Hey isn’t my Job to do that . And Besides much love and respect to a worthy Nigerian like Onyeama that guy has been doing a lot of good with Air peace. And he can follow up with the no response issue . If no response further then we can reciprocate. My qualms is with the likes of Falana who think shouting every now and then can move anything. I regard Alex Onyeama far more than him and Ajero and their other noise makers. They just love to play to the gallery nothing more from them.
I hope you and helinues have seen the news on FP that airpeace can now fly to london?

Pls let them post pictures of said yacht or, even better, take journalists on a walkthrough, for accountability.

Do you know how good life can be in Nigeria if governments are really accountable?

Stop supporting the people who are cheating you.
Yea, this should help us ascertain if it's really for luxury or naval warfare

Lies!!!
Sukanmi are you educated at all? This is why talking too much is a bad thing.

Get a job and keep your mind engaged so you talk less and make sense. Do you know what a yatch is at all? Use Google!

What does the navy need a yatch for ? A yatch is a civilian veseel ! No navy on earth uses a yatch . It's only in Nigeria corrupt naval bosses own yatchs..

This yatch belongs to tinubu this is all damage control, so illiterates who don't know better will believe that the navy ordered a yatch ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Navy uses vessels and naval boats. A yatch is a luxury civilian vessel ..
It's yacht bro, not yatch....but i agree with you tho, I honestly don't see the naval need for a yacht. Abi the news houses aren't presenting facts? Maybe na warship them dey call yacht?
Politics › Re: Navy Confirms Delivery Of Yatch, Faces Payment Crisis Over NASS Stand by franugo(m): 6:23am On Nov 04, 2023
FreeStuffsNG:
O pari.

Now those who ignorantly claimed it is a leisure Yatch and that it was ordered by the administration of President Bola Tinubu can bury their heads in shame.

It's a naval training/operational vessel that belongs exclusively to the Nigerian Navy, its purchase predates this current administration that took office on May 29.

When Asiwaju Tinubu was the Governor of Lagos state, the state of aquatic splendor for 8 years, he never got a Yatch, it is impossible for him now to require a leisure Yatch now he is President and spends most of his time in the land locked Abuja.

It's just a no brainer that the opposition and LP mob are ignorant and made a complete mess of the opportunity for an intelligent and diligent feedback on the recently passed supplementary budget. Check my signature for free stuffs!
Are you trying to be funny? While the request was made during Buhari's tenure, it was not approved and procurement was not made. Tinubu came in May and Navy received the yatch in June even when legislative approval had not been obtained. NASS is out for blood because Navy went ahead to receive the yacht (i don't see how they would do this without Tinubu's approval by the way) with the expectation that the rubber stamp NASS will of course do what they've always done i.e the president's bidding. ...Forget the uproar, Tinubu will soon credit them and they'll quietly approve the yatch purchase so Navy can pay the vendor.

yes, that’s it ooo. Arsenal is getting it right seriously. Why Arsenal get it right is because the old Arsenal owner, America man, Mr Kroenke allowed his young son to takeover the club this season and you can see huge buying of players and the fantastic results coming in. Arsenal will win much leagues this season cos’ the players are much hungry for goals. Now Odegaard is much focus Again. Even Saka handling the team is much given Arsenal fantastic results.

samintegrity:
I tell you sir.

I don't understand why we need to make payment in dollars when our local currency is Naira.

If CBN can achieve that, most BOC and fine tech companies would be forced to close down.

Well, perhaps they know this but maybe because someone somewhere is making huge money from it hence the reason why they just aren't looking at this direction.

I may be wrong thou.
When you make fx transaction in naira, your naira account is debited with the naira equivalent but your bank still has to remit to the merchant in the currency of the merchant, and therein lies the problem cause banks cannot get the fx from cbn (they don't have) and the inflows from people abroad are withdrawn by Nigerian beneficiaries and sold to black market operators (and who can blame them when they're just looking to get maximum value?)

Fg should stop wasting scarce fx on pilgrimage, car importation for lawmakers, even petrol importation harms fx so fix the refineries for pete's sake, i don't understand why a govt cannot fix ONE refinery when individuals are building much bigger ones.

The op is mere propaganda cause they can't ban BMO without providing the necessary fx, that will just plunge our economy to the gutters cause manufacturers import equipments with fx from BMO, car sellers import cars using fx from BMO, and the list goes on., the only way out i see is for fg to go beg US to have a currency swap deal in place but what value does the naira offer when even its core users don't want it?
Business › Re: FG Outlaws Black Market FOREX Transactions by franugo(m): 2:56am On Oct 25, 2023

Business › Re: FG Moves To Digitise FX Transactions To Punish Naira Speculators by franugo(m): 12:25am On Oct 24, 2023
FreeStuffsNG:
Speculators currently behind the unpatriotic and criminal arbitrage are already trapped with the executive orders and will get burnt las las ni

They want to keep on speculating , hype the overvalued street value of USD and call it parallel market price or projection. Smh. Eyin obaiye je lo ma re.

This current FG will not go borrowing money or use hard-earned forex inflow to fight against the overvalued US dollar on the streets. You all will get burnt las las.

Those being deceived to keep hoarding forex will get burnt severely las las. It's laughable ignorance when poorly educated people who have almost 100% of their day to day expenses in naira still go and hoard forex and crowd out those who genuinely need it. If they don't get burnt, no defence of the naira will. Not even EFCC that Mr Emefiele kept sending after them will make them stop.

I am 100% in support of the steps FG through CBN is taking to allow free float to determine our real aggregate demand till those unpatriotic elements are burnt by real market forces.

God bless President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. God bless Mr Cardoso. God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!
in all this plenty talk, you said nothing cogent, just like Yemi Cardoso and Tinubu's promise to fix fx issues with no mention of any actual steps that will be taken to do so...his lack of foresight pushed the parallel market price to over N1,100. It is not about making pretty speeches or threats, if FG are serious, then they need to show workings and they can start by not wasting scarce fx on cars for aides and legislators that can be gotten from local guys (why do they even need new cars for pete's sake?), stop expending fx on pilgrimage and other pointless ventures that do not benefit the economy.
