ATTACKS ON TRUTH CAN'T STAND
It was like a war yesterday after I posted that Christian women wearing high heel shoes are worldly. I saw several people coming to attach, oppose and abuse me on my Facebook profile with different vulgar languages, and yet most of them are "so called" Christians, but merely seeing their pictures they are loaded with bondage and burdens of worldliness, so they are enraged at someone preaching the old time truth.

I was so bombarded with several abusive comments that I wondered "Where did these people come from, who invited them on my profile" Then a Christian brother called me that he saw my post on one of these popular blogs site. They posted my profile picture and posts, ridiculed truth that opposed worldliness. Thank God I had to block non-friends from commenting on my profile, they would have taken over my profile

I am not here to look for friends, followers, fans, favour or fortune. I have the responsibility to declare the whole truth of the Bible, and yours is to either accept or reject, but no person, people, powers or principalities can intimidate us from preaching the word of God, because greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world.

If the truth is strange to you because you have been overfed by wolf and worldly preachers, you need to humble yourself before it gets too late.

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. 5 But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry."

2 Timothy 4:3-5

BEWARE OF THESE NEW WORLDLY STYLES
When you see young men these days with tiny or pencil trousers, it is worldly styles, a godly brother does not copy such, since you don't want to perish with the world.

When you see men wearing short and tiny trousers which are not long enough to properly touch their shoes, it is another worldly style from the pit of hell, and as many who have lost the mark of God on them or who never have God's mark will follow such style. A child of God is not influenced by worldly lifestyle, but rather rebuke it.

It's now a new common haircut style with young men leaving their beard grow and deliberately shaped down from their both cheeks, which make them awfully look scary as Christian brothers. It's like an Israelite in Egyptian style. A child of God does not copy worldly style.

When you see a Christian sister wearing pencil or tight skirt, body hug dress, short skirt, you don't need to speak in tongue to know that such Christian sister has entered the world and no longer of God.

A Christian woman who like wearing high heel shoes is married to the world; she may be in the church, but her soul is in the world. You will NEVER see a godly, chaste and modest Christian lady wearing high heel shoe.

I am not here to make my messages and teachings appealed/agreed with people who want to belong to Facebook Christian groups that preach the Truth and still belong to the modern, worldly Christianity at the same time.

DO NOT CURSE
Romans 12:14, “ Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.”

Cursing people is a general and common thing among people from the beginning of the world in every culture. It’s to want evil or bad thing to happen to people who deeply offend us. Most curses come as a result of a terrible wrongdoing or an evil committed. People curse when people wrong them, and out of anger and vengeance to vindicate themselves, they place curse on the offender. Curse does not come without a cause. Naturally, it’s justifiable to alter a word or statement of curse against a person that deeply hurt or wrong you. The Old Testament standard permitted placing curse on the bad people because it’s the law of the nature.

Cursing does not come out of love or care for the offender but out of wrath and revenge. Cursing can be made from one’s heart without saying a word out and it can also be pronounced, either in the presence of the offender or in their absence. We all have the tendency to avenge ourselves when we are seriously wronged by placing a curse especially when we don’t have any other means to punish those we hurt us, and by human nature, we feel better or vindicated after placing curse on those who cheat or offend us, and we look forward for the manifestation of the curse.

But Jesus Christ teaches His followers never to curse anyone no matter what they do to us. The New Testament teachings of blessings are better than the Old Testament. Jesus Christ says in Matthew 5:43, 44, “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you.”

It’s the commandment of Jesus Christ; it may not go in line with the Old Testament, but it the best.

Since cursing does not come out of love, then cursing is contrary to the commandment of Jesus Christ. The Word of God says in 1 John 2:8, “Again, a new commandment I write to you, which thing is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away, and the true light is already shining.”

The new commandment of Jesus Christ in the New Testament is for the new creatures in Christ, and that is: bless and do not curse! The commandment of Jesus Christ forbids cursing and only true believers are obedient. He laid the example throughout His earthly ministry that He cursed no one, with all the people who spitefully used Him, even to the unjustified death on the cross He only blessed them by asking God to forgive them.

Why it is wrong for every child of God to curse people?

1, Because cursing is against the new commandment of Jesus Christ – LOVE. 1 John 2:8.

2, Because cursing is an act of vengeance, and that act only belong to God. Psalm 94:1.

3, Because the Spirit in us, as children of God, is to bless, not to curse. Luke 9:53-55.

4, Because we are no longer under the curse of the law but under the blessing of the Lord Jesus Christ. Galatians 3:13.

Children of God who curse are living in ignorance, because what you need is not to curse those who offend but to let God take control and bless you in hundred fold. What is your concern? Is it curse on the person who offends you or blessing in return for you? For example, somebody steals your belonging, do you want God to seriously punish the thief or you want God to bless you in hundred fold of what was stolen? If someone steals your car, and you place curse on the thief, will that bring your car back? But if on the other way, you commit the person into God's hand to arrest him and command God's blessing into your life for abundant replenishment, and God provides another or a better car for you, the thief also is unrest and come back to you for confession, that is how God want us to walk.

Many Christians, because they are so engrossed with spirit of revenge, they would prefer God to punish their offenders than God to bless them instead.

Ministers of God who use their calling to curse are walking in ignorance; eye for eye will only make the world go blind. Love of God inspires us to bless those who offend or hurt us, to pray for their salvation or restoration, to ask God to replenish whatever people have taken from you wrongly.

Repent and Reverse
In anyway you have cursed people because of their wrong, if you are now a child of God, you will need to repent, ask for forgiveness and reverse the curse, bless those who have offended you, no matter how serious, by so doing, you are pulling them from generational curse and hell fire, and at the same time pouring the blessings of God upon your own life.

When people cheat us, offend us or hurt us, commit them into God's hands and command the blessings of God upon your life in return.

GOD DIDN'T CALL ANY MINISTER TO BE FINANCIAL WEALTHY!

The bitter truth you may find hard to accept is that a genuine full time minister of God is not meant to be a wealthy or rich man; you will not find one in the Bible and among the old time ministers of the gospel even till Charles Spurgeon.

A full time minister can make millions of dollars in investments and business, but he doesn't amass the riches, he is a channel not a container. D. L Moody made millions of dollars from his published hymn books, but he never had gum in his hands to stick the money, but the money passed through his hands.

I started business with my wife few years ago with N60,000 and within a year, God blessed it, we made about N6,000,000. So, billions of dollar can pass through a minister of God, and he will never have assets worth one million dollar.

A genuine minister of God does not store wealth, but to freely shares, he does not live luxurious lifestyle, he doesn't use most expensive things even if he can afford it, but he lives moderately as an example of moderation. Do you understand?

A minister of God who has millions stored in his bank account and telling his members with financial difficulties to have faith without sharing from what he stores is not an heavenly minded Christian. Moderation doesn't mean you are poor but moderate in all things.

A Christian who spends more than his means, how will such Christian not support extravagant ministers?

There are so so many needs for a genuine minister of God to meet in taking care of God's work freely and the people that he can never become a millionaire at any point, no matter hos God blesses him, and he cannot amass wealth for himself in this life to be recognized by this world as a wealthy person or having millions in his bank account laying fallow.

Any ministers of God who amasses wealth that the world sees as millionaire lacks heavenly vision, the earth is their heaven, they don't have any other heaven to go, and their belly is their gods.

"For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 19 whose end is destruction, whose god is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame—who set their mind on earthly things." Philippians 3:18, 19.

THERE IS NO "Dr" MINISTERIAL POSITION

I have never seen a genuine and serious minister of God addressed as "Dr" not among our founding fathers of faith and not even among the contemporaries. Because there is no ministerial position in the Bible as Doctor.

A minister is addressed by his ministerial office, Paul was proud to be called an apostle. An Apostle is addressed as "Apostle", a prophet is addressed as "Prophet" An Evangelist is addressed as "Evangelist" A pastor should be proud to be called pastor, a bishop should be addressed as "Bishop", a deacon is addressed as "Deacon" an Elder is addressed as "Elder" All these are biblical, but there is no tittle or office in the Bible as "Dr"

When you carry your secular tittle into the work of God and abandon your ministerial tittle, or if you refuse to abandon your secular or earthly title for the title of the ministry which God called you into, then many things are wrong with you. Apostle Paul said those things that were meaningful to him before he has counted useless for the excellence of knowledge of Christ. Philippians 3:7, 8. It means all those earthly and secular titles, positions and influence he had counted loss, and abandoned them for the excellent of Christ, and Christ alone.

All those ministers who are tittled as "Dr" or "Prof" or end their names with "PhD, Prof, Prince, etc." such ministers either have problem with ego or they are misguided, there are no such titles in the biblical works of ministries.

More importantly we are all brothers and sisters in the Lord, irrespective of our positions or tittle in the work of God. Let's all have this mind of Christ of humility.

Philippians 2:5-7, " Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men."

You know what? All those ministers who are carrying titles such as "Dr, PhD, Senior Apostle, Arch bishop, etc., they are making reputations for themselves, they are not taking the form of bonservants, they are contrary to the nature of Christ Jesus.

We are to know the truth, repent and make adjustment.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES WITHOUT ACTIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS
Matthew 23:23, “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone.”

Activity in the name of God without active relationship with Jesus is a mere religion. The Pharisees were more concerned about paying tithes than living a life of justice and mercy.

Paying tithes-sermon is a common sermon in many churches today; paying tithes is good and biblical, but more than that is presenting your life as a living sacrifice, holy and accepted to God, which is your reasonable service. The truth is that, tithes payment is not meant for everybody in the church except those who have totally surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ- you may not hear that from your modern preachers. God wants us to first present our lives holy unto Him before we begin to pay tithes. Those G.Os, Bishops and pastors who say everybody, including unbelievers, should pay tithes are modern false teachers.

If you are not genuinely saved and serving God in holiness, you need not to be concerned about paying tithes and offerings, your concern should be to first surrender your life to Jesus and be sanctified. Preachers who preach tithes more than more transformation of life in godliness are modern Pharisees. You are not qualified to pay tithes or help God’s work until you totally surrender your life to Jesus and start new life of holiness in Him. Your tithes and offerings are useless and baseless without the salvation of your soul and sanctification of your life.

Isaiah 1:13-16
Bring no more futile sacrifices;
Incense is an abomination to Me.
The New Moons, the Sabbaths, and the calling of assemblies—
I cannot endure iniquity and the sacred meeting.
14 Your New Moons and your appointed feasts
My soul hates;
They are a trouble to Me,

DISCIPLE OF CHRIST OR CHURCH MEMBER?
Matthew 28:19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”

Jesus Christ gave us the command to make disciples of all nations, which is what the Great Commission is all about. But the difference is the case in our churches today. People are focused on making members for their different denominational churches in the name of working for God. But if you look closely to the Master’s commandment, He didn’t say, “Make church members of all the nations” He said, “make disciples of all the nations” Matthew 28:19.

There is a clear difference between making disciples and making church members; there is a crystal clear difference between being a Christ’s disciple and being a church member. You can be a certified, recognized and appreciated church’s member, who is well known in the church, did all sorts of New Covert’s, Believers or Membership trainings, and yet you are not a disciple of Christ. You can go through all these “so called” workers trainings, ministers trainings or Pastoral trainings and yet you are not a disciple of Jesus Christ, you can be so committed into your church, that most of your time and money are spent on different church’s activities, programs and services, and you are not a disciple of Jesus Christ. You can be devoted to your church as a member, as a worker, as a leader, minister or pastor and yet not a disciple of Christ Jesus.

The Great Commission Jesus Christ gave to us is, “Make disciples of all nations” But the devil has deceived us and turned it to “make church members of all nations”. That is the reason you see every denominations struggling to have large number of members that is the reason you see them everywhere, every street, they want to have their own denominational branches or assemblies or parishes, whatever name they call them.

Think about it, if a church or a Pastor says they want to create another branch or parish in a particular street, is it because there are no existing biblical churches in that particular location? If the motive is that all or most denominations in the area are unbiblical and teaching errors, that is good. But they create their new branches there and preach and teach the same thing. They don’t care about that, their mission and focus is to make members from every street, every town, city and state, but not necessary in every village. Because they are not after the mission of making disciples, they only want to make members for their denominations.

You will see in a particular street where different denominational churches are staying side by side. You will see a two, three storey building of different denominations on each floor, the ground floor is denomination A, the first floor is another denomination of B, and second floor is a different Pentecostal denomination C. When church A is doing Sunday School, church B who does not do Sunday School in her denomination will be doing heavy Praise Worship with loud shouts and instruments, and church C will be having a “fireful” and prophetic moment of prayer; all at the same time with their speakers loud enough so as not to be overshadowed and suppressed by the other church. Everything will be boiling in the air, in the name of serving God? This is because they are looking for members not disciples. It is confusion; it may be seen as united confusion, friendly confusion or prophetic confusion; whatever name we call it, such is confusion and God is not an Author of confusion.

Every church wants to have the largest congregation, many branches or parishes and many rich people, all in the name of the Lord. Competition and rivalry among denominations all in the name of the Lord.

It’s a terrible thing in the Christianity of today that the devil has turned the Great Commission to the great competition. The devil has diverted and deceived pastors and churches to think and believe that making church members, creating more parishes or branches are as the same as making disciples. You see more denominations and more parishes of churches today, and at the same time you see more sins, more evil, more competitions, and more immorality. Why? Because most of these pastors and their churches are only making members not disciples. Anybody can be a member, but a not a disciple.

Anybody can be a worker, an ordained minister of a church. Is it not to be regular, committed and do their different classes? But it takes those who are genuinely saved, regenerated, who have forsaken their sins and living new life in Jesus to be a true disciple of Jesus Christ. John 8:10, 11, 31, 32.

THE DIFFERENCE IS CLEAR!
There are clear differences between a church members and a disciple of Jesus Christ:

A disciple of Christ is somebody who genuinely comes to Jesus Christ for the salvation of his soul and eternal life and keeping following Him for the bread of life. John 6: 63-67. But a church member may have other purposes like problem solving, prosperity, prophecies, healing, etc.

A disciple of Christ is somebody who come to Jesus and repent from all his sins, forsake them and continuing in the Word of God. Acts 14:21,22. A church member does not necessarily need to be genuinely saved; they may just answer altar call and be committed and faithful to the church ordinances. Are you a disciple or a church member?

To make disciples, Christ, and Him alone must be preached with the sole aim of leading people to salvation in Christ and helping them to grow and live in holiness, truth and righteousness, and to make heaven. To make members, no need of priority of genuine repentance, salvation, restitution and holiness of life, just preach what will attract people in the name of Jesus. If your purpose is to make people get to heaven, it’s not a must to make them members of your church. You can have thousands members in your church and none of them is a disciple of Christ. The population of a church is not in proportion to the spiritual value of that church. The number of the members in a church is not in any proportion to the number of Christ’s disciples in that church.

ANYTHING GOES!
Many pastor and church is looking for numerical growth today, they want to make members of every nation, every city and every street, and they are ready to preach and perform anything, ready to change any standard to have this dream of mega church come through.

Some denominations say their vision is to have their denominations at every corner of every street and to make members for their denominations from every family. That is a human and personal ambition and not Christ’s ambition. It’s an idea generated from personal ambition to build personal empire not the kingdom of God. You see, there are some things that you don’t need to speak in tongues or have the gift of prophecy before you know if they are biblical or not; all you need to do is to check the Word of God and compare them with the Scriptures that doesn’t change. Jesus said, “make disciples of all nations” He didn’t say, “make your church members of all nations” The only means such denominations can justify their visions or missions is if they claim and prove that their church is the only biblical church through which people can get to heaven and through their church alone people can become disciples of Christ. But if you don’t believe your church is the only church recognized by God and that not all your church’s member are real disciples of Christ, then you don’t need to have your church’s member in every family and at every corner. Christ’s mission is to have His disciples in every family not in your own denomination, except if you believe only your church members are Christ’s disciples in the world.

Most of the missions in the ministries today are selfish, self ego generated missions. Pastors are just building their own empires in the name of God. Pastors are seeking their personal glory in the name of working for God. They are using you to fulfill their own ambition and personal agenda, to boost their personal ego in the name of working for God. They want to have large congregations; they want to have the biggest church auditoriums – multibillionaire, so that it will be written at the back of their books – for that, they are ready to swear on both Testaments, to say anything with God’s name to convince you.

SOME UN-BIBLICAL METHODS OF MAKING AND MAINTAINING MEMBERS
(1) Membership Certificate
Most pastors and their churches today are using various strategies to make and maintain members. Some even go to the point of making their church members to have membership certificate. That is funny. They may tell you, “If you don’t go through our membership class and have certificate, you are not a bona fide member of this church” there are different classes in different churches today, to promote holiness and maintain old standards or maintain members? You wonder why you didn’t hear such things among our founding fathers of faith. Well, you can certify somebody as a genuine member of your church, right? You can be certified by your pastor or General/Senior Pastor as a genuine member but you may not be part of the Disciples of Christ. Having your name written in your church’s book does not mean your name is written in the Book of life in heaven.

Paper certificate is useless; membership certificate is immaterial to becoming disciple of Christ. It may be part of the modern system to maintain church membership. If our genuine aim is to help people to be true Disciples of Christ, there is no need making them to be your certified church members as if being recognized as a genuine member of your church has anything to do with being recognized in heaven. Only Jesus knows His own in a church, no pastor can judge by certificate the true and genuine members of Christ’s kingdom. The classes and certificates are not enough evidence to certify people as genuine disciples of God. Only God can determine His own in the public meeting, so such act is usurping God’s territory and very inadequate.

You see, in those days, our founding fathers of faith were not using all these human ideas, they only preached Jesus alone, and it was evidential in their own personal lives and the lives of the members, because the Bible says by their fruits you will know them, not by their church’s certificates or by their commitment to their church classes and activities. Being a devoted church member or minister does not imply you are a true disciple of Christ. Your church can say anything to sooth you, to make you so confident as if you are a candidate of heaven as long you come to their church, if you build your life on that, it will amount to disappointment at the end of your life.

(2) Membership Marriage
Some churches go to the point of telling their church members not to visit any other churches or marry from another church apart from their own. That is nothing but selfish ideology, not Christ’s or biblical ideas. Not all churches are biblical but that does not mean every other church apart from your own is unbiblical. How can we invite other church members to our church and we don’t want our own church members to be invited to other churches? That is not the commandment of Jesus Christ and has nothing to do with the Great Commission. Jesus says, “Do unto others as you want them to do to you” if you don’t want your church members to attend or visit other denominations, then you don’t need to invite people from other denominations too. It’s all about personal and human ambition and wisdom to make and maintain members. Except if such denomination can biblical prove that their own denomination is the only heavenly recognized church on earth and all others are fake and all their members are sinners going to hell.

Some churches don’t allow their single sisters to go and marry in another denominations, maybe they can allow their single brothers to marry from another denominations and bring the women to their church but not that their sisters would go and marry in another church and then join the church. If your ambition is for kingdom of God, not for your own personal denomination, you don’t need such smart not-biblical tactic. The Bible standard for choosing marital partner is simply “only in the Lord” 1 Corinthians 7:39. It doesn’t says, “Only in your denominational church” a selfless pastor will not care if his single members marry from his church or not, he will only care if the person is in the Lord, not necessarily in your denomination.

Teaching or persuading people to marry only in your denomination is an extra-biblical teaching, EXCEPT you are saying only your church members are in the Lord and other children of God from all other denominations are outside the Lord. You don’t justify people by the church they attend, that is an ungodly judgment, heaven doesn’t recognize any denomination and no denomination is registered in heaven, only people who are washed by the Blood of the Lamb and living daily in righteousness, truth and holiness are recognized in heaven, irrespective of your denominations. So why are we fighting, competing and dividing more and more everyday as if becoming a church member is the same with the command of Jesus Christ of becoming His true disciples and making disciples for Him? Why can’t we base on the biblical standard that by their fruits you shall know those who are truly in the Lord and not by their denominations? Why can’t we stop the great competition of making members for our churches and let’s start the Great Commission of making disciples for Christ Jesus of all nations and of all denominations?

(3) Motivational Methods
Some pastors, in the process of making more members, they changed their messages to motivational, miraculous speaking in order to sooth people. Since many people want preachers that will deceive them by telling them what they want to hear not what they need to hear. So to make many members you must make mention what the many people want to hear at many times. People want motivational messages not rebuking messages, people want prosperity messages not message of purity, people want to go to churches where they perform miracles not where they practice holiness. So many preachers have become motivational speakers; others go to the point of getting demonic powers to perform miracles. You preach prosperity, breakthrough, faith for fantastic living and to overcome problems of life, but not the faith for holy life or to overcome temptations. They preach materials blessings and business success with long life. They sweeten their messages to psych your emotion and make you scream, to motivate you in your sins not from your sin. And you feel calmed, cooled and comfortable in your sins but uncomfortable with poverty.

With these, preachers can only make members for their denominations; with these, you can only become a member of a denomination and not disciple of Christ Jesus. You can be busing preaching, praying and sacrificing in the name of serving God, but all for nothing for your eternity. If your preaching, praying and teachings are not turning people to righteousness, all your effort are baseless. The Bible says in the book of Daniel 12:3, “Those who turn many to righteousness shall shine like stars forever and ever.” That is for people who are wise not the foolish ones.

If your purpose for the ministry or God’s work is to turn people to prosperity, to business success, wealthy life, healing and miracles, you are a big looser because no eternal reward for you. Only those who turn people to righteousness are recognized and will be rewarded in heaven. You may be popular here on earth and prospered and rich, but when this world passes away, your gains also pass away. If you are a member or minister of any of church but you are not living a righteous life, you are a great looser. Imagine your offerings, sacrifices and services are waste, your effort and giving are useless. You are just busy for nothing, your pastors and church can be deceiving you to continue like that as if everything is fine with you, they can try to misinterpret the Bible to calm you; Satan can be throwing miracles into your way in the name of testimonies to make you feel as if nothing is wrong or God is okay with you, but you alone has the power to choose not to be deceived by people or satan.

PERSONAL EXAMINATION
You can examine your own life, put aside all the physical and material testimonies, the certificates, the ordained “tittles”, the position you have in and outside the church; are you a true disciple of Jesus Christ or just a church member, minister? It’s not by claiming or ordinary confession, but it’s by your fruit testified to by people. If you are not yet a true disciple of Christ, you can become one NOW. All you need is to be sincere with yourself, realize your situation and repent from all your sins both open and secret ones and ask Jesus to forgive you as you determine to forsake them. Start a simple and sincere new life in Jesus with daily Bible reading and prayer and be zealous for God’s work not a church works.

DON’T BE BITTER
The greatest defeat a child of God can experience from the mistreatment of people is to harbor bitterness in his heart. As a child of God, when you allow bitterness in your heart because of the wrongdoing or misbehavior of people, it will poison your spiritual life, hampers your free relationship with the people, and it hinders unsaved people who offend you from coming to God; because bitterness will hinder you from praying for them and from loving them.

Bitterness is poisonous and pernicious, because it is within, right in the heart, and it may not be easily noticed outside. Acts 8:23, “For I see that you are poisoned by bitterness and bound by iniquity.” Bitterness is as a result of people wrong talking or treatment of people, which actually goes beyond the flesh and blood. Bitterness is a satanic weapon against the children of God, and many within and outside the church are trapped, even against one another among the brethren.

Even when you do not revenge, fight back, talk back or retaliate against people who mistreat, offend or speak against you, if care is not taken, you may be bitter in your heart against them by grudge, and in such case, Satan has won the battle.

Bitterness is a little sin, but so large to hinder a child of God from making heaven. As it is common among unbelievers, so it is among believers and mostly among "mature" Christians. It is subtle but destructive. If it is not settled at once, It leads to anger, evil speaking, slander and malice. It hinders one's prayer, free fellowship with one another and it hinders one from making heaven.

The only remedy and means to block bitterness from gaining access into our hearts is to overlook offenses and forgive freely. Don't mind, don't enumerate what people do against you, just forgive and escape bitterness. We must also pray daily for cleansing and grace to overcome such subtle sins.

Ephesians 4:31, 32"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. 32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you."

THE BIBLICAL PURPOSES OF ATTENDING CHURCH

I called a Christian sister few days ago here in Nigeria, after asking her the church she still attends, I asked her to stop going to the church, that it would be better for her to stay at home and fellowship at home till God leads her to the right church than going to such church she mentioned.

Attending a church is causing havoc to many lives today, spiritually, physically and martially. But before I share about the problems caused by attending church, let’s share about the biblical purpose of church or attending church.

The Book of Hebrews 10:24-25 explain the purpose of church or benefits, blessing and purposes of attending church. “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”

Why do we have church and why must a child of God attend church, here are the reasons:

1, TO STIR UP LOVE IN BELIEVERS. “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love” Hebrews 10:24. The first purpose of why God wants us to attend church and fellowship is for love, to stir up love in us towards God and one another.

If you, as a child of God, are attending a church and the church does not stir you up to love God more and more, if your love for God is stand still, if your desire to be more like Jesus Christ is not growing, if your love for God’s work is not going fervent by the stirring up of that church, then you are in a wrong church. Many churches out there are stirring up people to be financially rich, to be prospered, to love the world and the cares of this world, but not to love God and hate sin. If you are in such church, you are among the living death people.

To stir up love also means to love one another; in fact love for one another in purity is the evidence of a genuine church. 1 John 4:4-7. Any church which does not have practical love towards one another is a dead church.

I was once a member of a popular holiness church here in Nigeria, while they simply and seriously preach salvation, sanctification and holiness, they lack simple practical love among one another, they could preach love plainly, but hardly practice it, so many become personification of hypocrisy. Love involve sharing, like the early church with apostles, love involve caring, praying and helping one another, but when this is lacking, such church will lack behind in the Spirit, no matter the popularity or shouting they make, such will not be able to impact their generation or turn the world to Christ, because they are empty barren.

That is the reason I can categorically say we don’t have a popular Bible church yet in this generation, that is the reason I tell people I don't know any genuine Bible church among the popular churches of today. A church with members of 1 million has the capacity to transform a nation of 200 million populations if the church is really genuine church of holiness, love and prayer. But where we have a church of more than 2 million members nationwide and the nation remains in darkness, corruption and ungodliness, it means something is wrong the church, it means the church lacks genuine purity and power of God, and it means the church is also part of the darkness, because it is not possible for 2 million light not to lighten 200 million darkness.

This is the reason you see all these popular churches including those we claim holiness and purity, all of them are busy building multi-billion dollar auditoriums, church buildings, and expensive private schools, it is because Satan has already distracted them from reality, because somethings are wrong with them, such church can never transform their members let alone the nation. They can continue to claim prosperity, but they are spiritually poor, they can continue to claim holiness, but they are hypocrite.

A church can persistently preach holiness and purity, but lack the practical aspect of it

A church can never experience revival without genuine love for one another, no matter how much they pray and desire revival. Purity without love is a pure hypocrisy because purity in a real sense means pure love. James 1:27

2, TO STIR UP GOOD WORKS IN BELIEVERS. Hebrews 10:24, “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works.”

The purpose of going to church is to be stirred up in good works. Many churches specialize in stirring up people’s faith, but without good works such faith is dead. James 2:26. Good works involve works of righteousness, works of evangelism and works of caring and sharing among people. A church may stir you up into giving, into believing miracle, into prayer, into sowing, but if they don’t stir you up into righteous and godly work, you are in mortuary, not sanctuary.

3, TO PREPARE BELIEVERS FOR THE DAY OF THE LORD. Hebrews 10:25, “ not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”

The Day of the Lord is fast approaching – the Day of reckoning and the Day of rapture, and the purpose of the church is to consistently remind and exhort one another to be prepared. But if the church you attend does not prepare you for this Day, but prepare you mostly for dancing, deliverance or discovering secrets to success and prosperity in life, then you are in a Laodicean church. Revelations 3:14-18.

Any church that focuses more on earthly things than heaven things and preparation for the day of the Lord is a satanic church.

So the purpose of attending church is not just to fulfil all righteousness or because you are a Christian and you must be attached to a church, but the purposes are for love, good works and preparation for the Day of the Lord. Hebrews 10:24, 25. Are these purposes being fulfilled in your life since you have been going to church? If not, it is either you are in a wrong church or you are making wrong choices.

This year, as we are more approaching the end, rededicate your life to Jesus Christ, let God lead to a right church, even if it is not a popular church, and make the right choices of love, good works and daily preparation for the Day of the Lord. You must prayerfully wait till God leads you to the right church.

THE ERRONEOUS DOCTRINE OF GREAT TRIBULATION BEFORE RAPTURE

The devil is deceiving so many Christians through different means today, some with big heresies but he deceives many Christians with little heresies. Ones of the little unnoticeable errors that cause serious damage and deception is that doctrine/teaching that there will first be Great Tribulation before the Rapture.

I am seriously surprised to see many Christians who believe this obvious heresy for their damnation. They quote Bible to back themselves, they interpret verses of the Bible to sooth their belief but it still remains error, no matter how they interpret it.

Now, I'm not here to quote Bible to argue about this, but just to point out the heresy and warn if you are among those who believe such heresy to reject it and accept the true word of God.

To start with, what is Great Tribulation? It is a time of terror and torment which has never happen before, all the tribulations from the beginning of the world are small letter "g" great tribulation, but the one coming is capital letter "G" Great Tribulation.

Now, let me point out some errors and heresies in the teaching of Great Tribulation before Rapture:

1, It teaches that children of God will go through the greatest terror and torment on earth before Jesus will come to take them at rapture. How possible is that? God has never treated or allowed His children to pass through torments and terrors with unbelievers before He would save them. Example is Noah; God rescued him and his family before the flood. Genesis 7:1-16. Another example is Lot; God first took him and his family before the great terror of rain of fire and brimstones on Sodom and Gomorrah. You know what the angel told Lot, he said, Hurry, escape there. For I cannot do anything until you arrive there.” Genesis 19:22. It means God will first take away His children from the sinful world before there will be such untold Great Tribulation.

Now, why will God punish His children with the disobedient world in such a Great Tribulation? Those who will go through Great tribulation are the Christians who carelessly miss rapture and all unbelievers in the world. GOD WILL NEVER SUFFER HIS LOVING CHILDREN IN GREAT TRIBULATION. Children of God can pass through great tribulations but not Great tribulation of untold terrors and torments.

All what Christians are passing through today are small letter great tribulations.

2, Christians who believe the erroneous teaching of Great tribulation before rapture are not prepared for imminent rapture at this moment. This is a serious heresy. While every serious minded Christian is waiting and watching for the rapture of the saints, those sets of Christians are only waiting for Great tribulation, they will not feel the emergency of the rapture since they believe Great tribulation will first occur, and there is nothing like Great tribulation now; so the devil is deceiving them not to be at alert for the rapture, but feel relaxed, “There can never be rapture now, because there will first be Great tribulation” What a deception!

All the tribulations which exist in the world now are usual, but the Great tribulation will be terribly unusual, so there is no Great tribulation yet, and so those who believe Great tribulation will happens first do not believe rapture can take place at any moment now, they can feel relaxed. This is a serious deception of Satan on so many Christians.

Jesus Christ warns us to remember Lot’s wife, that rapture will happen like the days of Noah, that it can happen any moment, but ask those who believe in Great tribulation before rapture, they don’t believe rapture can happen any moment from now, they don’t believe the word of Jesus Christ, they are not waiting like the five wise virgins, they are not waiting for the return of the Master any moment, they are only waiting for Great tribulation now, what a congregations of the foolish virgins!

3, Christians who believe the erroneous teaching of Great tribulation before rapture misunderstand Rapture with Second coming of Jesus. When a man knows so little and interprets so many, he cannot escape heresy. The problem of those Christians who claim Great tribulation will happen before the rapture is because they do not understand the difference between Rapture and Second coming of Jesus.

Here is the difference:

Rapture will happen at the time of peace and prosperity, in fact false prophets will be preaching more peace and prosperity, and suddenly rapture will take place. “For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.” 1 Thessalonians 5:3.

The purpose of the rapture is for Jesus to send His angels to take His children from the world before Great tribulation.

Second Coming of Jesus will happen during Great tribulation. After the rapture, then there will be Great Tribulation, and thereafter the second coming of Jesus Christ. The purpose of the Second coming of Jesus Christ is to judge the sinful world and to rescue left-behind Christians who refuse to take evil mark.

Matthew 24:29, 30 “Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. 30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory."

Christ will return the same way He went to heaven Acts 1:11, "who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.” He is coming as a Lion, not as a Lamb, to execute fierce judgments on all who have accepted the 666 mark, on the Anti-Christ and on Satan. Christ will reign on earth for 1000 years with is saints while Satan is bound.

So if you believe the error of Great tribulation before rapture, you need to repent and reject the error and be prepared to make the rapture and meet the Lord as the Lamb, and escape Great tribulation.

I pray we are not going to be part of the Great tribulation after we have parted away from our sins and old life in Jesus name.

In the Bible, the church was opposite the world, but today, the church is more worldly than the world.

In the Bible, the apostles and disciples cared about building people, supplying daily needs of people, but today, our pastors are building multi-billions auditoriums and cathedrals. (Just see the new multi-billions cathedral of Deeper Life church, a church without free Christian materials, let alone free daily needs, where you must pay to get everything, including tracts for evangelism, no care for the homeless disciples, no care for those we can't pay their children's school fees, even their primary schools, secondary schools and university has no room for the poor. Now, building expensive auditorium as if this world is our permanent place.

The Missionaries came to Africa with free education, today, churches' primary schools, secondary schools and universities built by members' money are more expensive than Government schools, and same expensive like private school who gets loan to build it. And some people will still say churches are not making profits from their schools, and why the individuals who build same schools with same schools fees are making profits?

In the Bible, the early church leadership was making efforts for the profits of the disciples, but today, our churches are making profits from the members - from churches booklets, hymn books, primary schools to universities.

These are the reasons why the Christianity of today is opposite the experience of the Bible.

If the old time religion of holiness, decency, no-worldly-care and free sharing is too old for us, then we are too young for old time revival.

Let's repent and go back to the Bible without pride!

HOW TO SECURE AND SUSTAIN THE PRESENCE OF GOD

Psalm 15:
LORD, who may abide in Your tabernacle?
Who may dwell in Your holy hill?
2 He who walks uprightly,
And works righteousness,
And speaks the truth in his heart;
3 He who does not backbite with his tongue,
Nor does evil to his neighbor,
Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend;
4 In whose eyes a vile person is despised,
But he honors those who fear the LORD;
He who swears to his own hurt and does not change;
5 He who does not put out his money at usury,
Nor does he take a bribe against the innocent.
He who does these things shall never be moved.

1. Surrender all to Jesus Christ.
To experience the abiding presence of God is not majorly by fasting and prayer, but by total surrender to Jesus Christ. You cannot continue in your sin and experience the awesome presence of God.

You need to surrender your life to Jesus Christ afresh in holiness and righteousness. You repent, confess and forsake your sin. Make all your ways right, settle necessary restitution and allow Jesus to be the Lord of your life. Do not allow Satan and Sin to dictate your life.

2. Seek Him daily. You want to secure and sustain God’s presence in your life? You need to seek God first thing first daily. Seek His word daily in your daily devotion. Spend time with God daily in Bible reading and prayer. You must endure to finish reading Bible from Genesis to Revelation. Meditate daily in the Word of God.

The Lord revealed to me that those who seek Him more in Bible reading and meditation will experience divine leading and guidance of God than never before. What we need more is not more of fasting (though we need to fast often) but more of meditation of God’s word and applying it into our daily living.

Do not be stupid to miss your daily devotion for a day, no matter how busy you may become. There is no excuse for being foolish or being consciously stupid, because only the fool will allow whatever to hinder them from having personal refreshing and renewing time with God.

3. Serve God than never before. There is no idle time in the kingdom, every genuine child of God must be occupied in serving God at every time, everywhere and with whatever God blesses you with, and if there is any time of urgency to preach the Gospel to all, it is now. Preach the Word of God at all time, you cannot overdo it. Share the Word of God with believers for edification. Preach and share God’s word on phone, on Facebook, on whatsapp, online, on board, in your workplace, in your school, to your family, friends, strangers, TO ALL.

Intercede for both sinners and the saved. We need one another intercession than never before. As we share God’s word, we must also share love with one another, which is part of serving God. Share from the little you have and seek for brethren in need and do not hesitate to share and assist. The doors of outpouring blessing of God will be shut against those we are selfish and stinging. God needs your tithes and offering and giving to brethren, friends and even strangers need your sharing.

As you surrender all to Jesus Christ, the Author and Finisher of our lives, and as we seek Him daily without interruption and serve Him with all our mind and strength, great will our joy and rejoicing this year in Jesus name!

Psalm 16:11, “You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”

ATTEMPT TO HELP GOD
"And when they came to Chidon’s threshing floor, Uzza put out his hand to hold the ark, for the oxen stumbled. Then the anger of the Lord was aroused against Uzza, and He struck him because he put his hand to the ark; and he died there before God. " 1 Chronicles 13:9-10

God is Almighty and All-powerful, All-sufficient and Self-existent God who lives from everlasting to everlasting. He sees all things, knows all things at the same time. He is the Helper of all and needs no help from anyone, and from Him flows all goodness and blessings. For a human being or any being to attempt to help this Almighty God is a terrible mistake and sin, because it is an act of despising, dishonoring, and reducing God to a person who needs help. Attempting to help God is a terrible mistake of all time, and that was what Uzza did, he saw that God's Ark was about to fall and he decided to help God hold it back. God was angry with Uzza and He struck him to death.

How People Attempt To Help God Today
Many are acting like Uzza today. In your personal life, you attempt to help God after you are trusting God for a blessing and then take ungodly means to help get or fast track the blessing. When you are trusting God for a particular job, contract, position or provision and you know God has been working it out for you all along, but it gets to a point, due to some circumstances and challenges, it seems the blessing may not get to you; so to avoid further delay or disappointment, you have to commit a little sin to make things work out. That is the terrible sin of helping the Almighty God.

God promised you provision, a promotion, a position or a partner, and He was working it out all along, but along the way it seemed got stuck as if it would never succeed or come to pass if you don't commit a little sin to help things work, if you don't tell little lie, if you don't reduce your age to get the job or appointment, if you don't adjust your information to get the papers and document done, if you don't compromise to keep the job or the possession, if you don't permit per-marital sex to keep the relationship, if you don't please people to get their favor, if you don't give the bribe to complete the process. "Look, everything will fall apart except you do something now, you can't say you trust God and fold your hands here, heaven helps those who help themselves. If you don't do this, you will miss everything, the life time golden opportunity."

"There is nothing wrong doing it, it is just to help what God has promised and started in your life, everything works together for God's glory, He understands." That is what Satan and people around you will suggest to you in such situation, even believers, even pastors. But it's left to you to either trust God fully and let His will be done in your life or you turn foolish like Uzza in attempt to help God to perfect what He started in your life.

When God promises or proceeds something in your life, you must trust Him to perfect it. When things gets tough and stocked or stopped along the way, just keep trusting God, don't lean on your understanding, don't be foolish like Uzza in the name of helping things out. Don't follow the multitude of ungodly counsel. God who promised, who started the good work will surely perfect it in His own way, with a better one even if the one you expected does not work; it is a test of your faith, God want to see if you really love and trust Him like Abraham who gave his Isaac, and like David who refused to kill Saul to help God's plan come to pass in his life. When we trust God with all our hearts, He turns disappointment to reappointment.

If you are a child of God, you need to answer two these questions:

(1) What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

(2) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or unclothedness, or peril, or sword?

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:31, 35, 38-39.

Prayer
LORD God, You are our Father, our Redeemer and our Helper, help us to trust and look unto You always for help. LORD, help us to reject ungodly suggestions and benefits; no matter the condition, to trust You always, no matter the trials or threats. We ask in Jesus name. Amen

AWARD WINNING MINISTRY VS SOUL WINNING MINISTRY
Some years back I was talking with a gospel music singer and she told me of several awards her album has won, I felt like what does winning awards has to do with Christian ministry? When does Christian ministration become a center for winning earthly or secular awards?

It baffles me when I watch a Christian movie and it’s advertised as award winning Christian movie, or when I enter a minister’s office and I see it decorated with several awards, or when I see a gospel songs tagged with winning awards, what does spiritual ministration has to do with winning earthly award? Or rather what is the correlation between winning souls and winning award?

In this generation of majority of Christian goats and wolf ministers, it is more impressive for a Christian movie, music or book to be tagged or advertised as an award winning than a soul winning.

No genuine minister or ministry suppose to receive award from any one or group on earth, the purpose of working for God is to receive reward in heaven, not to receive award on earth.

When you decorate your office with different awards as a minister, it means you have already received your reward of working for God.

Can you imagine Moses receiving awards from Pharaoh? Can you imagine prophets Elijah receiving from King Ahab? Or rather can you imagine the Apostles decorating their offices with awarding winning fro the world or worldly Christians?
That would be unimaginable, so our awarding winning ministers of today are unimaginable!

SATAN'S MEETING AGAINST GOD
(Read even if you're busy)

Satan called a worldwide convention of demons. In his opening address he said, "We can't keep Christians from going to church." "We can't keep them from reading their Bibles and knowing the truth." "We can't even keep them from forming an intimate relationship with their Savior." "Once they gain that connection with Jesus, our power over them is broken."

"So let them go to their churches; let them have their covered dish dinners, but steal their time, so they don't have time to develop a relationship with Jesus Christ." "This is what I want you to do", said the devil:

"Distract them from gaining hold of their Saviour and maintaining that vital connection throughout their day!" "How shall we do this?" his demons shouted.

"Keep them busy in the nonessentials of life and invent innumerable schemes to occupy their minds," he answered.
"Tempt them to spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow."

"Persuade the wives to go to work for long hours and the husbands to work 6-7 days each week, 10-12 hours a day, so they can afford their empty lifestyles."

"Keep them from spending time with their children." "As their families fragment, soon, their homes will offer no escape from the pressures of work!"

"Over-stimulate their minds so that they cannot hear that still, small voice." "Entice them to play the radio or cassette player whenever they drive." "To keep the TV, VCR, CDs and their PCs going constantly in their home and see to it that every store and restaurant in the world plays non-biblical music constantly." "This will jam their minds and break that union with Christ."

"Fill the coffee tables with magazines and newspapers." "Pound their minds with the news 24 hours a day." "Invade their driving moments with billboards." "Flood their mail boxes with junk mail, mail order catalogues, sweepstakes, and every kind of newsletter and promotional offering free products, services and false hopes."
"Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines and TV so their husbands will believe that outward beauty is what's important, and they'll become dissatisfied with their wives." "Keep the wives too tired to love their husbands at night." "Give them headaches too!" "If they don't give their husbands the love they need, they will begin to look elsewhere." "That will fragment their families quickly!"

"Give them Santa Claus to distract them from teaching their children the real meaning of Christmas." "Give them an Easter bunny so they won't talk about his resurrection and power over sin and death."

"Even in their recreation, let them be excessive." "Have them return from their recreation exhausted." "Keep them too busy to go out in nature and reflect on God's creation." "Send them to amusement parks, sporting events, plays, concerts, and movies instead." "Keep them busy, busy, and busy!"

"And when they meet for spiritual fellowship, involve them in gossip and small talk so that they leave with troubled consciences."
"Crowd their lives with so many good causes they have no time to seek power from Jesus." "Soon they will be working in their own strength, sacrificing their health and family for the good of the cause." "It will work!" "It will work!"

It was quite a plan! The demons went eagerly to their assignments causing Christians everywhere to get busier and more rushed, going here and there. Having little time for their God or their families. Having no time to tell others about the power of Jesus to change lives.

I guess the question is, has the devil been successful at his scheme?

You be the judge! Does "busy" mean:
B-eing
U-nder
S-atan's
Y-oke?

"Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings .And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen. - I Peter 5:8-1.

If you are too busy for daily prayer time and Bible reading, then you are under the end time yoke of Satan. If you now are too busy to to have time for evangelism, visiting and calling the brethren and family members, then you have been carried away with the cares of this life. If your life is busy with the cares, longing, desires, activities of this world, then you are among the deceived. If your heart is busy with business, buyings, beauty, building project, bank account, etc, it may be too late after the rapture.

If you love football or any sports, or anything in this world, then you will have problem with your love for Jesus. The Bible commands us to love God and fellow human beings, and only "like" things; but if you love anything of this world, that is have passion for something, be it sport, cars, cares of this life, you cannot love God at the same time.

Rededicate your life to Jesus Christ, refocus your priority, purpose of living, pursuit, prayers, and preaching on heaven and preparation for His coming. Care less about the passing things of this life, and you will not be among the foolish Christians.
"And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. 13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved" Matthew 24:12, 13

"...and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful." Matthew 13:22.
" Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming."

I'm angry with those WHO PREACH LAW! I'm ANGRY with those who say we must KEEP our salvation with good works! May God punish you! I'm particularly angry with the Redeemed Christian Church of God tonight! Mehn? those guys have really sold LIES to christendom in this COUNTRY! I'm ANGRY with E. A. Adeboye tonight! That guy needs a millstone tied around his neck and to be DROWNED IN THE DEPTH OF THE SEA!

I'm angry with my friend, David Oyedepo, tonight! That guy is responsible for derailing the FAITH MOVEMENT in this country in 1992, apart from Adeboye's emissaries who really cut down the tree of that movement! I'm angry with Wale Oke for having been a 'willing accomplice' in the desecrating of the Gospel in this country - the same Gospel that he has previously laboured so much to PREACH in this country;

I'm angry with my friend, Remi Adejumo, and his wife, Funke Felix-Adejumo for having done so much havoc to the gospel in this country; - the same gospel that Remi has so much laboured for! I'm ANGRY with every one of you, who have promoted WITCHCRAFT and MANIPULATION from the pulpit! If you don't repent, JUDGMENT IS COMING!

I'm angry with you, Matthew Ashimolowo! - I saw that video in which you were asking people to come and give N1,000 or 1,000 USD for EACH year of the number of YEARS OF THEIR AGE! Matthew, how did you FALL SO MUCH? You used to BE BEAUTIFUL! As a pastor in the Foursquare Gospel Church, back then, you made the rest of us in the BODY OF CHRIST so PROUD OF YOU! You did your work so DILIGENTLY, preaching the TRUTH of the Gospel of Salvation; with this truth, you built the largest Foursquare Congregation in all of EUROPE! Later you started KICC, and we were so so PROUD of you, brother! But now you've joined the MERCHANTS, bá? You needed to have seen yourself in that video I mentioned! You looked PITIFULLY UGLY! Not so much in the physical sense of it, but SPIRITUALLY, ETERNALLY! You looked like someone UPON WHOM ANOTHER SPIRIT HAS COME! And, indeed, ANOTHER SPIRIT came on YOU in that meeting! Although you may not know it!

I'm ANGRY with you, all of you that make merchandise of God’s PEOPLE! A number of YOU started well, but now how MUCH YOU HAVE FALLEN! I did NOT say you're no longer saved! BUT YOU'VE FALLEN! ASHIMOLOWO, you've FALLEN;! ADEBOYE, I don't even know how to CATEGORIZE you! You're the GREATEST DISSERVICE to the Cause of God’s Kingdom in this country! Unfortunately, the people that have been mesmerized by you, all across this country - high and LOW alike, do not know this! THEY WORSHIP YOU! They're NOT WORSHIPING GOD! God will ask for of this! REPENT!

To all those in this country, who, UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THE REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD, has specialised in "God will send you to America this year," instead of preaching THE CROSS AND THE RESURRECTION, I say, Woe UNTO YOU! Repent or face your ORDEAL AT THE JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST!

David Oyedepo! I'm BEGGING YOU! Please come back to the LORD that you once Loved! Don't get me wrong! I did not say that you're no longer saved! But, PLEASE, my dear, COME BACK to that Jesus that you once loved! This foul dance in the MARKET PLACE has lasted for too long! You're all about money now! You only "add" the name of Jesus to it to give an APPEARANCE of the gospel! But you should know you're NOT BEING REAL! We're TIRED of the drama! Please come back!

I'm SO OVERWHELMED TONIGHT, I don't know how to continue! I'm really WEEPING NOW! My generation of MINISTERS have led the Church in this country ASTRAY! And how are we ever going to CORRECT THE DAMAGE WE'VE DONE? The younger ministers (those who are NOW in their FOURTIES and FIFTIES, or close to that) have so much copied us they're even WORSE THAN US! Yes, I as a person may NOT have been a part of this mess, (and that's the reason many of YOU look down on me and despise me), but there's something called "COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY." My Generation did it! So I'm a part of it! I repent on your behalf, but what will my repentance do, without your own?

Now God is using the MUCH YOUNGER ONES to chastise us (those the age of our very children) and yet you still can't see God at work!

I WARN YOU TODAY! Cleanse this MESS that you've caused! Otherwise, get SWEPT OFF when God begins to use others to CLEANSE IT!

I've said ENOUGH FOR NOW!

MY ADVICE FOR MINISTERS OF GOD
If you have a God's given ministry to fulfill in this end time without falling away or compromise, two things you must take careful note of:

1, Financial provision for your family and ministry. You must get this clear as you are getting into the ministry; are you going to work with your two hands like Apostle Paul to meet your family's needs, having a business, part time work? I will advise you not to depend or anyone or people for financial provision for your ministry or family, the same people supporting you financially may lead you to compromise. You must be content with the little provision God makes available for you, and if things are hard financially, you must wait till your change comes. Please look unto God and not any man, no matter how promising they may be.

Last month, a brother called me on phone here in Abuja and asked about our ministry’s office, and I told him we don’t have one yet, then he asked if I wanted one, and I said yes, but not expecting anything from him and I never called him back. And last week he called and explained himself that he called me last month, he said he read one of my posts on Facebook and he was not happy about it and he wanted me to go and remove it. The man sound funny to me, and I told him the reality. Later he said he wanted to come to fellowship with us before he travel out, but I told him we don’t run public church program, and we don’t allow strangers in our family fellowship.

If you depend on people in your ministry for financial support, you may be afraid to tell them the truth and they may even want to command you in the future.

The best thing I can advise a minister is to get his financial source settled with God and be content. Do not be expectant of financial support from people coming under your ministry, it is a sin.

When you see people who are financially okay coming to your ministry, and you begin to be expectant of something from them, before you know, you will be partial, you will want to attend to them first, pray for them first and visit them first – that is the beginning of downfall of a minister of God.

The major thing to put in mind is contentment and total trust in the Lord for your financial provision, not looking to some set of people.

2, Associations With Other Ministers or Ministry. This is another means the devil is using to make many ministers and their ministries fall away. You don’t want to be a lone ranger, you want to belong, you want to invite and be invited, so you are trying to accept and believe some little, little worldliness and unbiblical heresies.

Do not be in haste to get workers or people who will do the work of God with you, it is better you stay alone and do little you can do without compromise than to do many things with many people who are mixed multitude.

For example, in drama ministries, I see many ungodly and worldly Christians working with some drama ministries, because they need people to act for them so they don’t mind involving sinners or worldly Christians, they don’t mind involving drama ministers who do not believe the same standards they believe. I have seen several drama ministers who are toning, bleaching their skin – that is not film trick, it is real. Now, what does a Christian who tones or bleaches skin has to offer?

Some churches hire sinful musical instrumentalists, all because they just want the work of God to be done so they involve ungodly people, but they become disqualified at the end. Now, is it the melody of a Christian music that matters most or the message and its inspiration?

When I notice worldliness in a minister, I immediately detach myself from them. I better stay alone with God and maintain Bible standard than to associate with many ministers and ministries and miss it at the end.

Do not seek to associate with people in the work of ministry and get yourself disassociated from God at the end.

“I WILL TELL JESUS FOR YOU”
……..Secret of Strength in Stressful Situation

Few days ago (Dec. 2016), my son was playing with an item in the house he wasn’t supposed to play with, so for him not to damage it, I collected it from him. He was not happy with me as I collected the item from him but he couldn’t do anything against it, so he looked at me and said, “I will tell Jesus for you” meaning He would report me to Jesus. This is very funny as a child but it was serious to him. He felt since he was not happy that I collected the item he was using to play from him and he thought no one greater in the house He could report me to, so He said he would report me to Jesus.

YOU SHOULD TELL JESUS TOO
This is a secret of strength and also success in life. When we are displeased by what people do or by situation, disappointed by people we trust, or even delayed; in such situations we need not to be discouraged or depressed or panic, but we should tell it to Jesus in prayer.

In the book of 1 Samuel 8:6, “But the thing displeased Samuel when they said, “Give us a king to judge us.” So Samuel prayed to the LORD.” As children of God, when we are displeased with any situation, the first thing we should do is to pray about it, and not to panic.

WHY YOU NEED TO TELL JESUS
In any situation when we are displeased, disappointed or disturbed, the first thing that should be done before any other thing is to pray about it, why? Because we get two things from God when we pray about such displeasing, disappointing or disturbing situation:

1, PEACE & COMFORT: When your mind is troubled and disturbed as a result of a displeasing or disappointing event, you need the peace and comfort of God more than anything, this peace passes human understanding, it calms the storming sea, it calms our fear and anxieties; even when situation and things around are displeasing and disturbing, you will have the peace of God that passes all understanding. This peace and comfort you get when you take everything to God in prayer and leave it there.

2, DIVINE DIRECTION & SOLUTION
There is no situation in life that makes one vulnerable to wrong decision as when one is displeased or disappointed. In such a situation when one is displeased, if care is not taken, one can make wrong decision, take wrong direction and find a wrong solution that will worsen things at the end. But the secret of men and women who scaled through displeasing and disappointing situations in life into success is by taking things to God in prayer first.

Let’s look at the example of Moses in the book of Exodus chapter 14, when situations were displeasing as the Egyptians forces were marching against him and the Israelite's and the Red sea in front blocked them; and the children of Israel were complaining in a disappointing manner. Moses cried to God for divine direction in verse 15, “And the LORD said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward.”

The direction you take when things are tough will determine your destiny in life. That is the reason you need to go to God for divine direction in any displeasing or disappointing situation, so that the devil will not take advantage of you by pushing you into a wrong path.

What about the case of David in 1 Samuel chapter 30? Time will not permit me to give example of several others who took their unpleasant conditions and disappointing situations to God in prayer, and He turned their unpleasant conditions to pleasant and their disappointment to re-appointment.

Do not in haste take decision that will lead you into sin or land you in wrong direction because of displeasing people around or disappointing situation, but first take it to God in prayer, and He will calm your fear, guide your step and give you an expected end.

BIBLE STUDY: GIDEON’S EPHOD
(Good intention plus wrong implementation leads to bad implication and makes bad person.)

“Then Gideon said to them, “I would like to make a request of you, that each of you would give me the earrings from his plunder.” For they had golden earrings, because they were Ishmaelites… Then Gideon made it into an ephod and set it up in his city, Ophrah. And all Israel played the harlot with it there. It became a snare to Gideon and to his house.” Judges 8:24-27

Gideon made a gold Ephod after victory over Midian, but it later became snare to him and the children of Israel. The intention of Gideon for making the golden ephod might be for a symbol of victory for the children of Israel that would remain and remind generations of Israel of the uncommon victory the Lord gave them over the Midianites.

So basically, the intention of Gideon was to set a symbol of victory, he was not the first leader of Israel to set such symbol, before him was Joshua who raised a great heap of stones as symbol of victory over the Ai and its king in Joshua 8:29. It was also the same thing prophet Samuel did between Mizpah and Shen which Samuel called Ebenezer after victory over the Philistine. 1 Samuel 7:11, 12, “And the men of Israel went out of Mizpah and pursued the Philistines, and drove them back as far as below Beth Car. 12 Then Samuel took a stone and set it up between Mizpah and Shen, and called its name Ebenezer, saying, “Thus far the LORD has helped us.”

Such was the sincere intention of Gideon. But here came the problem – the wrong implementation of a sincere intention. Instead of Gideon to use stone for the setting symbol of God’s victory for His people as Joshua did at the river of Jordan, and as Samuel did for Ebenezer, Gideon did it in a wrong way by using gold, and this became a snare to him and his family.

The implication was that the children of Israel began to worship the ephod, they turned it to an idol and that distracted them from the living God; this became a snare to Gideon and his household, it has a terrible implication on them, “And all Israel played the harlot with it there. It became a snare to Gideon and to his house.” Judges 8:27

LESSONS TO LEARN
1, It is not enough to have good intention, but we must also implement our good intention in a godly way. It is not enough to say, “God sees my heart, my good intention” but men must also see your good and godly implementation, how you carry out your good intention. The Bible admonishes us to have a good conscience before God and men. Acts 24:16, “ This being so, I myself always strive to have a conscience without offense toward God and men.” When we carry out an intention in a wrong way, which will then have a bad implication on us or others, God will judge us as evildoers even if our initial intentions were good.

For example, you have a good intention for wearing clothes, but the clothes expose your body or extravagantly expensive, even though you have a good intention, you will be counted with ungodly because you don’t care of the implication of your action.

We must be mindful and watchful of our implementation as well as our intention; our mind must be good and our move must be godly. Good intention with ungodly implementation is equal to an ungodly person.

2, Let’s learn from the past people/history for our better present. Gideon wasn’t the first person to set a sign of victory and he was not the last. He could have learned from the past people by using stone, not gold. Stones were used as symbols of victory of God, but gold is for the services of God. We serve God with our gold and not through our gold, meaning you can serve God without gold, it is not a must to have gold before you can serve God. Apostle Peter said, “Silver and gold I don’t have” Acts 3:6, and he served God. The preachers and churches that emphasize on gold more than godliness are end time false preachers, those who preach about prosperity, breakthrough, favor and signs and wonders more that purity are Judas Iscariot of this generation. The teaching of modern preachers that financial prosperity will help you server God better is disguised idolizing money which is the doctrine of mammon. You will never see such a thing in the Bible that riches will help you to serve God better. At the end, the people of Gideon began to serve God through the golden image and it was unacceptable service of idolatry.

To learn from the history does not mean you should follow every method used in the past, but it is to learn a message from the past.

3. Using expensive materials to impress people in the name of serving God will only distract you and the people from serving God acceptably. When we use expensive materials to appreciate God and impress people, it will have a serious implication on the people eventually; they will soon defocus their attention from God and focus on those materials. That could be applicable to Gideon, when he used gold instead of stone to erect a symbol of victory, and later children of Israel were running after the golden image instead of God. This is more applicable to the churches of today, we want to impress people with miracle programs, prayers and preaching; along the way, and people have forgotten purity and preparation for heaven and now running after miracles.

Why are the churches of today spending multi-million dollars on church building projects? Why does every denomination today, including those who claim to believe and preach holiness, centers on multiple multi-million church auditorium building? It is because every denomination wants to impress the world outside that they can build the best and beautiful headquarters; while they continue incessant multi-million building projects from headquarters, to state, even going inside the bush to build cities, they are deviated from the Bible ordinance to build people. How can a church build a multi-million church auditorium without building a free Primary or Secondary school, without distribution of daily need to the needy members, without daily care for the widows and fatherless? It is simply because they care to impress the world than implementing the Word of God; you can’t do both together at the same time.

A church cannot impress people and please God at the same time. The early church did not have a single multi-million auditorium or headquarters, but they had stores from where they distributed to the needs of their thousands of members. Acts 4:34-37. You cannot impress people and please God at the same time. You know why your big church does not have free Primary schools? You know why your church does not have stores where to distribute for the needs of their members? Do you know it will be always impossible for your church to follow the example of the early church by distributing the tithes and offerings to meet the needs of the members? It is because your church wants to impress the world with big and beautiful physical edifice. Another thing is that, it is not possible for your church to have a rich, extravagant pastor and caring church at the same time. How will your church’s university be free or affordable when your Senior Pastor flies with private jet? Seeking to impress people will only leads to deviation from the Bible truth.

Your church aside, what about you? Is it not because you want to impress the world with a good and beautiful car that you can’t assist your own family members and brethren in your church? Is it not because you want to finish your personal building project by fire by force this year that your eyes of kindness and goodness are closed and blind towards people around you, even your own brethren in your church and family members? Is it not because you want to take your child to “expensive” school that you can’t afford to help another family’s children to school? Like Gideon, impressing people with expensive stuffs will only ensnare you from obeying the Bible truth, simple. As it is applicable to a church, a minister, so to individual Christians.

The error of Gideon in the Bible is just like the error and problem of many Pastors and churches today, who think the best way to serve God is by using expensive materials, by building multi-millions church auditorium, that the best way the world will see God’s glory upon them is not by building free schools, free Library, or free training centers, but by having full A/C church; they think the best way the world will see the nature of Christ in the lives of their members is not having a caring heart but by parking latest and expensive cars in front of their church buildings; the same thing is applicable to individual Christians who think the best way people can see the glory of God in their lives is by using expensive cars, by building mansion, and so on. The truth is that does God’s glory shows forth through showing off or sharing? Is God gloried by building multi-million churches or by building multiple free schools? Do people see the likeness and goodness of Christ through you when you use expensive cars or when you help many in needs? Do you feel joyful in your spirit when you get the best and expensive things for yourself without much caring for brethren, family and people around you? Are you comfortable in your spirit when your children go to expensive school without sponsoring a single child to school?

The old time Christianity of the Bible is not about impressing people, it is not about showing off, but it is simply appreciating God and showing the nature and kindness of Christ through our gestures. For us to receive a “well done good servant” at the end of our journey on earth, we should focus on serving God, and showing the kindness of God through our lives. Stop impressing people by material, but share, bear the fruit of the Spirit and live a sanctified life.

THE PERVERTED TEACHINGS OF THE ENEMIES OF THE CROSS
Knowing that we are at the very end of the age, as Jesus Christ had foreseen and fore said that majority of the prophets at the end time would be false, they are in the vineyard, but working against Him; and so if you believe that we are in the end time, the hidden truth is that majority of the prophets, pastors or bishops you know are false, they may even be your own pastors, mentors or role model.

When the Bible talks about end time false prophets, does it means they will come in a strange, dirty way? No, the end time false prophets would come in a friendly and lovely way.

As many Jews were waiting for the coming of Elijah before the earthly ministration of Jesus Christ, they didn't believe John the Baptist was the Elijah to come as the forerunner, they are still waiting till today. So also as Jesus predicted many signs which would happen before His second coming, false prophets are one of the major signs of His imminent coming. These false prophets are already everywhere now, and if you care for the truth, they are the prosperity preachers everywhere, they are the motivational speakers, the miracle prioritized preachers, the problematic prayer ministers, the rich ministers, the luxurious preachers, and the money making ministers everywhere today. These false preachers are feeding people with spiritually poisonous messages by capitalizing on their indulgence; they know what you want and so they major on those things that will attract you just as candy attracts kids but not well for their health. Apostle Peter said, “By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words” 2 Peter 2:3.

Here are some of the perverted messages of the enemies of cross preachers inspired by devil for your spiritual wreck:

EARTHLY MAJOR
The false preachers majorly focus on your earthly well-being than your spiritual well-being. They focus on your financial, material progress than your spiritual progress; it’s majors about prosperity than purity. Such messages may be sweet, calming and lovely to you by your lovely preachers, G.Os or Bishops, but the bad news is that they are poison to your soul. Though such messages may psych you, make you scream, shout or shed tear, but they are lovely packed poison. Proverbs 20:17, "Bread gained by deceit is sweet to a man, but afterward his mouth will be filled with gravel."

RIGHTS WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITIES
Perverted messages center on promises of the Bible without responsibilities and commands of the Bible. Because they want to lure and psych you, they tell you half-truth of sweet, lazy aspect that will cost you no self-discipline, just claim and cash! They tell you grace without truth, faith without work, justification without godliness, heaven without holiness, power without purity, and God’s promises without godly relationship. They say, “You should know your rights in Christ, you have authority, all promises for you, you should know who you are, you are walking in power, in miracle, in favour…” And in sin and all sorts of worldliness at the same time? They rarely challenge you to your responsibility to live blameless life of holiness, to deny sin and self as a child of God. Such rhetoric of “your rights” without repeating “your responsibilities” are poisonous to your soul.

PRAISE WITHOUT PURITY
If you hear any preacher saying what you need mostly to please God and get blessing of God is to just keep praising God, without first telling you about purity, such preacher is a perverted preacher of the enemy of the cross of Christ, such message is erroneous. Praise without purity is ugly and unacceptable to God, no matter how sweet your voice is, and no matter how seasoning the musical instruments are; because the beauty of praise is holiness, and your praise without your life of holiness is ugly, empty and poisonous. 1 Chronicles 16:29, “Oh, worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness!”

GRACE WITHOUT GODLINESS
Beware of messages that talk about grace without godliness, they are end time Snake Venom! The grace of Jesus Christ produces godly life. We are not saved by our own works of righteousness; we are saved by grace for godly works not for ungodly works. After salvation, the grace of God produces righteous living in us. Grace and ungodliness never meet together – you can’t continue in sin and still have God’s grace in you, and you can’t continue in grace of God and still continue in ungodly living. Romans 6:1-2

TITUS 2: 11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age.

GIVING WITHOUT GODLINESS
These perverted preachers peach that anybody can give to God, both saved and unsaved, to attract the blessing of God. That is the reason they make public demand for contribution for their so called “God’s work” They collect offerings without caring if you have genuinely offered your life to Jesus Christ. Their preaching from January to December dwell more on giving than godliness. They can biblically proof that giving gives rooms for God’s blessing, but seldom making you to know that ungodliness open heaven for God’s judgment. They have different types of giving gimmicks.

HOW CHRISTIAN WOMEN SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THEIR HAIR
- Warning Against Extremism & Worldliness ( Bible Study Series – 1)

A Christian woman can include a girl, lady or woman who has been transformed by the blood of Jesus into the kingdom of God through repentance and genuine salvation, and when this transformation takes place, it affects every area of your life including your outward life and body, how you present your body in dressing, how you take care of your body, your hair and hairstyle. And in these Bible Study series today, we are talking about how a Christian girl, lady or woman should adorn and take care of her hair, godly styles.

Extremism Leads To Worldliness and Hypocrisy!
Before I talk on biblical guidelines how a Christian woman should take care of her hair, I first want to warn against extremism from some Christians motivated by new-arrival visions, they teach that an African Christian woman with tougher hair and easily-entangled hair cannot plait her hair, cannot use rubber, thread or wool, and that all who do that are going to hell fire. This is not only extreme but misleading, because since the beginning of Christianity in Africa, Christian women and all the powerful and wonderful women of God in Africa have been plaiting their hair moderately and using thread and rubber, including the wives of our great men of God, even your senior pastors’ wives who cared for holiness, and also all the born again sisters, S U sisters of old whom God used mightily and who opposed worldliness and embraced holiness; the new-arrival visions and our brethren with extreme teachings say all those wonderful women are in hell fire now, none of them made heaven simply because they plaited their hair, they used thread or rubber to plait. This is nothing but heresy!

I began to come across such teaching that a Christian woman should not plait her hair, which started around 2012, when several visions of hell came online, and then I told some Christian sisters that such is not true, but some out of fear stopped plaiting or using thread or wool, but since it was somehow impossible for many of them to maintain their hair naturally without plaiting or using wool, they had to cut their hair, even against their husband wishes. But unfortunately some are now using relaxer and even wigs and weave-on now, the extreme teachings made them go worldly.

In the first, how does an African woman’s hair grows? How possible is it for an African woman to maintain growing and healthy hair without plaiting and not using chemical relaxer at the same time, beginning from a baby girl? Does that means a Christian baby girl or small girl can plait her hair but not adult? That is hypocrisy!

This extreme teaching says a Christian woman can only apply oils and pack her hair naturally. I am saying this with my little experience that such is 90% impossible. I had a natural hair care center in Abuja city till last year, had female hairstylists; all we were doing - natural hair treatments and hair care without chemical, and 3 things I can say about “apply oil and pack”

1, no natural oil that can make many tough natural African hair soft and manageable naturally without using hot methods like straighners, stretchers, steamers or chemical relaxers, and all these damage hair seriously.

2, even if using oils and steaming work for some, those natural oils such as olive oil are expensive, so a woman who cannot afford oils should do what, when there is alternative to simply plait hair with simple hair cream and maintain a healthy and growing hair?

3, "Apply oil and pack" system does not last before it will get entangled over and over again. If you are a working class woman, you don't need to cover your hair to office every day of the year, it takes several minutes every morning to apply oil and pack while you can plait your hair decently which can last for a whole week or more.

What The Bible Says Plaiting Hair, Using fine Cloths & Gold
1 Peter 3:3, “Do not let your adornment be merely outward—arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel.”

1 Timothy 2:9, “In like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing”

Does these 2 Bible verses mean Christians women and daughters should not plait their hair, should not arrange their hair, and all Christians should not wear fine clothes, should not use anything with gold or silver including wrist watches, wall clocks, even building materials, cars, phones, with any design of gold or silver including silver spoor and food flask? The simple answer is NO! What these 2 Bible verses means are:

1, we should do things moderately – plaiting, arranging hair moderately, and using gold or silver;

2, our focus should not be on outward look, we should focus primarily on inward beauty.

Good & Godly Ways A Christian Woman Can Take Care of Her Hair
1, You can plait your hair moderately, you can use rubber, thread or wool – in black colour. Difference between wool, thread and attachment of weave-on: while both help to keep hair-do last longer, but weave-on is out of moderation, expensive, and even manipulated by human hairs which were used for demonic sacrifices.

2, Do not use relaxer, colorant or stretcher, they damage hair and alter God’s given color. Damaging your hair with relaxing chemical, stretcher or colorant is the same thing with people bleaching or toning their skins.

3, Do not braid too tiny hairstyle, it will pull your front hair, do not tie turban or scarf too tight, you will lose your front hair in the process.

4, Using wig, artificial hair, human hair, and colored wool and threads are not good for a godly woman.

5, Worldly hairstyle for men and women should be avoided by Christian brothers and sisters.

BEWARE OF EXTREMISM
I notice that some Christians and churches are going extreme in the name of holiness and teaching doctrines which is against the teachings of our founding fathers of faith. These extreme teachings are motivated by new arrival visions and revelations and not by the Word of God. Some of these extreme teachings even claim a Christian woman cannot plait her hair naturally or use thread, and some other extreme teachings which cannot stand the test of time and which eventually lead to hypocrisy.

BIBLE STUDY: WHY MANY CHRISTIANS KEEP CONFESSING AND COMMITTING SAME SINS
-Why Many Keep Rising And Reverting Back To The Old Vomit.

Many people desire to serve God and live life of holiness. Many, knowing fully well that the only way to escape eternal destruction and danger of hell is by serving God, but they can’t why it is difficult for them to serve God in genuine salvation without falling back into sin. Many people have tried several times to repent and confess their sins but they can’t understand why they keep confessing and committing the same sins, why they keep reverting back to sinful vomit or why they are only struggling with their Christian life and can’t stay long. Answering altar for salvation many times but can’t resist temptation of sin.

On the other path, some are serving God in a way but they always find themselves back to the old addicted sin that is serving as a stronghold in their Christian life. It could be a sin of masturbation, fornication, adultery, pornographic, anger, etc. and unfortunately many have been discouraged by the devil to abandon their desire to serve God. The devil may tell you, “See, you are not meant for this Christian life, no matter how many times you try, and you are always a failure, you are too weak spiritually for God’s standard, just stop deceiving yourself.” Such thought is from the pit of hell to discourage and destroy you.

The Lord is revealing to you right now why you keep confessing and committing sins, why your Christian life is always forward and backward, why you keep falling back into those sins, and why you have not be able to steadfastly serve God. There are three things you lack all this while and when you understand these 3 things now, your Christian life will never remain the same again, you will experience total deliverance from sins with the peace and strength of God to serve Him for the rest of your life without falling back again. Here are the three things you need:

GENUINE REPENTANCE
Before you can experience genuine salvation and serve God in righteousness, you must first experience genuine repentance – which is the foundation of salvation in Christ. There is difference between repentance and remorseB, which is difference between Peter and Judas Iscariot. Genuine repentance is to realize all your sins and ready to forsake them. If you only realize the immediate sins, maybe like masturbation, fornication, and you ignore some other sins, you are not genuinely repenting so there will not be genuine salvation. If you realize all your sins and you are not ready from your heart to forsake those sins, you are not repenting; you are only being remorseful or being sorry for your sins and such will not bring victory over sins. Genuine repentance that guarantee total freedom from sins is to realize all your sins – both small and great, serious ones and simple ones, and ready to forsake them.

This is the first step into total freedom from sin and genuine salvation that guarantee eternal life. Before you confess your sins, before you answer altar call, you must first genuinely repent in this respect so that your confession will not be empty. Confessing sins without genuine repentance of realizing all your sins and readiness to forsake them all is a waste of time. How you keep confessing sins without first repenting from those sins.

The false gospel of this modern day that leads people to altar-call and confession of sins and confession of Jesus Christ as the Savior without first teaching and leading people into genuine repentance is satanic manipulation to give people fake salvation and false hope in Jesus. No matter how many times you confess your sins, no matter how much time you answer altar call or repeat prayer of salvation, without genuine repentance, you will keep confessing and committing the same sins.

“He who covers his sins will not prosper,
But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.” Proverbs 28:13.

AFTER YOU ARE SAVED
After you genuinely repent, confess your sins and saved from sins, you will need two things to do and keep doing for you to maintain your salvation. It is a bad news that many people are saved but they lose their salvation and fall back to old bondage of sin because they lack the understanding of new life in Jesus Christ. It is possible for you to be saved in the morning and lose the salvation in the evening if you don’t take these two necessary steps. Salvation is conditional, not an unconditional certificate.

Many people do experience genuine salvation but fall back into sin because they fail to take these two steps after they are saved. And the same thing is applicable to falling back into addicted sins.
Failure to do the right things after you are saved will lead you to fall back into sins you have rejected. Let’s look at the Word of God, Matthew 12:43-45:

“When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. 44 Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. 45 Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation.”

This reveals why many people who were genuinely saved usually fall back into sin. Behind every sin is an unclean spirit, and when you genuinely repent and experience salvation, the unclean spirits will go out of your life, including the addicted sins, and your heart will be swept clean and in order, but if you do take the right steps of total separation and devotion after you are saved, some forces of those sins will come back and you will fall back into old sins.

So if you don’t want to keep rising and falling, if you don’t want to keep falling back into the addicted sins, you need SEPARATION and DEVOTION after you genuinely repent from all your sins. Let’s look at them one after another:

SEPARATION
After you have experienced genuine salvation, the first step you will need to take immediately is separation, you must separate yourself from every connection to old sinful life, from things that will not help or support your new life in Jesus Christ such as worldly music, movies, magazine – you will delete or destroy them; you will immediately stop going to places that will not help you spiritually includes worldly churches. You must detach yourself from people that will not help your spiritual life, friendship or relationship. You must destroy every sinful, worldly or cultic material in your possession including all the worldly dresses, clothing, jewelries – you don’t keep them or give to people, but you get rid of them completely and immediately.

After you experience salvation, failure to separate yourself from old sinful and worldly things and people will lead you to fall back into sins. Instead of you to move forward with Christ in new life, those things or people will pull you back into darkness and your old vomit. That is what Apostle Peter says in 2 Peter 2:22, “But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: “A dog returns to his own vomit,” and, “a sow, having washed, to her wallowing in the mire.”

Every Christian journey that will successfully lead to heaven must daily involve separation as a continuous exercise. Separation from worldly, sinful things and people is not only for new convert, it is not only useful for us at our early Christian level but continuously till we get to heaven because when you separate yourself from this sinful or worldly thing today, the devil will introduce another thing tomorrow. That is the reason the Bible warns us to daily search ourselves so as to continue the spiritual exercise of separation. Unfortunately many long-time Christians and Christian ministers are majestically marching straight into eternity without realizing that the devil has implanted some ungodliness, uncleanness or worldliness into their lives, because they fail to exercise daily spiritual checking for separation.

DEVOTION
Salvation in Christ is the beginning of new life as the foundation of our faith, separation is your commitment to settle your new life and devotion is your consecration to God to seal your new life in Christ Jesus. Devotion unto God involves three things:

(i) Daily prayer. To maintain a victorious Christian life, you need a fervent prayer life, praying for God’s sanctification, strength and grace every day; praying for the spiritual understanding and knowledge of God to help you avoid errors. A heavenly minded Christian must spend much of his prayer time on his spiritual life, but the carnal minded Christians pray more about earthly stuff, blessings, provision, and attack against enemies. You must pray morning and evening about your new life in Jesus, let your spiritual life be your priority in your daily prayer, and every other things good will follow. Prayer strengthens us to resist the temptation of sin. Matthew 26:41. “Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

(ii) Daily Bible Reading. It is a must for you to spend at least 30mins daily to read and meditate the Word of God. Don’t just read, but prayerfully read and meditate, thinking over and over the Bible passages as you read until you understand and take note. The Word of God helps us not to fall back into sin.
Psalm 119:9-11,
“How can a young man cleanse his way?
By taking heed according to Your word.
10 With my whole heart I have sought You;
Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!
11 Your word I have hidden in my heart,
That I might not sin against You.

The more you read and meditate the Word of God, the more you are being purified and renewed in the Lord.

(iii) WATCHFULNESS. Watchfulness is simply to work out your professed salvation with trembling and godly fear. It means to carefully apply the Word of God you read and the grace of God you receive through prayer into your daily living. That is when we become fruitful in the Lord. So that the grace we receive in prayer and the strength we receive in the Word of God will not be in vain, we must be watchful how we live our lives, how we talk, how we behave, how we response to people’s provocation, how we abstain from distance appearance of sin, how we dress, cloth we wear, the motive behind our dressing, the motive behind our desire for money, all these must be controlled by the Word of God – this is what watchfulness is all about.

Genuine repentance to salvation in Christ Jesus, total Separation from worldly and sinful things and people and complete Devotion unto God through daily prayer, Bible reading and watchfulness. These are the steps we must daily and carefully take in our journey to heaven.

“For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” 2 Peter 1:8-11.

GROWING IN THE LORD AFTER SALVATION
Here are the steps to take immediately after you are saved or after you rededicate your life to Jesus afresh:

TOTAL SEPARATION
After you surrendered your life to Jesus ore rededicated your life to Him afresh, the first thing you need to do is that you should separate yourself from sinful friendship, people, places and things. You must delete or destroy any materials, contacts or anything that will not help your spiritual life.

TOTAL DEDICATION
You must dedicate yourself to Jesus in daily reading and meditation of your Bible and daily prayer. Don't let a day pass without reading your Bible, at least 2 chapters and spending time to pray, especially for your Christian life and God's grace.

TOTAL WATCHFULNESS
You must be watchful and vigilant against devices of Satan. The devil will come in different ways to drag you back into sinful life, he will use different means and different people, but you must be watchful daily at all time with God's grace.

TOTAL SERVICE TO GOD
You preach and share the word of God daily. Doing evangelism anywhere and any time helps to distant you from old lifestyle and strengthen your new life in Jesus and also make you fruitful for God's kingdom.

WHY MANY SAVED CHRISTIANS ARE STILL UNDER BONDAGE OF SATAN
-You've got to read this!

2 Timothy 1:7, " For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

Do you wonder why many genuine children of God are being attacked by demonic people? It is because of fear. You can be a child of God and still remain under bondage of Satan and evil people, why? Because of fear! Without fear, it is impossible for a child of God to be attacked by Satan. When you genuinely give your life to Jesus Christ, you have power and authority over Satan, demons and all demonic people Matthew 10:1. But while you are suppose to command authority over evil spirits, they can exercise authority over you if you are afraid of them. You can be a child of God and your ship of marriage, health, family and finance can sink if you are afraid, simple. Many children of God think they need special anointing before they can overcome principalities and power, no, what they need is faith in Jesus Christ. If you call the name of Jesus without faith in that name, it may not always work for you.

You can be a sinless Christian and remain in the snare of satanic attack, simply because of fear. And if you are lamenting about that and asking Jesus, why you remain under bondage after you are saved, the only question Jesus may ask you is, "where is your faith?"

When fear is chosen instead of faith, there is bound to be failure and falling.

If you have been attacked by evil people before you gave your life to Jesus, and then after you are saved, you are still afraid instead of you to exercise authority in Jesus name, you will remain under the attack. Do you know how Satan brings children of God under his snare of attack? It is by scaring them, he scares people by dreams, by negative thoughts and evil utterances of demonic people; instead of such children of the Most High God to exercise authority to resist the devil, reject the thoughts and rebuke those dirty demonic people and cast down every evil imagination, they become afraid and fall victim.

You know what? It will be biblically impossible for you to overcome what you are afraid of, it is just God's mercy that preserves us most times. Fear brings you into the snare of what you are afraid of; if you are afraid of wizards and witches, you will be ensnared by them. Churches and pastors who preach and pray mostly about demonic attacks are under the bondage of Satan. It is also one of the major distractions of Satan in the churches today; while we ought to be praying for more of God's grace and righteousness in our lives, we are busy chasing after witchcraft; while we suppose to be running away from sins, we are running away from enemies, and while we ought to be running after God's kingdom and His righteousness, we are running after "so called" deliverance.

If you always have the consciousness and awareness of demonic attacks in your life, if you always pray and fast against attack of the enemies, it means you are already under the bondage of Satan. Christians who pray every time against attacks of witches, wizards, or demonic people are under the snare of the devil, they will never be free, because they will never stop such prayers. Churches and Christians who pray "problematic, enemies fall down and die, enemies here and there, witches against progress" prayers are never free because they never stop praying such prayers. Have you see those churches or Christians stop praying such prayers since they started? NO! They never stop praying problematic and enemies fall down prayer even after many years because they are never free.

You cannot be free from enemies' attack simply because you have the consciousness of enemies, victory over witches and wizards does not come by daily and continuous prayer, it is by faith in Christ after genuine salvation.

Some of them have been praying such prayers for the past 20 years and they still pray it till today; they believe enemies are siting on their destinies, and so it happens, they even pronounce it in their prayer that "Every enemy seating on my destiny" They believe enemies are covering their destines and so the enemies do; they are never free from the bondage of witches and demonic people, because they are conscious of the presence of enemies than the presence of God, they are clearly aware of the destruction and defeat of demonic evil forces than the victory Jesus Christ has won for them, they will never be free until they have faith in Jesus because It will happens to you according to your faith.

Do you realize that the more you pray more of "enemies fall down and die, and problematic prayers" the more you will be afraid and the more you live in bondage of fear that you can't even live a Christian life of liberty? You are so conscious of demonic appearance that you forget the power of God's presence with you.

Fear-bound Christians are so afraid that they can't share testimony of goodness of God in their lives that would encourage others and glorify God, even though Bible says we overcome by the words of our testimonies, Rev. 12:11; they are so afraid that evil people can destroy the goodness of God in their lives, they believe the evil powers are more powerful than the power of God in their lives.

Those Christians who are accustom to such prayer life are more afraid and living in bondage of fear than ordinary non-believers. They are so afraid of evil forces that they term everything to them with fear, some cannot even go to barber shop to barb their hair because of fear of the barber using their destinies, they are living in perpetual fear, their pastors always bring stories of how enemies destroyed destinies and lives, and that the situation they are now is as a result of the work of enemies, after the problematic sermon, the people also will cry and pray with fear, and so they remain under the snare of fear of the enemies.

If you are a child of God, your priority is purity of life, because purity gives power over sin, Satan and all his demonic and human agents. You cannot run away from sins and run away from Satan at the same time; you cannot run away from unrighteousness and run away from witches and wizards at the same time. When you surrender your life to Jesus and run away from sin, Satan is under your feet and demonic people will see you and run away.

Today, Christians run away from demonic people, because of fear. Churches who preach and pray always on demonic attacks are teaching the doctrines of demons, Bible only teaches us to exercise authority over them and focus on righteousness and evangelism. Running from pillar to post because of problems of enemies is because something is wrong with you; you are either under the bondage of sin or bondage of fear.

In Jesus is freedom and total freedom. You need total freedom from bondage of sin by repenting and surrendering your entire life to Jesus. You need total freedom over Satan and his principalities by faith in Jesus Christ. The name of Jesus Christ, the Blood of Jesus Christ and fire of Holy Spirit are three spiritual weapons for every child of God which no Satan, no powers, no principalities, no personalities, no people or person can withstand in our lives. Philippians 2:10, 11. Revelation 12:11. Hebrews 12:29.

When you are saved and serving God, you must "fear not" lest you fall into the snare of Satan. Fear is a sin of disobeying, disregarding and disrespecting God, as if God's power is not enough to preserve you, as if Satan is more powerful than your God. So why are you afraid? God warns us about 365 times in the Bible to "fear not", disobeying that only brings danger. You don't need specialized deliverance minister or church, what you need is faith in Jesus Christ for your deliverance. You don't need to go to special mountain or special program, what you need is faith in the power of Jesus Christ for your total freedom and protection, simple! It is not your prayer or your power that will do it, so you need not to worry, it is the power of Jesus that will do it.

Be free!
1 John 3:8, "He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil."

Colossians 2:13-15
And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, 14 having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us.
