problems are not from jamb. As a chief tech in one of the centre, I forced my boss to allow us to test-run all machineries for at least 12hrs a day b4 the exam day. Only that we couldn't start early because of time consumed in registering in students.

you're lucky...in d centre where i was posted to examine d exam [i'm a corper], we had two batches of 250 students each. D problem in my centre boku n only like 120 systems worked so the batches had to be cut into streams 1&2. Exam started very late n Final stream ended exam around 10pm

70mb is the average size for a normal 30 mins mp4 file of good (not great) quality.
If you want it lower, it'll have to be in 3gp.

the big bang theory n powerless episodes i download on o2tv are about 37mb ...mp4 n are usually longer than AOT which is just about 20mins. Thanks though,,,lemme have d link for d 3gp so i can give it a shot
