MediumStout: All we want is for the army to kill Nnamdi Kanu and his useless family and followers. Their treasonous actions can make the Rwandan genocide a child's play when the north decides to retaliate. Biafra will never come. One Nigeria we shall remain Are you a robot |

GreyLaw: High handedness will never work. Kanu or not is not up to me. Go through my posts or Nairaland and you will never see me having mentioned IPOB before. This is my first time.
My point is, the person trusted by the people must be their representative. That's the only way they will feel that their backs are covered.
Finally, let the government do whatever pleases her; she wields the power. However, true power belongs to the people. The world is getting sophisticated by the second and, one day, issues that remain untouched will be touched. So what do you think the Government can discuss with Kanu? |

A FOOL CALLED GOWON SAID BIAFRA WAS GONE IN 1967, DIS IS 2017/18, BIAFRA IS STILL HERE. To be frank, l was initially against referendum but now l am indifferent. I'm tired of this lpob news everyday polluting the cyberspace, l would want you to have your referendum but do it through the right channel, first try to convince the lgbos in power, forget about kanu, who only wants to make a name for himself. Try to elect leaders across lgboland who share your views, and you would do better than this, even if not the Governors, the Ohaneze lgbo at least since these are the leaders the federal Government call up for meetings and dialogue. |

GreyLaw: And who are the people discussing and proffering the solutions, the same leaders who seem to know only themselves?
No sir!
Representatives of the agrieved, the common man, must be called for such discussion. It's convenient to say solutions can be offered without IPOB.
I, and many other Nigerians, do NOT trust our leaders. They are all a sham! They need groups like the IPOB, AI, Human Rights, and other pressure groups to be on their neck for them to get anything half right.
Well, I quoted you back in respect, not really because I want to convince you of my stand. OK, then get another representative not kanu. |

perez100: If IPOB with a strong and powerful network globally becomes a terrorist group - I wonder who will survive in Nigeria. The bombs will be flying everywhere and nobody will be claiming responsibility. Let those idiots keep cheering backward Nigerian military for their lack of vision and barbaric manners and ignorantly creating dangerous and faceless groups that will make boko haram a child's play. You pray for terrorism and terrorism you all will get it. Keep on jubilating but not knowing that Iraq will soon be safer than Nigeria. Enough of this useless bragging, We all know you can do nada. If you want referendum, engage your leaders and stop disturbing our peace. |

GreyLaw: The agitation is NOT fraudulent!
Pertinent issues in Nigeria have to be addressrd for Nigeria to move forward and prosper. And the discussion of those pertinent issues are ongoing and solutions can be proffered without lpob. |

ukenke: Same here in Would PH. Stopping Keke and looking for people with IPOB insignia. For me, the government should listen to the wise counsel from OBJ. Suppressing the agitation will not eliminate the ideology. This government is a huge joke. The same way OBJ listened to the people of Odi in Balyesa. Government can only listen to elected leaders representing the people, and then outline a workable solution. |

Even there in Nigeria, the Igbos are doing well. The educated and enlightened Igbos won't even want to get Biafra this way. Who is marginalizing the Igbos? Na by to be president? Have u ever thought of life after Biafran Independence? What's your reason for such cursing? Do you know the plans of NK after independence or u think he doesn't have a cabal? Have you thought about how to accommodate Uwazuruike and BIM in the tussle for power? You don't think about life after independence. You just wail and curse. You better sit up cos there is progress everywhere in Igbo land and among Igbo people! I keep asking myself that question, who is marginalizing the Igbos. |

OMANBALA1: Its simple,Iheanacho is not a striker/top 9. As soon as they start playing him in his natural position the quickest they get the best out of him. I think Vardy played the no 9 role today. Ihenacho played as a supporting striker. |

I didn't watch the game He got little of the ball, leceister has been under pressure. I think lhenacho loses physical battles easily sometimes. However he was slightly instrumental to the foul that gave away the penalty for leceister's equalizer. |

mrvitalis: As boko haram do not represent the average northerner
As opc do not represent the average Yoruba man
As militant do not represent the average ijaw man
So too ipob doesn't not represent us ,I'm sure all of you non igbos have and Igbo friend , business partner , classmate , neighbor and all That
And I'm sure you can see ipob do not represent us and the way we act
The average Igbo man is hard working , and friendly
Ipob are just the few who refused to work , learn skills or even go to school and learn very well ( even Kanu has not achieved anything in his life ...for an Igbo man to spend years abroad and couldn't build a duplex is considered a failure )
So please ipob is not the same thing as Igbo I agree, though why many believe Ipob is igbo, is that Ipob seem to have large support from the rallies they hold, especially from the youths. They also dominate the cyberspace with their ideology. What many Nigerians secretely fear is Balkanization, many would rather go for resource control or restructuring in any form. |

TheSuperNerd: In Football
Nigeria became the first and Only African nation to hold the African Titles in soccer for both men's and women's football at the same time... in 2013, Nigeria won the Afcon... in 2014, Nigeria also won the AWCON... We held both titles together until the next Afcon came...
In basketball
Nigeria again (Why always us? ) became the first and only African nation to hold both the Male and female basketball titles.... In 2015, D'Tigers (that wicked balling class with injured Ike Diogu) conquered Africa for the first time in the men's afrobasket... in 2017, D'Tigresses won the Women's Afribasket just recently....
That saw Nigeria hold both the men's and women's title at same time too....
But Now... the men wants to extend the hold on the title... Hahahahahahahahaha.... It is not a crime to be greedy with success as there is no limits to how much you can win in life and in sports... Go for more Boys!!!!! Go D'Tigers!!!!
I admit I was not so enthusiastic with the team after they struggled in their first game against the Ivorian side... I was missing the 2015 class which had only Ike Diogu as part of this team... but these guys have risen to show that Talents indeed abound in Nigerian basketball home and abroad... wow!!!! This team that lost to DR Congo just beat Senegal.... Senegal ooooo.... chaaaiiiiii....
Tunisia go hear am.!!!!..
Tunisia are Hosts but we are basketball.... mehn.... Tunisia must fall oooo If we consider the 1995 triumph of the super falcons on home and away basis, then you can also say we did it twice in football. On a side note though, african women football is improving if you follow some of the teams in the ongoing cosafa women championship, and our falcons are yet to play a single friendly in 9 months. If we take women football seriously like even SA or Kenya, we should be amongst top ten in the world to say the least. |
