This started some months ago like 2-3 months now. But i didn't take note not until recently. Maybe it has been due to my tight schedule and more so i thought airtel has reviewed their tarrif plan charges that was why i have overlooking it. I just noticed that at times my call card will just be deducted without making any calls or receiving any message stating the reason for the deduction or any notification that so so amount has been deducted. I have laid a lot of complaints on this subject matter to the costumer care representatives but it seem they can't help. pls,someone here should help me out of you know how the issue can be resolved. Thanks!
