Hostel will give u faster Return on investment. Cos students will always need a place to stay all year round. Maintaining a Hotel is not easy, u have to deal with constant maintenance to maintain a standard. You have to always provide constant light, and u and i know what the price of diesel is. And according to you the location is village setting, it is only Christmas or celebration period that u will see customers.

The Church is not a place where people come and get sick, the Church is a place where people come and get healing. Shutting the Church can never be the answer

I expect the Church leaders to have prayer such that even if someone with Corona virus comes to church, the person would be instantly healed and not infect others. It saddens me that the Church leaders are rather advocating closure of the Church. It saddens me that even the politicians have more faith and appreciate the power of God more than these church leaders

The politicians are now the ones telling Christians they can go to Church whereas the church leaders want the church to remain closed. Too bad

The church is not a hospital, that is why God gave us doctors. If u are sick you go to the hospital. Dont get it twisted.

But i have an experience i would like to share, it might help someone in the future.
My friends Camry 2000 model cut timing belt, she had it changed by the roadside, then the car started misfiring when u accelerate. She called me to help out, so i took the car to my mechanic thinking maybe they didnt set the timing correctly. My mech checked the timing but still same problem, we changed plug wires, still same, we even tried fuel pump, same peoblem persisted. It was later that a parts dealer suggested we check the crankshaft pulley, it was then that we discovered that one of the teeth was broken, we changed it and car was back to normal.
I hope my little contribution helps someone.

In my uni days i had this girlfriend, i noticed that anytime we had misunderstanding my car would develop a fault. I wasnt sure if it was coincidence but it happened a lot of times for me to have noticed.

Second one was a friend of mine told me that the girl he was seeing then could unlock his phone. I told him that the girl must have seen him putting the password, but he was so sure of what he was saying. He said he changed his password and the girl still unlocked it.

Third one happened to me on third mainland bridge...
On this fateful Sunday morning i woke up to prepare for church, my girlfriend then asked me where i was going, i said i was going to church and she said ok. I dressed up entered my car and drove off, on connecting 3rd mainland bridge from yaba it started raining heavily, as i joined the bridge i maintained the inner lane, i was doing about 60-70kph, suddenly i felt goose bumps all over my body and i felt i wasn't alone in d car. I looked in my rear view mirror....nothing... but my mind was telling me i wasnt alone, thats when it all started, i noticed my car was drifting gradually to the right hand side of the bridge, i turned my steering to the left a bit, but nothing happened, i touched the brakes a little ...no response at all, i turned my steering full 180degrees to d left an right, the car didnt shake, it was just drifting to the outer side of the bridge... i slammed my brakes to the floor....nothing, it was as if the car was floating on air, at this point a lot was going through my head, i started thinking ... who did i offend. I was bracing for impact on the outer shoulder of the bridge not knowing what my fate would be, whether the car would jump the side rail and enter water, a thousnd thoughts were flying tru my head, next thing i rammed into a pathfinder the car was crawling due to the heavy rain, immeiately my brakes started working, my steering too started working. I cleared by the side of the bridge, the impact raised my bonnet and it was blocking my view, so i came down in the heavy rain and pushed the bonnet down, i was thinking about what i was going to tell the pathfinder man that i rammed, to my surprise the car didnt stop, the person just drove on as if nothing had happened.
Long story short, when i called my friend at home and told him i had an accident, he told the girl, and she didnt even show concern....about a year later we were arguing about our relationship she told me that she knows im blaming her for the accident, i just knew at that moment she had a hand in what happened to me.
