shervydman: most Nigerians don't know that the country is still better than most African countries. when they get to their supposed greener pastures and they face the reality, they know what's up, by then, it'll be too late, so they indulge in criminal activities in the host country since some of them don't have tangible things to do there.
imagine the case of mechaou,or what's his name? I just hope he have the money to fly back to the country ASAP! You said it all, it's the reason why they disgrace us in these countries, they go there thinking it must be better than Nigeria coupled with their greed to be richer than their friends who are making it back home. This is why you have lesser Nigerian criminals in the West(though they exist) than say Africa and Asia, because there are more opportunities in the West at least. |

Mickael2: I am quite glad you mentioned that they couldn't get past our keeper. So our hope is our keeper? They totally outplayed us and could have been out of sight as early as the 10th minute but for our GK, is that the way forward? And against Spain we collected a serious thrashing But if they dominated Germany or ltaly that same way to win by thesame one goal margin, would you criticize Germany this way? Wouldn't you say the Germans played a tactical game of defence /counter attack but lost marginally? |

Mickael2: I never, never hyped the camoorians. Of course I said Bassagog would eat Echejile, he did but Balogun came to our rescue but I never hyped them.
We have played Spain and Argentina recently, both ended in defeats OK they ended in defeat but was it the 4-0 and 5-0 you talked about? And l remember we drew ltaly 2-2 not long ago. |

Mickael2: first of all, you think winning a game is only about the goals? Glad you counted out the first goal though.
Ok....goal number three was created and finished by Moses, that was literally a one-man counter attack, no team play there at all. Simon almost spoilt the groove.
Goal number 4 came because they were already down, if you know your psychology you would know that the goal was more about them than us, that doesn't take anything away from the sweet play though.
The second goal is the only serious claim you have. But tell me again how that corner came about. Who created the chance for Moses Simon? You just want to criticize my guy, it's your right though, criticism is good, you speak as though we haven't played the likes of Spain, Argentina or ltaly before. Before now, l remember the hype of Basagog and the belief that he would skin our full backs alive, lol. The fact is we are not there yet, but you sir revel in this unnecessary overhype of opponents which many plastic fans are prone to. |

GenBuhari: Africa does not control global financial and banking systems as the imperialists do, that is why the imperialists nations are the looters and foolish dumb politicians they install are mere agents for imperialist looters. GenBuhari we Africans are also the cause of our own problems, many wealthy Africans rather than invest in Africa take their wealth outside, the foolish dumb politicians who agree to be mere agents are first and foremost our major headaches. Dangote for all the talk of a so called monopoly and criticism by Nigerians, doesn't go about spending all his cash in the West, but has invested in about 18 African countries and says he believes in Africa, what do you say about that? I do not believe imperialists put a gun to the head of our leaders or Wealthy Africans to become corrupt, stealing Africa's wealth, stashing it outside. |

realjoker: don't fall for their scam. Economic activity is all about the total value of output and not number of hubs. Kenya might have 27 tech hubd but the value of economical activity taking place in a single tech hub in Johannesburg can eclipse the entire economical output coming out from the entire Kenya 27 tech hubs. Of course not, l wasn't talking about economic output there, l was more focused on the reason for the seemingly higher number of tech hubs according to the article l posted. I know the value of economic activity is higher in Lagos and even my article attest to that fact. Even with their advantage for now in the eyes of the world(in ease of doing business) Nigeria still has the market as pointed out in my article. |

Africa's most populous country is third on the log. Similar to America’s Silicon Valley is Nigeria’s Tech hub, Yaba, a city in Lagos that recently played host to Facebook Founder, Mark Zuckerberg.
The country hosts the likes of Iroko Partners, a successful internet company with more than 6 million unique users from 178 nations. INYE-1 and INYE-2 tablet computers are made in Nigeria. Moringa plant technology enables Nigerians to use Moringa plant for water treatment |

TayserMahiri: Hot seat indeed. Is that why he talks like that? In that video he was clearly agitated that anyone would dare question his vacation. I felt in his heart he was asking, how dare you ask me that mumu? And how does that indicate he isn't on the hot seat? He has been highly criticized by a cross section of Nigerians, even on Nairaland ( a site with a fair share of zoombies) you wouldn't find large support for Buhari, that is what l mean by hot seat. Many are patient to vote him out in 2019. I believe Buhari means well for the country but he is old school. |

TayserMahiri: GenBuhari I know you guys want me to mind my biz but its almost impossible. Hopefully you guys dont infect other African countries with this kind of backwardness. That video enough tells me that Kenya is miles ahead of that kind of backwardness.
1. No kenyan president would DARE say he's going for vacation OUTSIDE the country. He would be roasted.
2. A kenyan president would never mention a ' similar check up last year ' as justification for going out again. You need to be way smarter here.
3. Kenyans cannot be fooled that their president is going for a medical check up OUTSIDE the country. Get the check up done right here or resign and fly for it.
4. That spokerperson is VERY DUMB. His explanations show just how much Nigerians are still held ransom by religion. Why are you generalizing for crying out loud? and why do you think Buhari is not on the hot seat for all these? The reason why many here tell you guys to mind your business sometimes is because in most cases you may think you know, but you know nothing about Nigerian politics. |

Btw, I dont know the cause of the thread. I thought it was an honest unbiased personal opinion. The cause of the thread was that the Kenyans began a twitter war with Nigerians, this thread was then created by a Nigerian critic to take sides with the Kenyans. |

TayserMahiri: The tension here is very manageable. Thats how hot and competitive our domestic politics are. And dude I thought you knew we will soon start exporting oil! Guess where that money will go? Dont mind about our infrastructure, we havent even done shyet yet. I aint poke nosing Naija is the laughing stock of the entire continent The tension in Nigeria is also manageable. Africa is the laughing stock of the entire world known as a jungle full of animals by most ignorant whites, and with many children dying of poverty. Before the Boko Haram crises, 90 percent of this perception of Africa can be blamed almost solely on Kenya and Sudan, their stories dominated western documentaries of Africa for a long time. Nigeria was mainly known for corruption historically not famine. |

realjoker: You have said it all. I refused to attend to their open display of chronic inferiority complex only because I am not backtracking on my earlier promise of not joining the party, throwing shades, banter and jest are part of my hobbies and moreover I sees no reason to start antagonising or slandering those who I wholeheartedly wish well after all our countries are faced with various degree of challenges. Lastly, They thought the kind of relationship between different parts of Nigeria displayed here is the same as reality on ground, yes there is agitations from different sections of the country which most has political undertones but the chemistry between the masses of different ethnic groups and the chemistry between the political elites of different ethnic groups is just too sweet. Smiles This is what l've been saying, lgbos and Yoruba's may have their differences for instance and bear political animosity towards one another but in real life outsiders would be surprised to see that both tribes come together to do many things in business, nollywood, music, sports, etc. The rate of intermarriage between both ethnic groups is also extremely high. |

Xzbit91: A draw in uyo is enough to see us through. We have superior goal difference now, and if we secure a draw with Zambia, which I believe we'll win anyway, that means we have head-to-head advantage. Outckome of the last match would not matter. It's no longer head to head but goal difference first. |
Sports › Re: 2018 World Cup Africa Zone Qualifiers: Full Results Of Match Day 4 by freshest4live: 8:14pm On Sep 06, 2017 |
AlwaysUltraPad: this is football, anything is possible. I pray the odd shouldn't stack against us.
Having said that, if Zambia pulls a draw here and goes back to defeat Cameroon at home and we lose to Algeria in their home , we are in trouble. God forbid!
If they beat us here , go back home to beat Cameroon and we fail to win against Algeria, we are out.
The thing is, not winning in Cameroon is working against us now. We are still in a better position to qualify and I pray we we get that. If Zambia pulls a draw here and we lose to Algeria, then it would be down to goal difference on the last day if Zambia still beats Cameroon, so even a draw does not favour Zambia except they beat Cameroon by a wide margin or we lose to Algeria by a wide margin. A draw is still not favourable to Zambia. |
