koastar: How would you get back your investment and make profit?
I cant really do any break down of cost for reasons best known to me.
You can never under estimate the number of Nigerians who will be wiling to pay well to take good care of their ageing parents instead of giving up their own job and doing it themselves. Those ageing parents will have a better social contacts with other ageing people. The type services you provide will determine how long it will take you to get your investment back and stand on both feets.

hustla242: Upon all the moral values instilled in us, where are we as a nation. I'm sorry but truth be told, we're the biggest hypocrites in the world. We preach a lot of morality and spirituality, but when it comes to putting it into practice we (and our parents) are no where to be found.

Just my own opinion
On the contrary, i'm not a hypocrite as you 're claiming to be , well, i don't know about you.

Mustay: Ok.
Yeah true but common sense ain't common after all and some adults driving children are not always their parents.
Alrigt, since they are not the partents they should be allowed to expose these little kids to such a huge danger.
Politics › Re: National Theatre To Spend N22m On Typewriters -LMAO by Freiburger(m): 10:54am On Sep 25, 2012
dammytosh: Ok lets look at it from another dimension.

Typewriter can be used for typing and you see the print instantly without power supply. Since power supply in Nigeria is still erratic, If the intention is ok, they might need it.

I can only fault the volume. Why do they need that much. My guess is that it should be needed just for back up.

- My Opinion.
Not a bad one.
Politics › Re: National Theatre To Spend N22m On Typewriters -LMAO by Freiburger(m): 10:39am On Sep 25, 2012
chucky234: Bros N22m for typewriters is way too much na, abi you still dey see typewriters for offices for Germany wey you dey.
Wetin you say make i talk again na? do you know what it will cost to train the National theatre workers again on how to use the today's computer or do you want to see a $22mill budget? Nigerians are always known for settling of the cheap thing. And again continuing with the manual typewriters might be something symbolic since it is meant for the National theatre, who knows?

22m is not that much for writings materials if only they will do their best and get the right and working ones. We 're taking about a national theatre here.
Child car seats are not, to the best of my knowledge, required by law in Nigeria.
What do you mean with not required? So kids does not deserve any form of security just because they can't take decisions on their own. The government should do something about this.
Nairaland General › Re: What Happened To The Women On Nairaland? by Freiburger(mod): 8:28am On Sep 25, 2012
jay bee: Funny how intelligence on Nairaland is now being measured by what gender one is.
Not everyone has the time to sit around and argue about the same old recycled political crap that isn't changing anytime soon.

Now get this, the so called intelligent dudes discourse about political topics day in day out without affecting any real change, whereas the advices that some women give especially in the family section actually goes a long way in effecting change in the things that actually matter in life.

Y'all should just cut the ego tripping crap.

Nairaland General › Re: I Need Someone To Comfort Me Please by Freiburger(mod): 8:13am On Sep 25, 2012
pDude: Please NLders I need some comforting. I took my driving test for the 3rd time today and failed. I don't know what dmv want from me. Is it that I can't drive or what? Today it is that I was driving too slow.
What you need is concentration, stop asuming you can drive, there is something the examiner is expecting from you and you 've got to show it.
Good luck.
