ilugunboy: One moment...you call them abokis and use some of the most derogatory terms on them...next moment..you are calling them the next best thing after slice bread...just because the fake author bears their name...you don't want to respect yourself after just serving your lengthy ban abi? I just pointed out a new development about the mallams which perhaps you yorubas should learn from. How does that imply calling them the best thing since slice bread dumbo, btw, is Tinubu your god? |
pandriod: Dangogo Ibrahim, another Chijo Chimezie masquerading as a northerner to support his thieving sister?fyi northerners no longer involve in herd mentality in this era like the Swesterners still stuck in the stone age have continued under Tinubu |
Good read |
A crusade organized by the Holy Ghost Adoration Ministry in Onitsha led to the death. of 25 persons. Rev Fr Emmanuel Obinma had, according to Governor Peter Obi, invited him to the crusade; and he had gone there with his ‘siblings’ and addressed the congregation. Conflicting reports say he had already left the place when some people reportedly shouted fire, causing chaos and pandemonium. It was the ensuing melee that led to the deaths and the injuries. One question people might ask is how Willie Obiano, the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA’s gubernatorial candidate counted among Governor Obi’s ‘siblings’. He has been seen in several campaign rallies featuring Obi. At the Adoration Ground, Obi promised to sponsor 20 pilgrims to Israel even though Christianity does not commend pilgrimage to its adherents as an act or religious obligation. While those who want to go have a right, there is a problem when state funds are used for such jamborees especially given the gaping needs of the people. This nonsense, which started at state level, recently received tacit presidential endorsement with President Jones co displaying presidential tomfoolery in far-away Jerusalem. In Anambra, as if roused from sleep to the needs of his fellow Christians after two full terms as governor, Obi promised to provide a more convenient place for the worshipers. There are strident efforts to exonerate the governor from the deaths. It is common for our ruiners to resort to sentiments as cover for their leadership inadequacies. This in itself is sacrilegious subterfuge. A state without the provision of basic needs squandering its patronage on religious rites is the height of hypocrisy. A governor hiding under religion to milk his people dry is inviting wrath on his own head. Religion is not a substitute for bad governance. There is this crazy idea of incumbents picking or anointing successors. Succession is the sovereign right of the people. This right is never surrendered to any governor. In" a democracy, the electorate reserves the right to choose who best represent their interest. Shame that here a governor considered to be non-performing in his duty, is apparently also a religious bigot, who seems to cover his inefficiencies with his professed faith and blames his inefficiencies on imaginary enemies and opponents. Yet when it’s time to go, they insist on handpicking someone to cover their tracks. The moment the surrogate settles down, he begins to cut the apron strings on which he is tied and to make excuses for being distracted. While this may not be practically the case in Anambra, it is high time those who claim the peoples mandate settle down to work rather than squandering such goodwill on subterfuge. It is time people start to demand answers from these half zealot and half robbers who feather their nest eggs where they are less known. The people deserve to ask where serving governors got cash to build malls even if they show up on pulpits to shed crocodile tears and subtly campaign. If the pastors cannot turn them down, the congregation should. It is high time to tell governors not to squander state money on religious frivolities but on tangible things. We all can pray in our church or mosque without state interference. It’s a shame that young people all over the world are winning awards for advancing technology, but here, our governors are squandering resources on religious festivities. Poverty is not divinely ordained; it is a result of squandering of riches. Power belongs to the people, God does not foist on the people he gave power to vote a leadership that cares less about them. These governors don’t go to church or mosque when they have a headache; they turn to the best physicians at home and abroad. They do not wait for PHCN to supply electricity; they have provisions in the budget for standby generating sets. They do not wait for ASUU to call off strikes; no, they send their children to school abroad. Our people should remove the veil of religion from their faces and face the stark reality they are forced to accept in spite of our enormous wealth. When governors show up in mosques and churches, the people should gather round them and ask questions, not jostle for position to shake their dirty hands. It is not even wrong to ban them from the worship centres until they finish their terms productively. The pulpit should be insulated from politics since politics has refused to insulate itself from religion. Tragedy would have been averted if Governor Obi had, in the manner of the good Christian, gone to the adoration ground incognito; after all, the purpose of going there was to worship God. Public officers, including presidents, governors and others should respect the sanctity of religion and keep off the pulpit. They should stop playing God by seeking to anoint those who would inherit their office. http://dailytrust.info/index.php/opinion/9349-obi-s-crocodile-tears |

chiefinalowo: High Chief Awakulowo and Odenjimjim (I) of iboland is not ashamed of his state. Yorubas don't talk about state, we are one. The fact still remains that nothing can germinate in that place called iboland. The oil you are claiming belongs to Kogi people. E tun mole mo ole.Yes, yorubas are one as long as you don't count Lagos state among the one big stone age enclave. Its not only kogi oil, its yoruba oil. ole! |
Orlando Owoh: Do you mean the oil wells that were fraudulently given to Anambra State? Why was the President in a hurry and declaring Anambra State an oil producing state when the said oil wells are in the boarders of Anambra, Kogi and Enugu states, and the boundary commission was yet to ascertain who rightly owns them. This was exactly what he did between Bayelsa and Rivers state, which one of the things Amaechi is fighting for.don't worry, the oil Wells will soon be ceded to the south west. |
chiefinalowo: freegobe, I don't think you know anything about Anambra basin.you have not mentioned the name of your backward cave state yet or are you ashamed? How about mention the name of your barren south west state lets analyse its economic viability and resources. parasites |
chiefinalowo: ibo boy, i wouldn't have said anything but you have mentioned two Yorubas I have to respond to your thoughtless post. All the oil in iboland is not up to the one in my state. wahala dey o but onwa will take it on a landslide but I'm afraid Authur Eze may buy up votes on that day. Ngige should set up a very strong Anti rigging team |
noblezone: You are correct, but in these circumstances, I still prefer Obi to have an opinion because of APGA than Tinubu because of APC.I prefer the oshiomole/tinubu situation which Ngige will replicate that two zombies Peter obi/Obiano situation which has no political clout to effect any change. vote onwa and not apc |
Eze Promoe: [color=crimson]Ojukwu was a great leader and I respect him, but as far as Obi is the person involved, I say a big NO.lmao @ nwa boy!! Its over for Peter Obi #Onwa2014 #Landslide!!! Vote Ngige and not APC, vote GEj and not PDP ![]() |
noblezone: Massob should please spare me and oncentrate on the struggle for Biafra!too late, it'll be a landslide for Ngige |
SLIDE waxie: if only u weren't a product of the east, who by default are intellectually low, u wld av undstud dt:how will a mere presence of airport boost economic activities to a considerable level in a particular location where there are no passengers to make use of the port? see how dumb you are! |

when? you ask me? boko haram has not killed anybody living in Anambra, we will vote out the people killing residents of the state. |
onomeasike: I I will never vote for an incompetent and corrupt president whose under his watch 40% of of nigeria's crude crude oil is being stolen. Instead of him to arrest his people, he went to china to borrow a loan.does SW own any oil? why cry more than the bereaved? |
Anambra people voting APGA are mocking the over 2000 massob members shot dead by police mallams on the order of Peter obi, the 52 shot and dumped at ezu river, and recently the over killed at uke. Sai Ngige, Nov 16th |
You are wasting your time, Ngige will win with a landslide come Nov 16. Take your campaign to your imo state first. we will vote Ngige and Not Apc |
onomeasike: As an Awo disciple, he has taken Awo's philosophy to the heartland of iboland and helped realize Awo's dream to give every Nigerian free education. Amaechi and his successor will follow that Awo's legacyTinubu > Awolowo |
Anambra will massively vote Ngige AND NOT APC and likewise GEJ AND NOT PDP. Anambra people are number 1 Republicans. Only in Anambra will a governor belong to a party different from the 3 Senators, Unlike in sheep states where the winner takes it all. Ngige, Onnnnwwa! |
Ngige with a LANDSLIDE (emphasis on the caps) |
Ngige Ifeanyi Ubah Obiano Nwoye in that order, election has been reduced to Ngige vs Ngige. Expect a landslide |
chukwudi44: I am even been gracious by giving you folks 30% by Nov 16 you will realise how politically irrelevant in Anambra state you are.and you open your dirty mouth to criticize boko haram when you are a Catholic boko haram yourself. Do you even know Ngige is a Knight in Catholic church I.e more powerful that Peter obi in Catholic. Is there any Catholic Bishop with more influence than the Anglican Anikwenwa rtd in Anambra. Like I said, the figures were manufactured in your anus. I hope you will not kill yourself when Ngige is declared winner. |
amarilo: I give it to this guys ballabriggs, the fake London chartered Accountant. ![]() The ultimate prize for oduah reporting goes to Punch liepapers Premiumtimes |
APGA loss is getting clearer, Obiano cannot win nwoye in Anambra north ![]() |
RIP to the deceased btw |
chukwudi44: Freeglobe please speak for yourself.who told you obi has been bribing catholic bishops? Obi never campaigned there BTW the catholic church is no longer in CAN and Bishop Chukwuma is only speaking for protestants who only make just about 30% of the state population.I have always known you to be a Catholic extremist, how didn't obi campaign there when he went with the entire campaign team, wearing their custom clothes and making campaign promises. where did you get the obnoxious figures that protestants make up only 30% of the state population? from your anus I guess. Get ready for Nov 16, Get ready for Ngige. |
Afam4eva: How do you know that Obi is lying thought. As much as i don't like Peter Obi very much, i think he should be given the benefit of the doubt. Judging from what people on ground said, he didn't cause the stampede. It was caused by a fire alarm raise by someone. As much as i'm miffed at the fact that someone will take a protest to the house of God, i don't think this issue should be politicized.but have you called anybody on ground to to know what happened apart from the so many planted media stories we have been reading that have confused people from knowing what really happened. I think I will believe CAN that implicated the governor who started the politicization of the issue by blaming it on Ngige and his supporters in his broadcast |
