much more less safety conscious. Avoid engaging foremen as site engineers all in d name of cutting cost.
If it is a medium or large scale project engage the services of a project manager.

OP your question is a bit vague no reasonable professional will come online to give u rough estimate for such an ambiguous concept. You want to build a hotel, the first question hia is what's the scope? ......... say 2 storeyed with 35 suites, swimming pool, fitness Centre etc. If answered, then I may come in to give a rough round up.

Let me make a point especially for d benefit of lay men on this tread, the reason for the slight improvement in power is simply as a result of high volume of water in our various dams.
