You this Jibrin, why are you wasting tax payer's money and sampling Aisha? You better run back to Sudan now, nonsense. |

wayodude: I am going to add to all your concerns here regarding our LB position. Trust me this is a very serious concern.
Echiejile simply is not up to it. Let me take you back to our first game against Zambia. Omeruo has been hung out to dry for not dealing with a VERY SIMPLE cross which led to Collins Mbesuma muscling him out and firing at goal. I think the bigger issue not discussed at the time was what the Zambian winger Fwayo Tembo was doing to Echiejile. He was literally molesting the guy, dribbling past him repeatedly like he was a training cone!
Tembo had the freedom and space to had put a couple beautiful of crosses in our box because Echiejile was too scared to close him down. Why? Because anytime he tried to go in and win the ball, Tembo just knocked it past him and that was it Echiejile was behind him and he could run clean into our box and pick his options! By being scared of closing him down the guy was able to keep putting balls in dangerous areas within our box and that's how the Zambians got a goal.
Stupidly but favorably for us, the Zambian coach substituted Tembo just after the goal, not sure why, he must have been injured because if he wasn't that would surely rank as one of the most shocking substitutions I have ever seen in football. Tembo was having a free ride and if he had stayed on Zambia will certainly have created more chances and perhaps scored more goals!
We must get a replacement before the Zambia game or I predict a rough ride.
Who else noticed that the Zambian players who scored the goals to knock out star studded Algeria have barely left their teenage years? We must be very very careful. I am worried. Lol, forget it. Echiejille or no Echiejille, Zambia can't beat Nigeria, you shouldn't be scared. We also have Moses and lghalo now in form. In the midfield l would prefer Ogu to come in for Mickel and Anthony for lghalo in attack. |

Shaytun: Salty, very salty. I am neutral when it comes to Buhari and not many support him, but what is wrong in watching a football game given the fact that football is part of our culture celebrated by all. |

Worry more about your country. I asked him about the killing of a kenyan electoral officer before the last election and he failed to answer. |

Joebie: Lol yes but what if we lost the second. Abi u wan leave am late to see how the math works? You see how we think differently? Yes even one draw can be enough. I don't take risky paths. was just pointing out where you were wrong in asserting that if we had won yesterday, two draws would have been enough. |

Joebie: No, we need a win. But two draws draws would have been enough had we beaten Cameroon yesterday A draw could still be enough, but not mathematically. Even now two draws would still be enough. |

7inches: Dude dont say that.. if u play for a draw in uyo that would be u might lose the ticket.
Remember zambia last match would be at thier home against Cameroon... and we are going way to algeria.... And camoroun Have lost the ticket already. Have u have the tought of cameroun fixing the match and allow zambia score 6 gaols or more? Just to beef NIGERIA.. or even money might change hands between them... u know cameroun they are not happy with us becoz we are the main cause of their goin out in d competition.
Only a win against zambia is the option. No chance for a dra pls lol, ok. |

semid4lyfe: Is there a way to put Victor Moses, Mikel, Ighalo and Leon Balogun on ice until October 7. We can't afford any injuries to key players.
This Zambian team dey ball and I'm scared. Why should u be scared, if u cant beat zambia when it matters then why go to the world cup |

Joebie: Of course I'm hopeful. Some people dey count draw draw soup we chop when we played against minnows. Unbeaten my ass. If u draw a small team it's a loss o. Especially when u see them celebrating. We are Nigeria. We need to set higher standards. We had a chance yesterday, if we took it I would have declared a new era and menarality in our football. It's not over yet. We have the biggest chance but we are playing a team with very big belief. We will have to take that game like a final an never be complacent in our preps. Oga even if we had won yesterday, it changes almost nothing. |

PDPGuy: Just thinking.....
Assuming our first goal against Cameroon, yesterday, was rightly disallowed because Ighalo was offside, and Cameroon hung on to a 1-0 win; we would really be sweating profusely. Now that offside goal is looking more precious by the minute. Ighalo wasnt offside, the commentator was wrong there. |

Joebie: Oh SA no follow.. Competitive match Na competitive match SA game was not a world cup qualifier. Nigeria would qualify with a draw in Uyo. |

PDPGuy: Yes.
But what if Nigeria loses in Algeria, and Zambia beat Cameroon in Lusaka? Guess what, Zambia would then clinch the ticket.
So, the SE need to go out for the win on October 7. Nigeria still qualifies with superior goal difference. |

gallivant: Listen dimwit, it doesn't matter if it's illegal or not, fact is it exists in Nigeria just like polio! Instead of preaching to the choir here you should be educating your men to leave young girls alone. Rapists and criminals are in Kenya, instead of wasting your time on Nairaland, why not go educate them and fvck off my mention for Pete's sake?
