Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has appointed his cousin, Jermaine Sanwo-Olu as his Senior Special Assistant on Diaspora and Foreign Relations.

The appointment of Jermaine was not made public, but was displayed on the official Instagram page of Lagos Tourism.

On the official page, Jermaine was introduced as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Diaspora and Foreign Relations.

He and the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism and other officials received a delegation from the World Tourism Cities Federation.

After five hours of interrogation, Senator Elisha Abbo who attacked a woman inside an Abuja adult toy shop is still in custody and may likely spend the night with the police.

Reports say he has been in custody for more than five hours but has not been detained.

The National Working Committee, NWC, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has summoned embattled Senator Elisha Abbo over assault on a woman at an Abuja intimacy gadget shop.

The video of the senator slapping and beaten up a woman has gone viral on social media, drawing public sympathy toward her and sharp criticism of Abbo’s action.

The PDP, in a statement on Wednesday said the attention of the NWC of the party had been drawn to a CCTV footage relating to allegations of malfeasance by a senator elected on the platform of the PDP, Senator Elisha Abbo.

Reno Omokri continues to defend COZA pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo

Pastor Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, has continued to lend his support to founder and Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly Abuja COZA, over rape allegation by Busola Dakolo, wife of popular musician, Timi Dakolo.

In a trending interview of Mrs. Dakolo that took over the media space, she revealed how she was allegedly raped by the COZA pastor when she was 16 years old in Ilorin, the capital of Kwara State.

Reno Omokri was among those that faulted Busola’ s claims. He said Dakolo’s narration of how she was raped is not plausible, adding that Pastor Fatoyinbo is too ‘sleek to rape an underage girl’. Unidentified rape victim shares her experience 15 years ago with Stella Damasus

Nollywood actress Stella Damasus has hinted about another rape victim of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commonwealth of Zion Academy(COZA).

In a tweet posted Friday night,Stella mentioned the story of an unidentified lady she has known for 15 years, who also shared her rape experience with Fatoyinbo.

“I am in tears right now. Just got off the phone with someone I have known for 15 years. She had the same experience with this same pastor. The details of her experience were so shocking. She told people around him, but they all suppressed it. Are people still doubting this incident?”, Stella who is now based in New York wrote.

In a shocking revelation, Timi Dakolo’s wife, Busola Dakolo has disclosed how the pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, popularly known as COZA raped her at 17. The mom of three revealed this to Chude Jideonwo, a Nigerian lawyer, journalist and media entrepreneur in a now-viral video.

Busola who came home on holiday, while in secondary school then, recounts how her sisters convinced her to join the church which was formerly known as Divine Delight Club where Christians gather to share the word of God on Saturdays.

She further said pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo was married with a child when he came to her house one early morning, raped her and told her she should be happy he was the one who took her virginity.

Thereafter, she said the pastor raped her raped her again.

There have been reports in the past that the so-called man of God sleeps with members of his church, but none has been bold enough to publicly open up.

Early in June, Timi Dakolo accused the pastor of sleeping with members of his church. Fatoyinbo ignored the accusation. Dakolo possibly had his wife in mind when he accused the pastor. Now the secret is out.
