A close examination of Nigerian's corruption cases would reveal to you that it's not even the president of the country that's responsible for all the corrupt acts but the people saddled with the power to act in public interest. Spectators are only angry not with the corrupt act but with the pepertrator of the act in an enviable angle. They strongly wish they were the ones benefitting from the corruption.
