fynetreenaija: Peter Obi has done more work than any other Anambra Governor. That he is rooting for a governor from Anambra North only goes to show that he has better sence of Judgement, justice, equity &fair play. Those opposed to this are only selfish, greedy, corrupt & extremely short sighted. And by God's grace they will failand come to nothing
So I am corrupt, greedy and extremely short sighted because I don't support your mooronic statement of zoning. I see how desperate you are but unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. Look, Peter obi is fraudulent. The only reason he is started this campaign is because he does not want his enemies who are mostly from south and central to succeed, expose and probe him. If he cared much about the north, why didn't he give up his lack lustre second term for them or make a 'northerner' his deputy. And coming from a failure of a governor. Anyways Anambra people have hated Peter obi to the extent that anything he supports fails. Dora Akunyili can testify.

gratiaeo: Shut up! You sound like a foul. In as much as i don't support zoning but saying that Peter Obi divides Anambra State along religious line (catholic/Anglican) shows how bitter and frustrated you are.
God punish you bastarrd. Like we don't know what his desperate attempt at bringing religion up during the last election fool.
Politics › Re: ANAMBRA NORTH: Views And Opinions Pls by FreeGlobe(f): 9:51am On Apr 12, 2013
sorry, there is no zoning in Anambra. Peter Obi represent retrogression and corruption. He has nothing to show for 8 years of governance. He divided Anambra across Catholic and Anglican lines and he wants to divide the state further with zoning. Rubbish. Soludo is the next governor.

Rossikk: Go and conduct an empirical poll to prove your claim that the majority of Nigerians want the country split up. In the absence of that, you've no leg to stand on.
I can only talk about the south east/biafra. Majority of biafrans want and seek the break up of this hopeless entity called Nigeria

Biggyd2: Your idea is good but remember that some people have multiple IDs. What if someone with different IDs keeps using same to get the required number? Or can the mods determine how many monikers a poster uses?
Nobody is that jobless believe me. And besides when people are bent on flagging your post, no number of multiple id's will stop that. How many can you create and use at a time to subdue other users with more number?

I dey laugh. ACN's expiry date is 2015. I laugh at Tinubu plotting to turn Lagos into an autocratic state while Yoruba people applaud him.
Nairaland General › Re: What Manner Of Man Is Ikenna, Politics Section New Mod? by FreeGlobe(f):
But I would think Seun is tech savvy. cheesy If you want tribalism to stop here then automate the moderation instead of appointing more power drunk mods. Fact is most mods contribute to tribalism here by their selective bannings and hiding of comments. By automating the moderation, you put a flag button on comments, if like 6 people flags a comment, the comment is automatically hidden. You can then have one mod to supervise and receive complaints. That's what we do at Yahoo! That way you will have your Jesus peace away from erratic Mods and complaints.

My 2 cents!
Nairaland General › Re: What Manner Of Man Is Ikenna, Politics Section New Mod? by FreeGlobe(f): 5:47pm On Apr 11, 2013
Seun: This is a completely false and nonsensical lie. I have never appointed a moderator to favour my tribe. My decision to appoint Ikenna351 is based on his passion for the cause. I just decided to give him a chance to do something about it. Daz all.
Beautiful, when somebody fails flat out from the chance you have him, methinks you should drive that person back to where he came from and shop for another. Afterall its just a chance.

alfaman2: For all those saying that this section needs to be tribalism free, please do yourself a favour and come back to earth, or at least go back home and see things with your eyes. What is politics in Nigeria without tribalism? Nobody has ever heard of that before and it is a foreign concept to us. Nigeria is not France or Germany where they have no tribes wanting to rule others. So all you diasporans that think you can impose your foreign boring politics on us better think again. We are Nigerians. We don't care what you think. We hate each other even though we live together. That is how we do it. We are tribal beings. We love it. Asking us not to be tribalistic is like asking a fish not to swim or a dog not to bark. It is our nature to be tribal in politics. So dear new mods. Na you go tire. The dog will bark. The lion will roar. The snake will hiss. Ain't nothing you can do about it except killing the political section of nairaland.
There are some senses in this post. A lot of Yoruba people saying tribalism must be stopped on nairaland are those ashamed of the exposure of their inherent tribal past and background. A lot of igbos saying the same thing are those that have rushed into inter tribal marriages and only protecting their interest. In essence, non of them are sincere. Nairaland is the microcosm of the Nigerian State. We see on Nairaland daily, how the leaders are always involved in bigotry. We see Buhari, we see Tinubu, we see Rochas, Sam Omatseye, Fashola, we see ACN, we see CPC/Boko Haram, we see APGA. All tribalistic and you corny folks want us to come to Nairaland and pretend we are all Americas. Nonsense!

I think his company is not situated in Anambra state so how does he want to govern a state he does not believe in.

Dede1: I hope you are not being carried away by the position of moderator on narialand. If not, it is unfathomable what granted you the effrontery to insult me by the above crap you vomited.
I wish you are saddled with incurable virus that will have you quarantined for the rest of miserable life.
I don't understand why Seun will allow this newbie 1 week overzealous mod to come in here and insult veterans that has made his mod job possible and go scotch free. Last time I checked insults were bannable offences. Seems the op is only concerned about tribalism and not the insults he has been dishing and inciting others to dish on this thread. I demand to know from Nairaland admin why this attention depraved and seeking mod has not received a ban yet for insults.

Crime › Again Driver Rapes 15-year-old Girl In South West Nigeria by FreeGlobe(op): 2:52pm On Apr 10, 2013
The Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps has arrested a driver, Olusegun Ajayi, for allegedly raping a 15-year-old housemaid in Arepo, Ogun State.

The NSCDC authorities said the suspect had canal knowledge of the girl which caused her to bleed for two days.
Ajayi, however, told PUNCH Metro that his act was not rape since the victim consented. The suspect, who claimed to be a devout Christian, said he did not know the victim prior to the incident.
He said, “On Saturday night, I was returning from a party and was about to enter my house when I saw the girl sitting outside. I asked her what she was doing outside late at night but she said she was working in a house not far away from my workplace and was sent to buy sweets by her employer.
“She said she was locked outside and that she had been knocking for hours but no one came to open the door for her. I then told her to follow me to an uncompleted building on the street. On getting to the building, we saw a mattress there which had been left behind by labourers. I asked her if she could sleep alone there but she said no.
“So, I went back to my house to get a wrapper and a pillow. Although my wife was not at home, my mother-in-law was around. So, I left her with my children and told her I would not be coming back that night.”
Ajayi, who claimed to be a father of three, said on returning to where the victim was, he laid beside her and began to caress her.
He said the victim did not resist his attempt but requested for money before she would allow him to sleep with her.
“I don’t know what came over me but I found myself touching her and she did not resist. Rather, she said I should pay her N10, 000 for sex and I promised to give it to her the following day. However, a few minutes into the sex, she started bleeding profusely which scared me,” he said.
The indigene of Lagos State said he went back home to get drugs as well as toiletries which he would use to stop the bleeding.
He said when it was daybreak, he set out for work but was summoned back home after which the employees of the victim accused him of rape.
“I was on my way to Iporni in Lagos when my wife called me that people were asking of me at home. When I returned home, residents just started beating me before handing me over to the civil defence,” he said.
In a desperate plea to the civil defence authorities, the suspect said he did not know that the victim was a minor. He added that his predicament was the handiwork of the devil.
“I have three children, including a daughter. I would never have touched that girl if I knew she was 15. I am a devout Christian and I am a responsible man. The devil preyed on my weakness and I promise never to do such again,” he said.
A source at the NSCDC, who craved anonymity, said the victim was taken to hospital and that the bleeding had stopped.
She however added that investigations were ongoing and that medical report would determine what happened.
“We believe that the victim was not only raped but the suspect must have done something to her because she lost so much blood. Once the medical report is out, we will know the next line of action,” she said.

Pataki: Stop whinging and serve the seven days ban. Next time Mr. Globe or whatever the useless troll calls himself will think twice before opening his tribal infested gob.

This forum deserves some rest from some bunch of tribalistic nuisances.

See him in seven days time. cool
I can say without any reservations that Mr. Globe is the least tribal person here. The mod is just testing his powers. You bunch of hypocrites are the ones who breed tribalism, still the ones to tell us when to have a tribal break. And again tribalism is beyond nairaland. If you ban Mr Globe irresponsibly who bans Sam omatseye the editor of Nations newspaper for tribalism anyways?

Pataki: My friend you are not educated. The link you seek for is situated as the first post on this very thread.

This is why you disgraceful peeps get banned over and over again. No intellectual substance uptairs.
You will be the first to delve into education and personalities but if I decide to reply you with that you will start ranting. Obviously you didn't know some of the words the zealous op flaged have been established beyond doubts to be harmless except insecure folks protesting against them. For instance Yoruba have been proved on this section to be harmless by Dede1 and supported by katsumoto and accepted by Oamje4. How will a car mod without any knowledge of events about the word flag it? the word Mr globe was banned for is a vague word and I don't think its directed at any body or group but trust the insecure ones to catch feelings
Politics › Re: No More Tribal Attack In Politics Section by FreeGlobe(f): 7:35pm On Apr 09, 2013
Pataki: I hope the zealous MOD has already banned Mr. Globe for referring to Yorubas as 'ndi ofe'.

Please start complying to your verbiage. We are closely watching your gra gra moves!
when and how did that become a swear word on nairaland? help us with links. The zealous mod should ban you too for mentioning the words too. Afterall, we can't ascertain you represent the tribe in question
Politics › Re: No More Tribal Attack In Politics Section by FreeGlobe(f): 7:32pm On Apr 09, 2013
I think Seun should strip newly appointed Mod's the power of banning users for the 1st one week of their appointment as their initial gra gra is destructive to the forum. How will this discombulated mod from an irrelevant section as car talk jump in here to bring his own new rules to the politics section. If you are promoted you need to get instructions from your seniors before proceeding on banning like a drunk fellow. why did this new mod ban Mr. Globe for saying a word that has not been deemed offensive anywhere in the forum?
