SECRET SINS & CONSEQUENCES
Who commit sins and who carry the punishment?

Romans 2:16, "In the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel."

Every secret sin will attract serious judgment of God at the end. And the question is, "What is a secret sins" Or "Which sin is secret?"

Any sin you are hiding from men, keeping it secret, is simply a secret sin. When it says "secret", it doesn't mean keeping it secret from God, since nothing is secret or hidden before God; but keeping it secret from necessary people has made it a secret sin. Hiding your past or immediate sin from people that ought to know is a secret sin that awaits the serious judgment of God. On the other hand, to open up a sin does not mean the whole world must hear or you must tell everyone in your life or everyone you come across, no. It means you don't keep it secret from necessary people that you need to open up to, even if it is your past life. Necessary people may be your marital partner, your spouse, your parents, your pastors, Christian partners like prayer partners and close brethren. The necessary people may your family member or your children. When a child of God falls into sin, after confessing to God, he or she needs to confess to one another as the case may be. In the body of Christ, confessing to one another depends on the person's position in the church. A member may only need to confess to close brethren, immediate leader and pastor; a leader will need to confess to close brethren and the pastor, and the pastor will notify the necessary people. A pastor will need to confess to the brethren, or the whole church as the case may be.

Who Carries The Consequences?
When a Christian confesses his sin to necessary people, he has nothing to lose since he has repented and decided never to go back into such sin again, and because God has forgiven him; so confessing to necessary people brings no shame but God's blessings. But there is something very important which we really need to look into. When a brother or sister confesses their sins to one another, they humble themselves for God to honor them, so they are totally free from such sin and no more consequence, now or later. But the issue is that, the people who hear the confessions or who they inform about the sins need to be very careful, so as not to carry the load of those sins on their own heads. When somebody confesses sin to you as a result of his rededicated Christian life, you must not hold it against the person, you must not reproach the person, and you must not disregard or disrespect the person. Why? Because the person who confesses his past or a particular sin to you does that to honor God's word, so if you despise, you are not actually despising the person but God whom the person honors his word.

Let's look at a story from the Bible:
2 Samuel 6:14-17, " Then David danced before the Lord with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the Lord with shouting and with the sound of the trumpet. Now as the ark of the Lord came into the City of David, Michal, Saul’s daughter, looked through a window and saw King David leaping and whirling before the Lord; and she despised him in her heart."

Verses 20-23, "Then David returned to bless his household. And Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, “How glorious was the king of Israel today, uncovering himself today in the eyes of the maids of his servants, as one of the base fellows shamelessly uncovers himself!” So David said to Michal, “It was before the Lord, who chose me instead of your father and all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the Lord, over Israel. Therefore I will play music before the Lord. 22 And I will be even more undignified than this, and will be humble in my own sight. But as for the maidservants of whom you have spoken, by them I will be held in honor.” Therefore Michal the daughter of Saul had no children to the day of her death."

Michal despised King David because he humbled himself before God, because he honored God; and the consequence of her action was life barrenness. When people open up about their past to you, if it is personal to you, you need to forgive them and forget about it; if it is in the body of Christ, you must respect them and counsel them rightly. Do not reproach or despise people when they open up about their past or immediate sins. The mystery is that, the person who repents and confesses will be free from that sin, no matter how terrible, but the person who hears and refuses to forgive or who reproaches will carry the whole consequences of the sin and will be seen as sinner before God.

The Bible warns us in 1 Timothy 5: 22 that we should not partake in another man's sin. One of the various means of partaking in another man's sin is by hearing and despising, gossiping or spreading it to other person. How will someone else commit sin and you will be the person to carry the punishment? We should be very careful. If you refuse to forgive somebody because they open up to you, you urgently need to freely forgive, and when you forgive, you need to forget about it; if you have despised people in the body of Christ because they open up, you need to repent and ask for God's forgiveness.

WAITING ON GOD OR WANDER ABOUT (A must read)
Exodus 32:23, "For they said to me, ‘Make us gods that shall go before us; as for this Moses, the man who brought us out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.’"

When you can no longer wait on God, it means you are set to go astray. In every area of our lives, it’s of necessity to wait on God until He comes to meet us. There is no other alternative for waiting on the Lord except to go astray. The moment you think God is delaying or getting late to answer your prayer, the devil will bring his alternative to lead you astray.

This happened to the children of Israel in the wilderness, when Moses went to the mountain to receive instructions from God for them, when they could no longer wait for Moses, they made an idol for themselves, and they paid dearly for it. It happened to King Saul likewise. When Samuel made an appointment with him, he waited, and waited, “Then he waited seven days, according to the time set by Samuel. But Samuel did not come to Gilgal; and the people were scattered from him.” 1 Samuel 13:8.

And so when it seemed Samuel was getting too late to come, at the very last minutes, he went astray, “So Saul said, “Bring a burnt offering and peace offerings here to me.” And he offered the burnt offering. 10 Now it happened, as soon as he had finished presenting the burnt offering, that Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might greet him.” 1 Samuel 13:9, 10.

He had been waiting for period of time, but at the last minute, he ran out of patience to wait and because of that he lost the kingdom “And Samuel said to Saul, “You have done foolishly. You have not kept the commandment of the LORD your God, which He commanded you. For now the LORD would have established your kingdom over Israel forever. 14 But now your kingdom shall not continue.” 1 Samuel 13:13, 14.

When it gets too hard for you to wait on God, it means the time is getting very close for your long awaited blessing to come through, and for you God’s visitation; but at that very moment, Satan will put more pressure on you to go astray so as to miss all your multiplied blessings, and then sin against God. At the very point when the long awaited blessing is almost getting to you, Satan will raise people, friends, family and strangers to push you astray; Satan will make situation tougher as if you can no longer bear it. But if you rest on God, if you go back to Him, and tell Him to renew your strength, then He will see you through.

Many people are promised blessings by God, but only few who endured till the end eventually get the blessings. Do you wonder why we hear lots of great promises of God but very few fulfillment, even among the children of God? It is not because God is unfaithful, but it is just because people cannot faithfully wait on God till their change comes. Do you also wonder why only very few people enjoy their marriages? It is because of impatience to wait on God for the right partners from God. Do you wonder why this generation lacks many Isaac and Samuel? It is because our married brethren cannot wait on God to have their children, and so they go astray.

When we are tired or discouraged of waiting on God, and we allow the alternative of Satan to lead us astray, it will only land us in sin and severe lost of God’s blessings, God’s promises, and lost of our soul in eternal doom.

Beloved, what have you been waiting on God for? Are you tired or discouraged or you are considering the sinful and worldly suggestions from people or from your mind? Will you allow Satan to lead you astray after all your waiting? Are you going to become another King Saul of this generation or you are going to wait on God like Job and David? Please, do not allow Satan to discourage you as if God has forgotten you. God is working for your best, and He makes everything beautiful in its time, and you know that God is never late, and His time is the best, yes you know that before, don’t you? Do you know that he that laughs last laughs best? If you wait on God, you will win at last and great will be the celebration of your victory and blessings. Be strong!

“If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days of my hard service I will wait, Till my change comes.” Job 14:14

“Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!” Psalm 27:14

“Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.” Psalm 37:7

The Great Omission in the Great Commission
The call into the ministry is a Great Commission from our Lord Jesus Christ from Matthew 28:19, 20. The devil has tried different means at different periods of time to stop this Great Commission, but he could not succeed. So since the devil saw he could not stop the Great Commission, he decided to cause a great omission in the Great Commission, but unfortunately many ministers are not aware of this. What is the great omission? It’s the manipulation of the devil that makes ministers and ministries to omit or ignore message of repentance in their messages of salvation or ministries. Preaching salvation without repentance or process of modern day salvation without repentance is a great omission today.

When John the Baptist started his ministry, the first message he preached centered on repentance, “and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” Matthew 3:2.

When Jesus Christ started His earthly ministry, His first topic of message was repentance, “From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 4:17

The apostles gave their first message which focused on repentance, “ Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Acts 2:38

You can see that the process of salvation and call to salvation begins with repentance, but today it has changed. You will hear something like, “If you want to give your life to Jesus, begin to confess your sins and say after me” Telling or calling people to salvation simply by confessing sins and believing without asking them to repent, to turn away from their sin is not just ordinary, it’s a manipulation of the devil to make them omit the real base of salvation.

Asking people to confess their sins without first repenting from their sins is an end time heresy, which is the reason you see: 1, people keep confessing sins and committing sins. 2, which is the reason you see Satan allows every church, even worldly and satanic churches and false teachers to freely make altar calls at the end of their messages and preaching, because Satan knows such altar calls and confession of sins without repentance will never save people from the bondage of sins.

Why is repentance so important like this? It’s because repentance is the base of genuine salvation, without repentance there CAN NEVER be transformation of life from darkness into light. That exactly is the reason we have several fake Christians and funny things happening among Christians and ministries today, because there is no genuine salvation.

The great omission of repentance in the process of salvation and the messages of modern day preachers only give people false hope and fake salvation that leads to eternal damnation.

WHAT IS VAIN REPETITION IN PRAYER?
“And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.” Matthew 6:7

Jesus Christ directed us not to involve vain repetitions in our prayers, and so what is vain repetition? Does it mean praying long prayer or saying a word or statement repeatedly? Does it means asking God something more than once in our prayer, even though we have not received it? NO, vain repetition is none of the above. Vain repetition is more serious, subtle, and deceptive.

There is different between “vain repetition” and “repetition”. . Jesus prayed three times at Gethsemane and repeated the same prayer points. Jesus did not say we should not repeat or re-emphasize in our prayers, He did not oppose repetition, but only “vain” repetition. Vain repetition comes in various ways which many of us get involved unknowingly. Jesus said, “And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do.” This shows that vain repetitions were originally the act of the heathen, the people who worshiped false gods and the religious people. Here are some vain repetitions:

FAITH IN PRAYER
The heathens’ faith is hinged on their prayer, believing the answers to their prayers are determined by their prayer, "For they think that they will be heard for their many words.” Matthew 6:7. The heathen keep repeating in pain, hoping their gods will consider how they suffer themselves, and answer them.

Let’s see example from the Bible: 1 kings 18:26-28, “So they took the bull which was given them, and they prepared it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even till noon, saying, “O Baal, hear us!” But there was no voice; no one answered. Then they leaped about the altar which they had made. 27 And so it was, at noon, that Elijah mocked them and said, “Cry aloud, for he is a god; either he is meditating, or he is busy, or he is on a journey, or perhaps he is sleeping and must be awakened.” 28 So they cried aloud, and cut themselves, as was their custom, with knives and lances, until the blood gushed out on them.” In Christianity, our faith does not depend on our prayer but on the God who answers prayer. Christ did not teach us to put our faith in our prayer, but in God that answers prayer; He said we should even believe God’s answers before praying. So, “It is not by power, neither by might, but by My Spirit” says the Lord.

Using candle, anointing oil, handkerchief or other stuffs to pray is an act of the heathen; the scripture directs us to pray only in the name of Jesus Christ and believe God for answer, simple! Anything apart from that is extra-biblical phenomenon. There is nothing called special prayer, special man of God for speedy answer or special place to pray in the teaching of Jesus Christ; running from mountains to meetings, traveling from far distance to a program for special prayer is an act of the heathen.

We can travel far distance to hear the Word of God that will help our spiritual lives, and we can travel far distance to do the work of God, but not for special prayer or to meet special man of God who will help us pray to God. When you become a child of God, and living your life to please Him, you have access to God through the name of Jesus Christ, without intermediary.

Only the heathen, unbelievers or unserious Christians need somebody to help them present their requests to God. As children of God, we can pray for one another and pray together, but not presenting our prayers to another person to pray to God on our behalf. Giving minister money for prayer, paying money or making vow before prayer is unscriptural.

PRAYER WITHOUT FAITH
This is common in the lives of many Christians today, we pray as routine, just to pray because we are Christians, without faith in God for the prayer, without expectation for the prayer. Prayer without faith is in vain. We pray because we serve God that answers prayer, who delights in our prayer. Prayer is an exciting activity because God listens and answers, but when prayer becomes boring to you, it means you do not have faith that God listens or will answer your prayer.

The fact that God delays to answer your demands does not means He is denying you or He does not delight in you; God is only doing great things on your behalf that will daze many who will later hear your testimony. If you have the knowledge that whenever you pray, heaven stands still, that God is waiting for the sweet smelling of your prayer, you will look forward to praying, and not look warm in prayer. Jesus did not ask us to pray for the sake of praying as a Christian routine, but He asks us to pray so that we can receive. John 16:24, “Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.”

Praying without expectation is a vain repetition; until you are expectant, you have asked nothing.

PRAYER WITHOUT OBEDIENCE
Obedience to God is more important than prayer to God. When you ignore to obey God’s word, and you keep praying, it means you are doing vain repetitions. Maybe you suppose to repent and confess your sin, but you ignore that and keep praying for God’s mercy, such prayer is vain repetition. Some people commit sins, and instead of them to open up, confess to God and the necessary people, they keep praying for forgiveness and mercy – they are doing VAIN repetition. We can only receive mercy when we confess and forsake our sins. Proverbs 28:13.
When the Spirit of God is leading you to open up your covered sin or to do restitution, but you refuse to obey, and you keep praying for mercy, mercy; you are only doing vain repetition. Obedience is better than sacrifice!

Maybe you are living in sin, living with sinful partner, doing a sinful business, working at an ungodly place, using fake document, age or you are benefiting from your past sin; then the Word of God is warning you to forsake the sins and forfeit the sinful benefits and surrender all to God, but instead of you to simply obey, you remain in the sinful thing and you keep fasting and praying for God’s mercy. Such prayer is a waste of time and a vain repetition. Some even go to the extent of giving huge amount of money and time for God’s work, thinking God will consider that and overlook their disobedience; they are ignorant that God cannot be bribed by fasting, long prayer or sacrifices.

Obedience to God’s word is more important than prayer and fasting, than sowing or giving for God’s work. Your pastors or your church can accept your gifts and pray for you, but you are not at peace with your Creator until you simply obey. Matthew 5:23, 24, “Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.”

Prayer should be made continuously without ceasing. In any particular request, we should keep asking, reminding God until our joy is full - that is faith repetition not vain repetition. Keep the Word of God in total obedience, keep the faith, and keep praying until your joy is full.

John 14:13-16: And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. 15 “If you love Me, keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever.

A THOUSAND YEARS LIKE A DAY!
You know the word of God says "But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day" That is in 2 Peter 3:8.

A thousand years in heaven is like a day, because of so much glorious, glittering, gorgeous, dazzling, spectacular, magnificent, sumptuous, spectacular, resplendent, opulent, luxurious, palatial, deluxe, rich, expensive, lavish, ornate, elegant, handsome, beautiful, stately, majestic, kingly, princely, regal, lovely, delightful, amazing and fantastic CELEBRATION and ENJOYMENT all day, and its environment!

Also a day in hell is like a thousand years because of so much dreadful, horrifying, horrific, horrendous, frightful, fearful, awful, terrible, shocking, appalling, hideous, grim, grisly, ghastly, harrowing, gruesome, heinous, vile, nightmarish, macabre, unspeakable, hair-raising, spine-chilling; loathsome, monstrous, abhorrent, detestable, hateful, execrable, abominable, atrocious, sickening and nauseating AGONY and SUFFERING all day long, and its environment!

So we can see that there is nothing too much we can do for heaven's sake and there is nothing too much we can forbear or forgo for the sake of escaping hell.

Your decision and lifestyle today determine your eternal destiny. Please, let's do everything possible to make heaven and escape eternal condemnation!

Matthew 5:30, "And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell."

KINGDOM'S WASTE
This is the Bible truth you might not have heard before and you may never hear in your church.

Bible does not say we should give to somebody because he is a pastor or minister of God, except if he or she has genuine need. The common notion that giving to men of God, even if they don't have genuine needs, will bring blessing to your life is false and extra biblical phenomenon. Giving to a man who is rich without a genuine, important or basic need will only bring eternal curse into your life. Proverbs 22:16, "He who oppresses the poor to increase his riches, and he who gives to the rich, will surely come to poverty." Giving to a rich pastor or person only brings a rich curse; the poverty here does not necessarily means financial, but spiritual poverty and ignorance.

God never command people to give to somebody simply because he is a minister of God without genuine need; Jesus Christ never instructed disciples to give to people because of their spiritual positions or because they are apostles. Elijah or other prophets never asked people to give to them simply because they were prophets of Most High God when they were not in genuine or basic needs. The Apostle of our Lord Jesus Christ never preached that giving to them because they were apostles of God would bring blessing to you. So where did we get the teaching of "sowing into vital ground"? Where do the preachers of today get their messages from?

The teaching that sowing into the lives of big bishops, General overseers or senior pastors will attract you blessing is anti-biblical. If the G.O or Senior pastor does not have basic need of food like Elijah, if he not in need of accommodation like Elisha, and if he is not in need of basic materials or basic amenities like Apostle Paul, then your giving to him is baseless, useless and immaterial to God.

A pastor or bishop who has millions of dollars or his national currency laying fallow in his bank account, and you are adding to his money is simply a kingdom waste; a pastor or bishop who has a car and another for his wife, and you go to buy another car for him while nothing is wrong with the two cars he and his wife have, such giving is simply a spiritual ignorance and craving for shortcut blessing. A pastor or Bishop that has accommodation where he lives and you build or buy another house for him is a waste to the kingdom of God. When you ignore brethren in your local church: families who have basic needs, singles who are trusting God to marry but no finance, unemployed brothers and sisters who need incentive to start something, missionaries in remove villages who need just little amount to reach people with the gospel, pastors in your village that just need basic amenities to sustain their ministries; when you ignore such people and you are sowing or partnership with a senior big pastor to maintain his luxurious amenities, to tour the world or to fuel his private jet, it simply means you are spiritually ignorant. Such sowing or partnership will only attract God's judgment. Do you know that one can give and have problem because of that giving? Yes, when it is given in un-biblical way.

When you ignore people with genuine needs, with basic needs and you go ahead to give people with social needs or with comfort needs. it means you are either looking for human favor or you are looking for shortcut blessing of prophetic declaration from such big pastors. But the mistake here is that the whole popular and big ministers can pray for you, but they cannot answer the prayers themselves, only God can answer prayer. God does not answer prayer by big names of a pastor of bishop but by the name of Jesus and based on our heart motives. Such senior pastors may psych you with different testimonies or prophecies, but you will never find a backing from the Bible.

WHAT IS SECRET SIN?
"In the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel" Romans 2:16

Secret sin occurs in the life of a person who has experienced salvation of Jesus Christ, who has confessed and repented from sins, but along the way keeps one or few sins secret. Secret sin hinders many Christians from moving forward in their spiritual growth, it blocks Christians from experiencing the power, anointing and blessings of God. Secret sin can be by an individual Christian or involve two or more Christians. Secret sin can be in a Christian family, group or church.

There are two types of secret sin: Past and present, or now and then:

PAST BUT PRESENT
....in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ. Romans 2:16.
Secret sin is a sin you committed before you gave your life to Jesus, or before you rededicated your life to Jesus, though you have repented and confessed it to God, and you have stopped it, but you are keeping it secret from men. Secret sin is a sin you keep secret, even if it is in the past, even if it has stopped, but as long you keep it secret from men, it is a secret sin - though it is in the past but it is presently haunting you and standing against you. As long you keep a past sin secret, what you are actually doing is that you are making it fresh and present.

Until you open up every secret sin of the past to the necessary people, until you confess to the necessary people and put the sin and Satan to open shame, you are still under the bondage of that past sin. After you are saved, you committed sin and you rededicated your life to Jesus, then you will still have to open up to some people. For example, a premarital sex, but you both have repented and now married, yet, you need to confess.

Listen to what Apostle Paul said, "But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God." 2 Corinthians 4:2.

From this above Bible verse, Paul did three things which every child of God must do:
1, He renounced the hidden things - those sinful and sinful things of the past were repented and rejected by Paul.

2, He manifested that truth by making it clear to men, "but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience." This is by confessing to the necessary people about the sinful and shameful things we did in the past, though we have renounced them, but we must make them clear to the right people. Many Christians are being deceived by Satan that, since they have confessed to God, no need to confess to their parents, partner, pastor, or boss; they say, "I have confessed and stopped it, so I have a pure conscience before God, and that is all." Beloved, having a pure conscience before God is good, but not enough, you need to have a pure conscience before men too. Paul said, "But by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience".

3, He manifested that truth to God, "but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God." He totally repented and never gone back to such sins again, even when no man would see him, even when men would say it does not matter or it is not bad. Paul said he is now commending himself to every man's conscience in the sight of God. He knew God saw everything, and he lived in truth before God according to God's standard, not church's standard.

Until you make clear the past before God and men, your past sins are still presently fresh.

PRESENT AND PERVERTED
Another secret sin is a sin you commit and hide after you are saved, the sin you are secretly committing which you do not want people to see; but even men do not see, God sees. Anything you do secretly which you do not want people to see or hear, that you know it will not honor you if people know, that is secret sin. It may be a habit like masturbation, fornication, or other sexual immorality; it may be other sins which you are committing and keeping secretly. It may also be a lifestyle which you keep secret from people, like drinking, smoking, lying, anger, jealousy, malice, etc.

If you keep any secret sin of any form, such sin will be following you till the Day of Judgment, it will hinder you from making the rapture, and from entering heaven. But if you open up now before God and men, then that sin will go ahead of you to judgment, it will be condemned by God's mercy and you will be justified.

"Some men’s sins are clearly evident, preceding them to judgment, but those of some men follow later." 1 Timothy 5:24

But as long you keep it secret because of the fear of what people will say or how they will respond, the sin continues to quietly follow you to put you to eternal shame on the judgment day.

So what is your decision? Do you want to open up and put your sins to open shame or you want to cover up and allow your sin to put you to open and eternal shame? No matter how small the sin may be, it will surely find you out on the judgment day. The choice is yours!

DON'T BE ANOTHER JUDAS ISCARIOT!
(You can't outsmart Satan, but you can only overcome him through Christ Jesus.)

Luke 22:3, “Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve.”

It is not possible for you, as a person, to outsmart Satan; you can only overcome him through Christ Jesus, but you cannot play game with Satan and outsmart him. That was what Judas Iscariot did, and he regretted it. Judas needed money, and he wanted to have it by all means, and so he thought he could play game with Satan and get the money from him. Judas thought he could get the money from Satan and then run away with the money to Jesus, since Jesus would always be there to forgive and help, and Satan is always there to offer the money; so he thought he could play a smart game on Satan by collecting the money and then run to Jesus.

But the true is that, it doesn't work that way, because we can’t mock God by willingly going against His word, and we can’t make fool of Satan by playing game with Him. Judas decided to sell Jesus and get the money, hoping that they would not be able to arrest Jesus, and he would have gotten the money from them; he believed the priests and Pharisees would be the looser, and he would get the money and still have Jesus Christ. He might have thought, “It’s absolutely impossible for them to arrest Jesus, never possible. Jesus who performed a lot of mighty miracles, who walked away several times they attempted to kill Him? Oh never, they can’t arrest Him. Since our agreement would just be for me to betray Jesus, and it is left to them to arrest Him; if they fail to, that is their problem, but then I would have gotten the money in my account. This is a golden chance for me to make money and get my dreamed properties and materials.”

But things didn't work out as he planned and played it. He lost Jesus, he lost the money, he lost his position in the ministry, he lost God’s purpose for his life and he lost eternal life, everything! Matthew 27:3-5, “Then Judas, His betrayer, seeing that He had been condemned, was remorseful and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders, 4 saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.”And they said, “What is that to us? You see to it!” 5 Then he threw down the pieces of silver in the temple and departed, and went and hanged himself.”

The same trick Satan used to deceive and destroy Judas Iscariot, he is using with so many followers of Jesus today. You need money, you need car, you need house, or you need a job, a position or promotion; you need admission, traveling documents or contracts; you need marital partner or children, whatever you need, Satan knows them. As you are trusting God for everything, then Satan would bring sinful suggestions and ungodly opportunities to you, that, “You can get the money, though in a sinful or satanic way, but after you get the money all you need to do is to run back to Jesus for forgiveness, God is always merciful, He will forgive you and you will retain the money.” Does that not sound beautiful for many people to consider? But it is a trick from the pit of hell.

He will also suggest that you can give the sinful demand to get the job, contracts, admission or documents, “just for you to get what you want and after that you go back to Jesus for forgiveness. Is it not just for a day or once? And you get what you need for life and go back to Jesus? You better be wise. The Bible says wisdom is profitable to direct, be wise!”

Satan may also suggests that you can marry the person, though not genuinely saved, but “after you get married, he or she will be saved, you can help her or him to be saved and then you serve God together” Satan will also tell you that you can give premarital sex so that you don’t loose the person. “No one will know, and after that you ask God to forgive you and get married. You have nothing to loose as long you are wise.”

The secret is that, every suggestion that you should commit sin or compromise your faith to get what you want, and after all ask God to forgive you, such suggestion is originated from Satan to deceive you and ruin you, he is trying to make another Judas Iscariot out of you. It was Satan who deceived Judas to do what he did. Luke 22:3, “Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve.”

You cannot eat your cake and have it at the same time, you cannot mock God and make it, and you cannot play game with Satan and outsmart him. Judas Iscariot tried it, and he could not retrieve his way back, he lost everything. You must be wise to be warned not to become another Judas Iscariot of this generation, by thinking you can quickly get something in a sinful or satanic way and quickly get back to Jesus; you may never find your way back again, Judas could not make it back even though he cried and was remorse.

This trick of Satan of “Go Against God And Go back To Him After you Get What You Want” is an old trick and so deceptive; he even attempted to use it against Jesus Christ. In the wilderness, he came to tempt Jesus Christ, that Jesus should fall down, and God would be there to go Him. Luke 4:9-12.

The suggestion of Satan that you can quickly fall and God is there to raise you up is an act of tempting God, and you must not turn to such so that you will not be turned to pieces.

After you are saved, never attempt to succumb to satanic suggestion to play game with your soul; never think of going quickly into sin to get back to God; that will be a dangerous trip. “For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.” Hebrews 10:26, 27.

Wait upon the Lord for what you need, and be content with what you have. Never yield to the trick of Satan to take a short trip to sin to trap you. Do not be another Judas Iscariot, and do not become another Esau.

“Lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright. For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears.” Hebrews 12:16, 17.

FIRST CLASS TICKET?
You want to book your flight ticket and you booked economy class, ignoring first class or business class which is about 3 times more expensive than economy class. Not that you don't have enough money in your bank account to book first class but you feel like, "Why spending such money for first class ticket when you can use the money to do other things, when you can use it to support family, friends or brethren in your church who have serious needs? Or you feel what is the difference between first class and economy class that you would pay tipple amount? Both are in side the same plane going to same place at the same time, in fact both will still wait at the arrival to get their luggages. Or you feel you don't even have such amount in your account, no need for such luxury.

But when it comes to your senior pastor or daddy G.O, you see reasons for them to have private jets? Do you know such huge amount of money it takes to buy private jets, to maintain, for tax, for air space, for hanger at the airport? Now what are the differences between commercial flight and private jets? Those pastors don't park their jets in their home compounds, they will still drive to airport, face traffic at the airport road, wait for the turn of their jets to fly. And when they get to their destinations, they will wait on air for their turn, park the jet at the airport, go by car and face traffic.

Now, the question is, does the millions of dollars these pastors spend every year to maintain a single jet worth it in the kingdom of God? Could those money not be used for something profitable to the people? As servants of God while majority of their members can't afford to go to their church schools? If Jesus Christ were to be a senior pastor in Nigeria as poor as the country is, would He own a private jet for convenient means of transportation?

Sometimes, the difference between private jets and commercial jets is simply the same thing as the difference between following public bus in London traffic or driving your own private car EVERY TIME. As long you don't have anybody to question for coming late to work and it's not your money you use to pay for petrol, and you are not even the one driving the car, you have no problem, it's the congregation money and you are the lord of everything!

Many Christians have been traveling by air for the past ten years and they never booked first class, they see nothing wrong with it, yet they support their pastors flying private jets, it is called religious blindfold. And the funnest thing are people who don't even fly by air from city to city, not that they don't have the money, but they see it unnecessary and they still achieve their business, ministerial or family purpose of traveling, yet those people can come here to defend their daddy G.O having 4 private jets. Religion is the easiest means to blindfold an educated person.

All the preachers in Africa or America who own private jets are either backsliders or agents of Satan.

Christians who support pastors having private jets, their spiritual reasoning has been tampered with by false preachers., many things are already going wrong their spiritual reasonings of such Christians more than supporting private jet preachers.

Anytime I see or read Christians and churches supporting private jets preachers, I remember Matthew 24:24 that even the elects may be deceived.

Please do not be among the deceived in this end time.

7 COMMON WRONG CONCEPTS AMONG SINGLES IN CHOOSING MARITAL PARTNERS

If you are single, there are many things that may attract you to a man or woman for marital relationship which have nothing to do with marriage, but you may be willfully ignorant of that. Here is the list of such things:

TALENTS
When you see a brother who can play musical instrument very well or a young lady or man who has a good voice, and you feel attracted to the person for marital relationship, now what does singing or musical instrument has to do with marriage? It is called the ignorance of the singles. You may not realize this until you get into marital relationship or you get married that you will know that what attracted you to the person in the first instance has nothing to do with having a successful marriage at all. That is one of the reasons celebrities marriages do not last, those talents are not really needed in marriage, only on stage. Then you will remember James 5:13, it's when people are happily married that they appreciate their spouses singing melody to them, but if not, the voices and singing become ugly.

PHYSICAL ATTRACTION
This is very funny, but to many singles out there, it is not funny at all, it is rather a costly ignorance. When you are attracted to a man because he knows how to dress very well, or to a lady because she has straight legs, because the person is tall, slim, light skin or glowing skin, or because the person has good set of teeth, long hair, or has a good smile, you are under the influence of common single’s ignorance, because none of these things have anything to do with having a good marriage.

If you go into marital relationship or get married wrongly to a person because of physical attraction, when the agony of bad marriage overwhelms you, you will wish to use cutlass to cut off the straight legs or whatever that lured you to the person.

PHYSICAL BEAUTY
In the book of Proverbs 31: 30, the Bible says, “Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the LORD, she shall be praised.” If you are single and you are still overwhelmed with single exorbitance, this Bible verse will not make any sense to you, you will feel like, “No oh, beauty is something to me o, I want to marry a beautiful woman, that is my longtime dream.” Or “I want to marry a handsome man; in fact I can’t marry less than that.” And you even quote Bible to back it up, that God gives good things to His children. You know what? To the single, beauty is something or everything, but to have a successful marriage, beauty is nothing.

If you see a beautiful lady or a handsome young man over there, and you are attracted to the person for marital relationship, because of the beauty, you know what? You are under the influence of single ignorance which will soon clear from your eyes when you get into it.

Physical beauty has nothing to do with a good or happy marriage. If physical beauty has anything to contribute to happy marriage, why do celebrities have more divorce rate? Why do most men with beautiful wives still cheat on their wives or abuse them physically or verbally? It is simply because physical beauty has nothing to do with having a good marriage, and just as the Bible says in Proverbs 31:30 that beauty is passing – meaning the impression that the beauty of person has on you will shortly pass away in marriage and you will face the reality.

FINANCIAL & MATERIAL INFLUENCE
If you marry somebody because the person is financially okay or has a good job or business, after you get married, you then realize that God had already destined you to be prospered on your own without the person, then you will wish you had married the right person and prospered together.

When you marry somebody because of their financial or material influence, you will not have respect of the person and you will not have rest of mind. Later you will realize that you could have made it richer without the person, that you could have married the poor but right person and make it together.

When you see a couple in a brand new latest SUV, wearing same designers, when you see a couple spending their vacation or summer in an expensive place outside the country, and you envy them and wish you have such marriage? What a fool! You don’t know that all those things have nothing to do with happy home. Money, materials and others have nothing to do with a good and godly home. For example, there is no amount of money your husband may have that can console you when you realize he is cheating on you.

When you marry a visionless rich guy that has a Television and ignore a visionary man without a Television now, then one day you will watch the visionary man on your husband's TV. Also when you marry a wrong lady without the inbuilt capacity to support your vision, but because she is beautiful to behold, soon you will have no major project than to spend on her beauty with latest makeups.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Another common ignorance among singles in choosing partner in marriage is academic qualification. You want to marry, and you have this idol of academic qualification in your heart that the lady you want to marry must be very educated or the man you want to marry must not have lesser education than you.

When you ignore the perfect will of God for your life because he is not as educated as you want or because her academic qualification is too low, and you think, “How will people feel that after all my academic qualification I will now marry this person with low academic qualification.” Will it not sound well for people to hear that the person you want to marry graduated from so-so university, or s/he is a Dr, Lawyer, Engr. Etc.? You know what? People you are trying to impress by marrying a wrong educated person will not be there with you in the marriage when tragedy of wrong marriage starts to let loose on you.

TRIBE
Do you want to marry a particular tribe person or you want to marry the perfect will of God for your life? Will it not be so painful that the heart-breaking wrong person you marry is from your tribe? Rather, will you not be so peaceful that the loving, godly and right person you marry is from another tribe? Which one is better for you?

It is funny when I see people saying they must marry from their tribe or town or village as if they have not seen the worst husbands or wives from that their tribe, as if marrying in their tribes is more important than marrying in the Lord.

PARENTAL INFLUENCE
When you allow your parents to choose for you instead of allowing God to choose for you or when you choose to marry somebody because his or her parents are good or godly, and you go into marital relationship with somebody because it is the wish of your parents or because the parents of the person are ministers, popular, or powerful in the society, such is called ignorance of the single. When you enter into the wrong marriage, your parents or the parents of your spouse will not be there with you.

THE ONLY RIGHT CHOICE
If you don’t want to marry and mar your life, destiny, ministry and eternity, but if you want to marry and make it in life, and also make heaven, then the only person you can marry and never regret it is the person who is the will of God for you. God has created a person for you that fits your life, destiny, God’s program for you and that is what is called the will of God in marriage. You may miss the right school, the right carrier for you or the right job, but please do not miss the right person God has created for you because if you miss it, you may miss everything including heaven.

HOW TO DISCOVER THE WILL OF GOD IN MARRIAGE
1, Surrender your life to Jesus. Only in Christ you have the will of God, until you are genuinely saved.
2, Surrender your will and ways to God. Let His will be your will and His way be yours, no idol.
3, Seek Him for guidance. Lean not on your own understanding
4, Settle for God’s will, not your permissive will
5, Stay pure till marriage. No premarital inordinate affection or sexual immorality.

Here is the word of God – Isaiah 1:19, 20:
“If you are willing and obedient,
You shall eat the good of the land;
20 But if you refuse and rebel,
You shall be devoured by the sword”;
For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.”

STILL ON TITHE 102
After my message which I shared that Jesus approved tithes as He told the Pharisees in Matthew 23:23 which said they ought to do justice without leaving tithe undone; I got responses from some people saying that Jesus was only speaking to pharisees to pay tithes and not to the apostles and no place that the apostles or disciples mentioned tithe, but only offerings. Well, here is my response:

1, Either you call it offering or tithe, there is no problem about that, in fact in Deeper Life Bible Church, both offering and tithe are collected together inside a single offering box.

2, If pharisees were paying 10% tithe and Jesus approved them, so you as a Christian who is paying offering, I think your offering should be more than 10% of your income, because your righteousness must exceed the righteousness of pharisees. Matthew 5:20.

You didn't see where the early church gave tithe, good, but you read where they sold their houses and lands and gave them as offerings, you read where Ananias and Sapphira took from the proceeds of their land they sold and God killed them? So, giving offering alone should make you give extra than those who give tithe, not lesser. If you believe in giving offering alone and you can't sell your belongings and give as offering, if you don't give tithe but only offering, and your offering is less than 10%, it means your hypocrisy is more than that of pharisees.

3, The thing Bible does not approve on tithe or offering today is the monitoring spirits system many churches are using today in the name of tithe and offering cards, recording tithes of members, etc. such are extra-biblical phenomenons which a Bible believing church should not practice.

TITHE, IS IT NECESSARY UNDER GRACE?
As it is now, many Christians are confused and concerned about the of matter, do we still in to pay tithe in New Testament and is it a must?

IS TITHE NOT ABOLISHED IN NEW TESTAMENT?
As tithe has become a popular topic, as many Christians are finding it hard to faithfully pay tithe, and as many churches and pastors are abusing and misusing tithes, many are asking, that in the first instance, do we as Christians in the new covenant of Jesus Christ, still need to obey the Old Testament law of tithe?

I'm not going to give my own answer here, but we must get the answer from the Bible, let's see what Jesus Christ said in Matthew 23:23

"“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law: justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone."

From this Bible verse, you, by yourself and for yourself here can see three things:

1, To Jesus Christ, paying tithe has weight before God, even in the New Testament, but justice and mercy and faith are weightier, right? So when something has weight before Jesus, that means it's still applicable for believers today. What it means is that, paying tithe is important but living a life to please God is more important. So if you ignore a weighty matter before God, you are weightless.

2, Jesus said, "These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone." He said they ought to have done justice, mercy and faith without leaving tithe undone at the same time. So who say Jesus did not support paying tithe or it's Old Testament stuff? It means we must not leave tithe undone even in the New Testament.

3, If you are not a genuine child of God, if you are not living a holy life, you have not business paying tithe. Paying tithe is not a privilege for everybody. If you are not genuinely saved in Christ and your pastor says you will be cursed if you don't pay tithe, don't mind that pastor, since you are still living in sins, you are already cursed, you are already living under eternal curse because all sinners or worldly Christians are accursed children. Until you are genuinely saved before you can be free from curse and before you can freely pay tithes.

All the tithes and offerings you pay before you are saved are useless before God. Jeremiah 6:20, Isaiah 1:11-13.

So How?
Since Jesus said tithe is important and has spiritual weight, then it is a must for every genuine child of God to pay tithe, but how do we pay tithe? Tithe is 10% of your income or profit or gain (Please, it is not 10% of a loan or capital for business) in which we must faithful pay.

To Where?
Where do we pay tithe to? There are several places we can pay tithe to as long it will 1, support people of God and meet needs. You can pay your tithe to your church, but it's not a must to pay to your church especially if your church is misusing tithe. You can give your tithe to support missionaries, ministers of God in need, people of God in need when you don't have any other means, etc. (But you don't use tithe to support family members in needs) You have to pray and let God lead you to where or who to profitably pay your tithe to.

There is no place in the Bible that says tithe MUST be paid to the church. Malachi 3:10 says, "Bring all the tithes into the storehouse" Storehouse is not a church, it is a place where stuffs are distributed to meet the needs of people, so it can be missionaries, the local church in your village, a minister of God who really needs it, or Christian orphanage.

And Who?
Who are the people to pay tithe? They are children of Abraham, the co-heirs. If you are not yet saved, ignore every call to pay tithe, until you are saved, your tithe is useless to God. But as children of God, it is a must to pay tithe, for God's blessing on earth and in eternity.

Tithe is not a means of getting automatic blessings of God upon your business or life as prosperity preachers over-emphasized, there are many unbelievers who don't pay tithes and God bless their businesses and they even live long, but no heaven; so tithe is simply a mark of obedience and trusting God for your finance.

THE END IS HERE!
When I see Christians who defend private jets preachers (PJP), then I remember the Bible verse that says even the elects may be deceived. Matthew 24:24.

As soon as you see Christians reasoning the effectiveness of God's work by luxurious reasons, know for sure that the end is no longer soon but here.

Christians who see private jet as important or necessary for effective work of ministry are not only deceived but their spiritual and biblical reasoning have been tampered with by false preachers.

I don't know where to start to explain to you the A B C of the gospel of Christ from here. So I'm sorry if I can't answer you if you ask me why is private jet wrong for ministers of gospel, it's because I lost you in your tampered reasoning or you lost me.

NEVER YIELD
I Corinthians 9:27, "But I discipline my body and bring it into subjection"

After you are saved, even for many years, Satan will still bring sinful thoughts, feelings, ideas, and pressure; your unsaved body will want to over ride the Spirit of God. The addicted sin to smoke, drink, masturbate, etc; the pressure for sinful pleasures will come back in an overwhelming manner; the tendency to get angry, lie, drink, fight, or to do other sinful stuffs will come back; the people with sinful activities will still come back to you. Sometime the pressure will be so heavy as if you can't survive it. Satan will say, "Look, don't pretend, this thing is part of you and your salvation in Jesus can't stop it. You can't stop doing this thing, even if you don't do it now, what about tomorrow, next week, and next month? Just give in and God will understand."

My dear, that is the deception of pit of hell to make you feel helpless as if you can't overcome sin. When next the pressure to commit sin comes again, you know what to do? DON'T GIVE IN! The pressure and the feeling will not last, it will vanish. And you know what? Every victory over a temptation to sin gives you strength to overcome the next one, and you become stronger, but every falling into temptation makes you weaker to overcome another one. Solution is not to surrender to such sinful pressure once or again, the solution is to hold it, never give in.

Paul the Apostle, after many years of salvation, said, "I discipline my body and bring it into subjection" 1 Corinthians 9:27. It is a continuous thing as Satan continuously brings temptations.

Your salvation in Christ does not automatically end the notions and temptations of sin within or without, it only gives grace and strength to overcome, and that's what makes difference between a sinner and a saved person - overcoming sinful notions within and temptations without by the grace of God and strength of Holy Spirit. And we can only get the grace and strength by daily Bible reading, prayer for God's grace and daily watchfulness to walk in the Spirit.

Genuine Salvation is the foundation to overcome sin and Satan, DAILY grace of God through prayer and Bible is the strength, and watchfulness, self control that is self discipline to refuse, reject and deny is the solution!

Titus 2:11, 12
For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age.

Becoming a millionaire by charging and collecting money from people who you pray for or teach on how to become millionaires is the tactic the motivational speakers and prosperity pastors are using to enrich themselves without much labor.

Any preacher who become a millionaire, not by his profession, not by his business/career, but by making money in the name of preaching gospel, such is a false preacher with a false gospel.
 
Gospel of Jesus Christ and genuine preachers of Christ's gospel never become millionaires by preaching but rather pour their resources, their investments, sell their houses, use their savings and proceeds from their business to enrich people in the mission work, and not by the other way round.

OVERCOMING SATANIC ATTACK OF DISCOURAGEMENT!
"...lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls." Hebrews 12:3

A man was shown vision about the weapons of Satan, and he saw a particular weapon that has been over-used; he asked what was special about the weapon and also its name, and he was told the weapon was discouragement, that when other weapons against Christians fail, discouragement hardly fails.

If you have surrendered your life to Jesus Christ and determined to serve Him forever and you are getting involved in the work of God to turn others to righteousness in Jesus, Satan will try to discourage you in order to destroy you. Discouragement is a destructive weapon of Satan that deflates spiritual strength and zeal, and makes a Christian becomes spiritually dry. When life gets tough and situations turn worst; as you pray, search your life and put faith in action, yet things do not get better. Then you begin to ask why? why will God allow this to happen to you? Why?

Disturbed But Not Discouraged
Since Christian life is a narrow way and life generally is ups and downs, as a child of God, you can be disturbed but you should not allow discouragement. When you are disturbed by anything, take it to God in prayer and simply trust Him; it's hard but that is the only means to be happy in Jesus, and not by siting in the dangerous valley of discouragement.

Believers in the Bible were disturbed: Moses, Elijah, Jeremiah and others. They were disturbed at one point on the other, but instead of being discouraged, they turned to God with their disturbing hearts. At a point, John the baptist was seriously disturbed, you know what he did? He didn't depart from Jesus but he turned to Jesus with his disturbing mind. Jesus was disturbed at a point on His way to the Cross but He poured His disturbing mind to God, and He is now in heaven praying for us, because He has been through such difficult situations we are going through now.

When you are disturbed, Satan will want you to be discouraged, to stop praying so you can be his prey; to stop reading the Word of God so you can be weak, he will want you to be weary of working for God. Satan will want to dissuade you from trusting God and living a righteous life so that he can destroy your destiny. When you find it hard to pray, to read Bible, to do God's work because of situation around, then discouragement is setting in, you should beware. Discouragement is a shadow of spiritual destruction, it leads to weakness, weariness and compromising into sin, since "God doesn't care" That is satanic deception.

We should not allow present situations to discourage us from serving and trusting God, no matter how hard, or what shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or unclothedness, or peril, or sword? We should discuss our disturbing situations with God and trust Him that He is working everything for our good at the end, we should not be discouraged into Satan's hands.

When I was typing this article, I was passing through one of the toughest time in my life, and as God has encouraged me to move on, I find it necessary to encourage you also, in case you find yourself in unpleasant circumstances now or later; don't be discouraged, don't be distracted, don't doubt, don't compromise your faith and righteous living; don't turn from serving God, because it will soon turn to testimony.

James 5:10, 11
"My brethren, take the prophets, who spoke in the name of the Lord, as an example of suffering and patience. Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord—that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful."

THE REDEEMED CHURCH AND GOD ON OPPOSITE PATHS

A proverb in Nigeria says, "When a plantain is spoiling, we say no, it is only ripping well" An unripe plantain is rich and contains several nutrients, and when it begins to ripe, it looses its nutrients and could cause health damages, but then it becomes finer, and sweeter; it becomes more presentable and attractive. The same thing is applicable with RCCG and many churches today. But the focus is on RCCG here. The founder of this church, Rev. Akindayomin, a man of holiness and righteousness, God called him and gave him a covenant church, that is Redeemed Christian Church of God - RCCG.

Then the church was unpopular because of its strict stand on holiness and righteousness. They were called "Gospel church" those who preached holiness and stood for it. They were not after materials stuffs, their sisters dressed godly, not flamboyantly, all of them were content with little and sharing with all.When their choir ministered, people bowed their heads in sober mood by the heavenly touch of the singing ministration, not like the jumping, shouting and crazy yelling with entertainment choir of today. Then companies were writing the church for employment because of the faithfulness and diligence of their members. I would not have joined them because of their standard of holiness since I was not saved then. That was the RCCG I knew when I was in Ilesha, Osun state in 1989 to early 90s.

But today, RCCG is more popular, richer and everywhere, in fact, they are proud of their parishes in every corner of Nigeria and many other countries, they are the fastest and still growing church, beautiful auditoriums everywhere. In Abuja here where I live, RCCG is like the richest church. But where are their godly virtues of old? They have exchanged their spiritual riches for materials and financial riches, they boast of financial riches while they are spiritually miserable. I lived in Redemption camp for full 6 months in 2010, and with what I saw in the dept of RCCG - the corruption, sexual immorality, unfaithfulness, etc. among the core leaders to the least members, I can categorically say this church is spiritually poor. A church where a music director wanted to sleep with a sister choir before permitting her to sing praise and worship at the Holy Ghost night? And God cannot open the eyes of the GO to discern or detect sins among people close to him and rebuke it openly as Apostle Peter did in Acts chapter 5, the GO can only discern blessings and upcoming prosperity?

Why has RCCG changed to opposite of where they stood before? Or why did Pastor Adeboye changed the landmark God gave to Rev. Akindayomin, which he upheld till he died? And you, you who were saved and brought up in the old faith when you were young, in secondary school and university fellowships, now you have joined the modern church system and worldly dress and have abandoned your beginning, seeing it as old school?

The Bible standard has gone elsewhere because of crave for population. If you are a member, worker or leader in RCCG, how many messages or books of Rev. Akindayomin do you have or have you read or listen to? Maybe none! RCCG is the only church where materials and works of the immediate past GO is evacuated almost completely. As if the books and messages of their founder who also was the immediate past leader were totally removed. None of his books or messages are promoted or reprinted, at least for every member to have access to the teachings and messages of the founder of their church. This present GO and admins will never do that, you know why? Their lifestyles, prayers and preachings are opposite the messages and standard of Rev. Akindayomin, so they CAN NEVER PROMOTE THE MESSAGES OR BOOKS of Pa Akindayomin in their present spiritual condition. Do you know any church on earth where the messages and books of the church founder and immediate past General Overseer is completely eradicated from the same church with no trace? Only in RCCG.

If God should open the eyes of Pa Akindayomin in heaven to see the church he left on earth, he will be weeping now, so also heaven is weeping on RCCG. But you are celebrating RCCG as a successful church, popular and powerful even to Aso villa here in Abuja.

The case of Pa Akindayomin and Pastor Adeboye is like the case of David and Solomon in the Bible. David fought the good fight of Faith, so also did Pa Akindayomin - we know how Pa Akindayomin started and how he ended well. But Solomon did no fighting, rather he did many buildings, from building Temple of God, to his personal buildings, to several idols, even to Chemosh - incessant building project is one of the signs of backsliding in any church. Solomon had many things, many wives, many riches, etc. just as there are many buildings and many members today in RCCG.

You must be happy of being a member or pastor of RCCG, especially if you did not witness the RCCG of old; because there is freedom, prosperity and promises and better life. No stress of holiness, no discipline of indecent dress, no restitution, everything is bureaucracy, and as long you can comply with the rules and regulations, you have no limit. But that will lead to where?

This is not the covenant church God used His servant Rev. Akindayomin to found, this is not the same church I knew in 1990, this is not the church of the Bible. Today, I will find it hard to join RCCG, not because of their high standard of holiness again, but because of their low and poor standard of holiness.

You can be very zealous to condemn this article, to choose to defend your GO rather than defending the truth. If you were not in RCCG about 20 years ago, then you may lack understanding of the beginning of RCCG, go and ask the elders who witnessed the beginning and strength of RCCG as a true covenant church of undiluted truth and holiness of heavenly minded church.

If you know where God began with you, where God was pleased with you that He made COVENANT with you, then that may help you to know where you have missed it along the way, and where you need to trace you way back. God is waiting for you at the point He made covenant with you, and same thing with Pastor Adeboye and RCCG as a whole. Go back to the old faith, the narrow old path of FEW serious minded, and stop defending this broad MULTITUDE, MANY faulty modern way before it is too late. The Rapture of the saints is imminent!

" Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’— and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and Unclad— 18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your unclothedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten.Therefore be zealous and repent." Revelation 3:17-19

Understanding The Sharing Formula of God’s Miracle

For every blessing, miracle, wonder or divine help from God, there is a sharing formula, meaning that in the package of blessing and miracle from God into our lives, there is a biblical formula we must follow. Here is how it goes: Every miracle or divine help from God into our lives contains two things which are BLESSINGS AND GLORY, now we are to take the blessings for ourselves and return the glory back to God. God does not need the blessings – the healing, the miraculous protection, provision, promotion, prosperity, progress, procreation, peace, etc. all these are blessings in God’s miracle which are for our benefits. Then after we take the blessings in the package we are to return the glory inside to package to God, the glory does not belong to us.

When God performs miracle in your life, you can share testimonies, you can share the goodness with others, but DO NOT share the glory with God.

When God does something in your life, when God uses you to do something great in life or for somebody or in the work of ministry, either He does it directly in your life or indirectly through you, the blessings are for you and human beings like you, but the praises and glory should be channeled to God.

I talked with a man who explained to me how they exploit petroleum from below; he then said they would extract the petrol from petroleum and channel the gas to LNG because they don’t need the gas. You know the same way we are to do, we must take the blessings and benefits in every God’s package and channel the glory back to God, don’t share it.

Giving Glory To God
1. We give glory to God by living and using the blessings to please God, to serve God better, not to let the blessings (the new job, promotion, business, career breakthrough, marriage, children, etc.) reduce your commitment or service to God, but rather increase it.

2. We also give glory to God by sharing testimonies of God's goodness and blessings which will in return glorify God and encourage others. Now an African proverbs says, "If your farm yields plenty harvest, you cover it and eat it quietly" That is not scriptural. Many Christians are not sharing testimonies today with brethren because they believe evil people have more power to destroy the testimonies than God who gave the testimonies, and some also don't want to share testimony so that brethren will not ask for their financial support. But testimony still remains biblical in giving glory to God and encouraging brethren in the Lord.

3. We give glory to God by sharing with others from the materials or provision God bless us with.

4. We give glory to God by referring to God when we talk about the blessings or success or when others try to praise us for it; we let people know it's not by accident or by our power but by God's deliberate mercy and power.

Do not share the glory with God, do not accept the glory of God's goodness in your life as if it's by your power.

May God's goodness and mercy never cease in our lives in Jesus name! Amen.

HOW TO SUPERGLUE YOUR MARRIAGE
The world's "50/50 Plan" for marriage is destined for failure. God's plan calls for something much greater.

When two people get married, they have high expectations about their relationship. An unspoken assumption by each one is that the other will "meet me halfway."

When Barbara and I received premarital counseling from our friends and mentors Don and Sally Meredith, they warned us that we had been thoroughly indoctrinated in the world's plan for marriage. They called it the 50/50 Plan, which says, "You do your part, and I'll do mine." This concept sounds logical, but couples who use it are destined for disappointment and failure.

We spent the first year and a half of our marriage in Boulder, Colorado, where the winters are cold and electric blankets are standard equipment for survival. I can recall how both of us enjoyed sliding into those toasty-warm sheets after the electric blanket had thawed them. However, we couldn't always remember to turn off all the lights. We would snuggle in, and Barbara would say, "Sweetheart, did you remember to turn off all the lights?"

I would hop out of our comfy bed and run barefoot through the 55-degree apartment, turning off light after light. It didn't happen that often, so I didn't mind until one night when I dropped into bed totally exhausted. Just as I slipped into the third stage of anesthesia, Barbara gave me a poke and said, "Sweetheart, aren't you going to turn off the lights?" I groaned, "Honey, why don't you turn off the lights tonight?"Barbara replied, "I thought you would because my dad always turned off the lights."Suddenly, I was wide awake. It dawned on me why I had been suffering occasional minor frostbite on my feet. I shot back, "But I'm not your dad!”

The expectations Barbara and I brought to marriage set us up to buy into the 50/50 Plan. Barbara was sure that I would do my part and meet her halfway by always getting up to turn off the lights. On the night I flatly refused, I was pushing her to do her part and meet me halfway.

Why the 50/50 Plan fails. Our disagreement revealed the biggest weakness of the 50/50 Plan: It is impossible to determine if your spouse has met you halfway. Because neither of you can agree on where halfway is, each is left to scrutinize the other's performance from a jaded, often selfish perspective.

Many times in a marriage, both partners are busy, overworked, and feel taken for granted. The real question isn't who faced the most pressure that day. The important issue is how do you build oneness and teamwork instead of keeping score and waiting for the other person to meet you halfway.

The 50/50 Plan is destined to fail for several reasons:

Acceptance is based on performance. Many people unknowingly base their acceptance of their spouses on performance. Performance becomes the glue that holds the relationship together, but it isn't really glue at all. It's more like Velcro. It seems to stick, but it comes apart when a little pressure is applied. What a marriage needs is superglue—but more on that later.

Giving is based on merit. With the "meet me halfway" approach, a husband would give affection to his wife only when he felt she had earned it. If she always cooked tasty meals and balanced the checkbook then he would drop her a few crumbs of praise and loving attention. She, in turn, would lavish affection and praise only when he vacuumed the carpet and always arrived home on time.

Motivation for action is based on how each partner feels. As a newlywed, it's easy to act sacrificially because the pounding heart and romantic feelings fuel the desire to please. But what happens when those feelings diminish? If you don't feel like doing the right thing, perhaps you won't do it at all. I didn't feel like turning off the lights that night at our apartment, so I didn't.

Each spouse has a tendency to focus on the weaknesses of the other. Ask a husband or wife to list his or her spouse's strengths in one column and the weaknesses in another, and the weaknesses will usually outnumber the strengths five to one.

Ultimately, the world's plan, the 50/50 performance relationship, is destined to fail because it is contrary to God's plan.

Apply the superglue

What a marriage needs is the superglue of Philippians 2:3: "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important than yourselves." It's what we refer to as the 100/100 Plan, which requires a 100 percent effort from each of you to serve your spouse.

The Bible describes this plan well in Matthew 22:39: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." There's no closer neighbor than the one you wake up to each morning! And since most of us love ourselves passionately, we are well on the way to implementing the 100/100 Plan if we take a similar approach to loving our spouses.

Start by stating the 100/100 Plan like this: "I will do what I can to love you without demanding an equal amount in return." In marriage you will hear a voice that says, Why are you making the bed this morning when she wouldn't bring you a soft drink last night? Or, Why should I not buy this outfit when he spent fifty dollars last weekend on golf? That voice has to be silenced if you are to live out the 100/100 Plan. Yes, there will be times when one person appears to get the advantage in the relationship. But love requires sacrifice. Stick with the 100/100 Plan and you will see increasing cooperation and intimacy in your marriage.

A bit of grace always helps too. Sometimes a couple can make issues out of things that really don't matter. Maybe we had parents who did that as we grew up, but that's not the type of person I want to be or one I'd enjoy living with. Barbara and I have learned over the years to let a lot slide; we don't take issue or talk about many minor disappointments.

Marriage is the union of two imperfect people who in their selfishness, sinfulness, and demands of each other will cause disappointment and hurt. You must lay aside those difficulties and hold fast to forgiveness, love, and Christ's command to love even those who don't at times appear to love you.

You will never have all of your expectations met in marriage on this fallen planet. But if you concentrate on implementing the 100/100 Plan, your life will be so full of satisfaction that you may not care.

MY SITUATION WAS DIFFERENT!
On that Thursday afternoon, April 18th, 2013, a day to my cultural wedding on Friday; I was inside commercial Bus transport in Lagos, and I received a call from a Christian brother, calling me for the first time, he said he had been following my messages on Facebook and he also had I was getting married. He prayed for me that God would supply my needs and prosper my marriage. He then gave this testimony of his wedding which he did in 2012.

As I listened to this wonderful brother sharing his testimony with me on phone on how God provided for his wedding without borrowing a penny, I smiled and said in my mind, "My situation is quite different here" because I was on my way to borrow money in preparation for my wedding. As of Thursday, I have not paid for our accommodation, no shoe for my wedding yet, several stuffs for bride-price were not yet available. My plan was that, immediately I collect the money at Yaba, I would go from there to Idumota Market to buy leather-box bag for the wedding. But here was I, listening to a wonderful testimony from a Christian brother talking for the first time. I later got to know the brother is a medical doctor and the wife a banker. But I was a full time internet evangelist, no salary, no consistent support from anywhere; I left the small business I was doing in Abuja to focus fully in to the work of evangelism, and my wife-to-be, a Biochemist, but no good job.

Earlier before the week of our wedding, I told my fiancée she should not worry about the wedding preparation, that God would provide everything we needed in surplus, my reason of confidence was that I worked for God, and as full time staff of God's kingdom, He called me into the ministry, He had the responsibility to take care of my wedding, then I asked my fiancée, “If a servant of a king is getting married, will the king not take care of his wedding? Will the king’s servant be put to shame on his wedding day in the presence of the king?”

Actually, I had so much faith in God for provision of my wedding and lots of expectations, but God didn’t show up as expected. I borrowed for the wedding, and what I got wasn’t enough, I could only secure an accommodation of one abandoned photocopy shop behind an old, nonfunctioning MRS Filling Station beside Omole Estate Phase l gate; no electricity, no kitchen and no toilet, we had to use facility of the other compound. After the wedding in Ibadan, we had to follow my best man’s vehicle to Lagos because no enough money for transport to Lagos.

Well, God did not show up as expected for my wedding’s provision, but He is showing up more than we expected in our marriage! Many people who knew our financial situation then thought our marriage would be a union of suffering, shame and total depending on family and friends to survive, people were feeling pity for us while we were busy preaching online immediately after our wedding. We were so confident in the Lord that we didn't see the suffering or shame our wedding would cause. But God is always faithful; He has blessed our marriage in every area that He has made us to be a wonderful testimony of miraculous surprise and a blessing, not only to ourselves but to others. Time will not permit me today to share how God turned around our financial situation to a blessing of generations. Sometimes, when we think about how we started and where God has helped us to today, we cannot but thank God.

You know what? Your situation maybe somehow different today, your beginning maybe too small to see or appreciate today, God’s will for your marital life maybe somebody who has nothing, things may not be working well in your marriage today, you may be despised and rejected today, you may be one failed relationship to another today, you may still remain single today while your mates are married and already having children, you may still be without child today while those who married after you are having children, you may still be jobless today while your mates are gainfully employed; whatever your situation now, you know what? God will soon show up beyond your expectations that you will be a testimony to this generation in Jesus name!

Do not be discouraged, do not be sorrowful of the good testimonies of others, just smile with faith that yours is coming; do not give up on God and never compromise your faithfulness to God. You see, why it becomes late is because God is making yours to be the latest.

“Comfort, yes, comfort My people!”
Says your God.
2 “Speak comfort to Jerusalem, and cry out to her,
That her warfare is ended,
That her iniquity is pardoned;
For she has received from the LORD’s hand

THE MYSTERIES OF PRAYER REVEALED (Part 3)

.......And this man said that when prayer breaks through like that, the answer will always come. He said he does not know a case where prayer broke through and the answer did not come. He said the answer always came, but in most cases, it would never get to the person who asked. Why? Battle in the heavenlies. He says as long as they succeed in cutting off the open heavens and the rock is restored, they watch this person, they are waiting because they know the answer is definitely coming.

And then this man spoke something that really shook my faith. It is because of the next part he shared that I went into fasting ten days to say, Lord, is this true? Can you prove it to me? This man said that every Christian has got an angel serving that Christian. Now we know the Bible says angels are ministering spirits to us. He said that when people pray, the answer comes in the hands of the angel. The angel brings the answer like we can read it in the book of Daniel. Then he said something really tough; if the one who prays knows the spiritual armors and is clothed with them, the answer comes by an angel who is also clothed in full armor.

If the one who prays doesn't care about spiritual armory, their angels come without spiritual armor. Christians who don't care about what kind of thoughts come into their minds. They don't fight the battle of their minds. Their angels come without the helmet. Whatever spiritual weapon you ignore on earth, the angel doesn't have it as he serves you. In other words, our spiritual armor is not protecting our physical bodies; it's protecting our spiritual exploits.

This man said, when the angel is coming, they would focus and look at him and notice the areas which are not covered, and those are the areas they would attack. If he has no helmet, they would shoot at his head. If he has no breastplate, they would shoot at his chest. If he has no shoes, they would make a fire that he is walking in the fire.

Now I am just repeating what this man said. Actually, we asked him, "Can angels feel fire?" And you know what he said to us? Remember this is a spiritual realm. These are spirits dealing with spirits. The battle is intensive, and when they overpower an angel of God, the first thing they target is the answer he is carrying, and they get that from him, that is what they give through the cults, the witchcraft, and people say, "I got this because of witchcraft."

Remember what the Bible says in the book of James? All good things come from God. So where does the devil get the things he gives to his people? Some people who cannot have children, they go to witch doctors and satanists, and they get pregnant! Who gave them that baby? Is satan a creator? NO! He steals from those who don't pray to the end. Jesus said, "Pray without ceasing." And then He said, "But when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith?" Will He find you still there waiting? Or will you have given up and the enemy would steal what you have prayed for?

UNDERSTANDING
Ephesians 6:10-18
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; 18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.

The 7 whole armor of God are:
1, Truth
2, Breastplate of righteousness
3, preparation of the Gospel of peace.
4, Shield of faith
5, Helmet of Salvation
6, Sword of the Spirit
7, Prayer.

You can see that prayer is not the first in the list of the whole armor of God, neither is fasting, speaking in tongues or sowing seeds. Many churches and ministers today are so much interested in prayer, but many are praying ignorantly. Your "fireful" prayer life without a life of holiness and righteousness will only make your prayer in the spiritual realm to be fading but not fervent.

Churches who teach prayer without purity are ignorant of effective and fervent prayer. If you want your prayer to be effective and too powerful for devil and demons to resist, you need genuine salvation, you need to speak truth always, you need to live righteous life, you need to preach the gospel always, you need faith in Christ, not faith in your prayer, you need to read and mediate God's word, then you need to pray without ceasing.

WHY CHILDREN OF GOD CANNOT INVOLVE IN BETTING, LOTTO OR LOTTERY

-THOUGH THEY ARE LEGAL BUT THEY ARE ACTS OF COVETOUSNESS

Football betting, lotto or lottery is all about gambling. The word gamble means “to risk something of value on an outcome that depends on chance.” God’s blessing does not depend on chance, when people begin to seek for money by involving in activities like gambling, then there is a demon of covetousness behind that.

Any activity that involves gambling is ungodly because gambling is not part of the system of God, but covetousness which is unduly desire to get money, gain wealth through a short-cut means – a product without process of production. Playing the lottery as a get-rich-quick scheme is statistically futile, and it focuses the lottery player on the temporary riches of this world (see Proverbs 23:5). The fact is, God wants people to earn their money honestly by working hard: “The one who is unwilling to work shall not eat” (2 Thessalonians 3:10). We ought to gain wealth through diligence, as a gift from the Lord: “Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth” (Proverbs 10:4).

Gamblers, including players of the lottery, typically covet money and the things that money can buy. God forbids covetousness.

THE MYSTERIES OF PRAYER REVEALED (2)

There comes an opening in the spiritual realm. And as soon as this comes, all this trouble in prayer stops. The person who is praying on the ground just feels like prayer is suddenly so smooth, so enjoyable, so powerful and intense. And I've discovered at that moment, we normally lose conscience of time and other things. Not that we become disorderly. God takes care of our time. But it is like you lay down everything, and you hook up with God. And this man said that when the prayers go through, from that moment there can be no resistance at all, and the person praying will continue as long as he wants. There is no resistance that can stop him.

And then he said, after he finishes praying, the hole remains open, and he said that people, when they rise out of their place of prayer, and they walk out, this open hole moves along with them. They are no longer operating under the blanket. They are operating under open heavens. And he said in that state, the devil cannot do what he wants against them. And the presence of the Lord is like a pillar from heaven resting on their lives. They are protected, and there is so much power inside that pillar that as they move around, that presence touches other people. It discerns what the enemy has done in other people. And as they talk to people and those people are standing with them, they come inside this pillar. And as long as they stay inside that pillar, all the bondage of the enemy weaken.

So when these people who have this spiritual break-through share Jesus Christ with the sinners, their resistance is low. It is so easy to bring them through. When they pray for the sick or pray about things, the presence which is there makes all the difference. And this man said the devil hates such people. And it said if there are places where prayer is regularly being prayed through like that, the presence comes upon that place and does not leave. So even the people who don't know God, when they come into this place suddenly all the bondage are weakened.

And if someone cared to just minister to them patiently and with love, they can easily be pulled through, not by power nor by might but by the Spirit of God, who is present. And he said, if no one bothers about these people, they come into his presence, they feel convicted, they begin to debate whether to yield or not, but if they are not pulled through, when they walk away from this place, bondage get stronger. And the devil tries his best not to allow them to come back into such an environment.

You can imagine we were all seated looking at this man. He was telling us the things he used to do and what he used to see. Then he told us what they would do to people who have broken through in prayer. He said they marked such people; they studied such people. They dug up everything they could find about such people. So they knew their weaknesses, and when someone overcomes them in prayer and breaks through, they communicate with other spirits and say, "Target him with this and with this and with this. These are his weaknesses." So when this person walks out of the prayer closet, the spirit of prayer is upon him, the presence is upon him, his spirits are high, the joy of the Lord is his strength. As he moves the enemy tries to bring those things that can distract him from focusing on the Lord.

If his weakness is in the area of temper, then the enemy is going to cause people to do things which can make him really angry. And if he is not sensitive to the Holy Spirit, and he allows himself to go into the temper, he takes his eyes off the Lord. He gets angry, he feels so furious, and after a few minutes later, he wants to put that behind him and move along in the joy of the Lord, but he doesn't feel it anymore. He tries to feel good again; he doesn't feel any good again. Why? As he yielded to the temptation, they worked hard to close the door upstairs. And once they restore the rock, the presence is cut off. The person does not cease being a child of God. But that extra anointing that goes on his life, that presence that could do things without his manipulating anything, it's just cut off. They seek out where the weaknesses are.

If it is in the temptation to sexuality, the enemy will prepare people, events, something that will suddenly draw out that passion to go towards that temptation. And if that man yields to this temptation and opens up his mind to receive these thoughts, entertains them, when he is through with everything and wants to move again in the anointing, he just discovers it is no longer there. Maybe you say, "That's not fair." Just remember what the Bible says, "Put on the helmet of salvation. Put on the breastplate of righteousness." We normally do not see the position, the place of these weapons of warfare. But remember what Jesus told us to pray towards the end of the Lord's prayer, "Take us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one."

Every time you have a breakthrough in prayer, as you come to the end, remember you are still a weak human being. Remember you have not yet been perfected. Ask the Lord, say "Lord, I've enjoyed this time of prayer, but when I walk out into this world, lead me not into temptation. Don't allow me to walk into the devil's trap. I know the enemy is setting a trap out there. I don't know what form it is going to take. And I know I am still weak in certain areas. If I am just put in the right place, I will yield to that. Protect me, Lord. When you see me turning that corner where the trap is, just cause me to turn to the other side. Intervene, O Lord. Don't allow me to move by just my own strength and ability. Deliver me from the evil one."

God is able to do that. He is able. That is why sometimes things happen, all you need to say is, "Thank you, Jesus." That's why Apostle Paul wrote in the book of Thessalonians and said, "Thank God in everything for that is the will of God in Christ for you." Some things are not good. They are painful, and we wonder why God would allow it. But if only we knew what He is saving us from, we would thank Him. When we learn to trust the Lord, we just thank Him in everything.

Beloved, I don't know whether to go deeper because I do not want to start something I cannot finish. Let me just try to take one step forward.

UNDERSTANDING!
“Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Mark 14:38

It is very important for every serious minded child of God to be watchful. Jesus warned us to watch and pray, and not just to pray. Watchfulness is very important along our prayer, because without watchfulness our prayer will be powerless. We must be watchful how we live our lives in accordance to God’s word. Those who spend a lot of time to pray and fast without watching to live life of purity are only wasting their times, except they are only concerned about physical blessings and breakthrough without expectation for heaven.

Before you pray, watch and after you pray watch! Watchfulness starts from reading the Word of GOD. After you finish praying, take time to read your Bible so that the Lord can speak to you and empowers you in Him.

Matthew 6:13, “And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.”

Jesus taught us to pray that God should not lead us into temptation, meaning that God should not leave us on our own to walk into Satan trap of temptation. I think we should all include this into our daily prayers every morning before we face the day. “LORD JESUS, PLEASE PRESERVE ME FROM TEMPTATION OF THE DEVIL, NO MATTER OUR SMALL. HELP ME TO BE WATCHFUL IN YOUR WORD, AND SENSITIVE TO YOUR HOLY SPIRIT.”

The foundation of this is genuine salvation, if you have not gotten genuine salvation, you cannot overcome temptation. If you have fallen into sin and you are covering it, you can not move on like that and overcome. What you need first is to rededicate your life to Jesus Christ for genuine salvation by repentance, confession and total surrender to Jesus.

From every part of the world, either in America or Africa, Asia or Europe, many people want to become rich, want to become millionaires or billionaires, and so many people are desperately gullible and ignorant in the name of wanting to become super-rich without stress, so some few "smart" people are taking advantage and becoming millionaires and billionaires without so much stress.

How It Works
This is a secret I'm sharing with you, secret of wealth of some people in this generation especially our modern preachers and motivational speakers. This is how it works, these smart people become millionaires by charging people on how to become millionaires, simple!

You 're surprised why we have so many millionaires pastors, prophets and motivational speakers in this generation than ever before? It's not their businesses or careers that made them so rich than their mates who are not preachers, it is this hidden secret. The pastor make money and become millionaire by preaching to people on how to become millionaires; prophets make money through prophetic offerings by praying or prophesying to people on how to make money; motivational speakers organize speeches, conferences and seminars on how to succeed or become millionaires, they charge people and become millionaires in the process.

In America or Africa, these preachers publish books on how to succeed and become rich, after they sell their books, they automatically become rich themselves. It's not by doing business, practicing a profession that make them rich, but they become rich by charging gullible people on how to be rich. The Bible says, "By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words" 2 Peters 2:3. So our modern preachers and motivational speakers are exploiting many people today.

This is satanic system many preachers are using today, and so many ignorant Christians are falling as their prey. Yes, most of them are university graduates, but they were not as rich or even successful before they got into ministry and began to make so much money and became millionaires without much stress. That is the reason I laugh when they talk about success, they are only successful because they capitalize on people's ignorance, successfully making money from people simply by preaching to them, selling their CDs, books, etc. on how to be successful.

If most of them were to remain in their careers, professions or businesses, will they ever become so rich as they are today? NO! They give testimonies on how they were so poor before and total failure, but now they boast of millions, live luxurious lifestyles, how did it happen or how did God do it for them? It happens by collecting or receiving offering from people on how to be rich.

That is the reason starting "church" is the most lucrative business today, that is the reason they preach and pray more on prosperity and earthly blessings, because that is how they become rich; that is also the reason they don't give anything free of charge in their ministry, they charge people for seminars, they charge for Bible training, they charge high school fees, they sell their books and CDs by force, they preach and pray sweet things and blessings that would bring out money from people's pockets.

How would they make money by warning people about the danger of hell, by preaching against sin and worldliness, by preaching about restitution, holiness, rapture? That is the reason they seldom preaching on heavenly things because they are business men in ministry. It sounds to funny to me when some people oppose me and say, "Don't speak against men of God", these are businessmen not men of God. Anyone who makes money and become rich in the name of preaching or prophesying is a businessman not man of God.

1 Timothy 6:5, "useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself"

Bible is warning you to withdraw from money making preachers, to withdraw from those who are preaching to you and praying for you to get riches in a smart, stress-free way, such way lead to perdition.

The Bible is also warning you to withdraw from churches where they preach and pray on how to make wealth than how to make heaven, you are warned today to withdraw from preachers who repeatedly tell you how your name will enter Forbes' list of billionaires than how your name will enter the Book of life.

The riches and wealth of this life you are running after today, making you not to have time for God, making you to ignore God and sin against Him in the name of getting riches, all will become useless after the rapture or when you die, and then you will face the eternal judgment, unfortunately your millionaire pastor will not be there for you then. And you will not say someone did not warn you, even though you think I'm judging now, but then you will face the real judgment.

"For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?" Matthew 16:26.

THE MYSTERIES OF PRAYER REVEALED
I want to share with you from a testimony of someone who was saved, someone who had been serving the devil. And when that man gave his testimony, it so challenged me, I did not want to believe it. I had to go ten days before the Lord in fasting, asking Him, "Lord, is this true?" And it was at that time the Lord began to teach me what happens in the spiritual realm when we pray.

This man was born after his parents dedicated themselves to lucifer. When he was still in the womb, they made so many rituals dedicating him to serve lucifer. When he was four years old, he began to exercise his spiritual power. And his parents began fearing him. When he was six years, his father surrendered him to the witches to go and be trained. And by ten years, he was doing great things in the kingdom of the devil. He was feared by the normal witches.

He was still a young boy, but he was so terrible in the things he did. He grew up to be a young man in his twenties with so much bloodshed on his hands. Killed at will. He had the ability to go out of his body through transcendental meditation. And he could levitate. Sometimes his body would lift off the ground and stay in the air. And sometimes he could go into a trance, and come out of his body; his body would remain behind, and he would go out into the world, this is called astro-travelling. And this guy was used by satan to destroy so many churches, to break down so many churches and to destroy so many pastors.

One night, I (John Mulinde) went to a dinner. The sole reason I went is that someone told me about this young man, and I was so curious to see him, and see if his story was true. So I sat at that dinner and in the evening, this man was given the chance to give his testimony. He talked about so many things. Sometimes he cried because of the things he did. As he finished, he made an appeal.

There were many pastors in that room. And he said, "I appeal to you, pastors. Please teach the people how to pray." The people who don't pray, can be taken in anything, in anything by the devil, and there are ways that the enemy exploits their lives and their prayers. The enemy knows even how to exploit their prayers of those people who don't know how to pray. "Teach the people how to use the spiritual armor that God provides."

Then he shared how he lead expositions into the air. He would go with other satanic agents and lots of demon spirits into the air. It was like a shift, you've got to go and work your shift. So regularly he had a time he had to go and wage war in the heavenlies. And he said that in the heavenlies, in the spiritual realm, if the land is covered under the blanket of darkness, that blanket is so thick, it is like a rock. And it covers the whole area. And these spirits are able to go on top of this as well as below this blanket. And from that level, they influence the events on earth.

When the evil spirits and human satanic agents leave their shifts, they go down on earth at the points of covenant, even waters or on the land at the points of covenant for refreshing of their spirit. And how do they refresh their spirit? By the sacrifices that people give at these altars. They could be sacrifices in open witchcraft, sacrifices in bloodshed of all types including abortion, including warfare and human sacrifices and animal sacrifices. They could be sacrifices of sexual immorality where people go into sexual perversions and all kinds of promiscuity. And that act services the strength of these powers. And many are the different types of sacrifices.

THREE FORMS OF PRAYERS
He said that when satanic agents are up in the heavenly realm, and the Christians begin to pray on earth, the prayers of the Christians appear to them in three forms. All prayers appear like smoke that is rising up into the heavens.

Some prayers appear like smoke, and it goes drifting along and disappear in the air. These prayers come from people who have sin in their lives and they are not willing to deal with it. Their prayers are so weak, they are blown away and disappear in the air.

The other type of prayer is also like smoke that rises up until it reaches this rock, but it does not break through the rock. These are usually people who try to purify themselves, but they lack the faith in what they are doing as they pray. They usually ignore the other important aspects that are needed when someone prays.
The third type of prayer is like smoke that is filled with fire. As it rises up, it is so hot that when it reaches the rock, the rock begins to melt like wax. It pierces the rock and goes through.

Many times, as people begin to pray, their prayers look like the first type, but as they continue praying, their prayers change and become like the second prayer. And as they continue praying, suddenly it ignites into fire. And their prayers become so powerful, they pierce through the rock.

Many times evil agents would notice that prayers were changing and coming very close to the state of fire, then these agents would communicate to other spirits on earth and they tell them, "Distract that person from prayer. Stop them praying. Pull them out."

Many times Christians yield to these distractions. They are pressing through, they are repenting, they are allowing the Word to check their spirit up, Faith has been building up. Their prayers are becoming more focused. Then the devil sees their prayers are gaining strength and the distractions begin. Telephones ring. Sometimes we, in the middle of very, very intense prayer, the telephone rings and you think you can go to answer the phone and then come back and continue praying. When you come back, you go back to the beginning. And that's what the devil wants.

Other kinds of distractions come your way, even if it means touching your body and bringing some pain somewhere. Even if it means making you hungry and you want to go to the kitchen and fix something to eat. As long as they can get you out of that place, they have defeated you. And he will say to the pastors, "Teach people. Set aside some time. Not for just some casual kind of praying. They can do that the rest of the day. Once in a day, they should have a time when they are focusing wholeheartedly on God, nothing distracting them.

And if people persist in this kind of prayer and allow themselves to be inspired in the spirit and keep going and keep going, something happens in the spirit. The fire touches that rock, and it melts. And this man said, when the melting begins, it is so hot, no demon spirit can stand it. No human spirit can stand it. They all flee. UNDERSTANDING!
Prayer is very important in Christian life, but much as prayer is essential, praying without purity of genuine salvation is a waste of time. The Bible says, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand." Ephesians 6:12-13.

To overcome the powers of darkness, what you need first is not prayer or fasting, it is not special prayer of special men of God, it is not anointing oil, but genuine salvation and purity of life. Prayer without salvation of soul and purity of life is a waste of time, it cannot pass the stronghold of darkness.

Salvation of soul and sanctification of life strengthen prayer and the person who prays. Let your prayer centers more on your spiritual growth and making heaven, because the primary reason Satan is your enemy is because he doesn't want you to make heaven. Satan can allow you to get wealth, riches and everything of this life, but he doesn't want you to get eternal life. It's a grave ignorance with many Christians, pastors and churches of today whose prayers center mostly on earthly blessings and problems. But you must be wise to war against every force that wars against your onward journey to heaven.

Make it a must to pray every day and read your Bible. You can start by separating 30 minutes for prayer daily and read 2 chapters of Bible, and then you grow from there. Do Praise & Worship for the first , spend time to pray on your spiritual life, and the remaining for others needs and people.

HOW TO BE SAVED AND START A NEW LIFE IN JESUS!
Dear reader, it’s by God’s mercy to exist to this time, Satan’s plan for us is to die in sin and doom forever in hell fire. Without genuine salvation, there is no way we can escape the judgment of God, so count it as a great privilege to have this opportunity, and so you need to make the best use of it for your salvation and new life in Jesus.

How can you have genuine salvation that will guarantee eternal life with Jesus and grant you the grace to overcome sin, Satan and self? Please follow the following steps:

No Excuse, but admit it.
If truly you need God’s mercy to pardon your sins and give you grace to overcome them, then you need to face it by yourself and acknowledge your sin. Don’t excuse sin because everybody is doing it - in your church (even your pastors, parents or partners), in your family, in your place of work, etc. Don’t says, “Does that means everybody doing it will go to hell fire?” Yes, everybody can go to hell and God will still be righteous. Jesus said instead of you to be thinking how many will be saved, YOU strife to be saved NOW. Don’t excuse sin because of its popularity, it’s in person - you, face it. And sin is sin, either small or great, there is no difference, you just be sincere and confess it.

Psalm 51:3
For I acknowledge my transgressions,
And my sin is always before me.
4 Against You, You only, have I sinned,
And done this evil in Your sight

Make a Genuine Confession
Do you wonder why you’ve made several confessions of your sins and yet you still have guilt of those sins, you still go back into such sins, and your salvation is not certain or you find yourself going back into your sins? It’s simple: you didn’t make genuine confession. Genuine confession is not just using the name of Jesus, not answering alter call and so on. Take the next 2 steps that lead you to genuine salvation in Jesus Christ:

First Repent before You confess.
There are many fake confessions, but if you sincerely want to make acceptable confession, you must first repent. No need for you to confess if there is no repentance in you. Repentance is thoughtful realization of your sins and determination to forsake them. If you confess without readiness to forsake the sins you confess, you are simply wasting your time, and the sins will soon get you down. To repent is not to be sorry for your sins, if you are sorry without readiness to forsake all, you will have a sorry case and that is not a genuine salvation. Humble yourself before God now and surrender all.

Proverbs 28:13 He who covers his sins will not prosper,
But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.

Pray It All
Now all you need to do is to go before in prayer as you confess your sins and ask God to forgive you through His Son Jesus Christ. Tell Him you are sorry for how you have lived and all you have done, ask Him to cleanse you by the Blood of Jesus and give you a new heart and a new spirit. He will do it as He has promised in His Word saying, “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:8-9.

Now is the time for your salvation! Do not delay further, do it now, don’t allow Satan to distract or delay you, because another chance may not come. You can pray the prayer for the next 5 to 10 minutes.

Have you prayed the prayer for your salvation? Then let me pray with you:
“Lord Jesus, thank You for dying for our sins, thank You for coming to seek us and counting us worthy to be saved. You promised that if we come to You, You will not cast us away; that if we admit and confess our sins, no mater how many and how terrible, You will forgive and cleanse us. So I pray for this beloved, as s/he has repented, confessed and asked for Your forgiveness, save her/him and give her/him a new nature of Yours to live for You from today. Thank You Lord because You have answered, for we prayed in Jesus name. Amen.”

Now You Are saved!
Now, you are saved, you are born again with a new life by Jesus Christ. You need to start the new life guided by God’s Word. You have to disassociate and detach yourself from old lifestyle; old things that are not according to God’s Word and friendship that can pull you back to old life in sin. The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” You can’t continue in your old lifestyle anymore, you are now a genuine, heaven recognized child of God and your life must be guided by His Word. You need to be reading Bible every day and praying about your new life. You should be reading at least 2 chapters of Bible everyday and take time to pray for your spiritual growth and daily strength; you can start from Matthew chapter 1. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you understanding before you read and pray after you finish reading. Pray for God’s grace and Spirit to live daily according to His word and to overcome every temptation on your way, and be watchful every time at every situation in your new life in Jesus!

As you have now started a new life in Christ Jesus, heaven is rejoicing over you as your name is written in the Book of Life. Look only unto Jesus, not any man or any pastor. There are many false teachings everywhere because we are in end time, so let the Bible be your supreme guide!

WHAT ABOUT YOU?
Jude 3, "..... found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints."

Do you know the Bible instructs and exhort believers, especially in this end time, to contend for the faith? And if you would ask me, what does it means to contend? To contend, based on Google online dictionary, is to insist, assert, argue or affirm. This meaning of "contend" is applicable in Christian living and in the work of ministry in this end time.

When there are different versions of faith - modern faith, modern parish or American civilized faith, we must insist on the right one. And which one is the right type of faith? Every faith, every preacher, every church claims their mode of faith or teaching or doctrine or system is the right one, but do you know how to know the right faith in this end time? So simple, right faith is original faith, the unchanging faith which was "ONCE for all delivered to the saints." Jude 3.

The right faith is the original, old and unchanging faith, which was once delivered to the saints from the Bible.

And if you don't want to miss it as a Christian in your journey to heaven, if you don't want to miss it as a minister of the gospel in the work of God, you must insist, assert, affirm on the original faith which was once delivered to the saints in the Bible.

Many pastors, bishops, apostles and prophets these days are claiming new models of faith which are being delivered to them; some say a new mandate of ministry, some say new model of church system, some claim new methods and messages, some say new prophetic ministry; all these people still quote Bible, they still speak in tongues, they even perform miracles, but the word of God is exhorting you never to connect with them, as long they are different from the old time faith of the Bible.

The Bible says, "the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints." you know what it means, it means everything about faith, Christian living and ministry has been delivered once to saints as written in the Bible, anything different or latest is fake and from Satan.

Those who claim mandate of prosperity more than purity of life are fake inspired by Satan. Those who claim ministry of deliverance from witches and wizards more than deliverance from sins are not from God. Those who claim your faith is in your heart and is not affected by outward worldliness in dressing or living are fake deceived by end time heresy. Those who claim once saved is always saved are holding fake type of faith. Those who claim restitution is not a must in Christian faith are fake ministers, those who claim you must redeem your first child with money are fake ministers, those who care for this world more than coming of Christ are fake.

And when it comes to the work of ministry, any doctrine, system of fund raising or administrative system different from the one delivered to the saints in the Bible is fake.

This morning when I was praying and communicating with God on how it would be difficult for me to connect with modern ministers with the type of faith I'm holding, and how several ministers on Facebook are disconnecting from me because they found my preaching too hard or harsh, the Lord spoke to me and said, "I called you to contend for faith on Facebook and everywhere and not to connect with multitude"

So I'm here, anywhere I find myself, not to connect with churches or ministers and make more ministerial or church connections for my ministry or programs, I'm here not to make more fans, friends, fortune or followers but I'm here to contend for old time faith which was once delivered to the saints. I'm here to insist on the old faith and not to impress, I'm here to affirm on old narrow path, not to align with modern ministers, I'm here to contend that old faith and not to compromise with the modern gospel.

The old time faith is so strange to this modern world that many "so called" devoted Christians saw it strange when we preached that high heel shoes, painting lips, makeups or ministers of God living luxurious lifestyles are worldliness.

So, I'm not here to connect with worldly view of popular Christian faith of today, I'm not here to be accepted by popular ministers, I'm not here to compromise in the name of doing God's work together, I don't care how this perishing world feel about my old time faith or how the misled modern ministers and popular penti-rascal Christians feel about my messages, I'm only here to contend for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. What about you?

THE RE-APPOINTMENT OF DISAPPOINTMENT OF LIFE
“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28.

I was in several relationships before I eventually met my wife, some of these relationship ended up in disappointment, but at the end God turned the disappointment into re-appointment. The same thing has happened in other aspects of my life, terrible disappointments which eventually turned to be a blessing and better re-appointment. That exactly the promises of God for us His children, He said that all things work together for our good, including those disappointments that come your way now, God is working on them to make them re-appointments of blessings.

As long we love the Lord, we need not to be so disturbed by any disappointments that come our way. Yes some disappointments are so painful and unexpectedly that shake us, but when we have it at the back of our mind that God is at work, working to bring good and better thing out of the terrible situations we face, we will not be so disturbed or weakened.

Whichever or wherever disappointment that comes our way, while Satan and his agents are busy working disappointment on our ways, while human beings are busy working disappointments on our way, God is laughing at them, working something good and better for us behind. And so behind every disappointment along the way of every child of God is a better re-appointment from God. Take note from today.

Too bad?
Sometimes we wonder why would God allow situation to get too bad before He would intervene, we even think our situation might have gone too bad that no testimony can sweetably come out from it. But the truth is that no matter how worst our situation is or we think it is, God can always work wonder from the worst situation. When we are so worried that we think God cannot work wonder from our worst situation, it only means our faith is weak, not our God.

You Have Got To Answer This Question
“He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?” Romans 8:32. The question from this Bible passage is, if God could bring wonderful things from the most terrible thing that ever happened in the history of the world – the condemnation of the only ever sinless Man on earth and His dead on the cross, then how will He not bring good things from your worst situation as His child?

As long we love God with all our heart, He will always make EVERYTHING to work together for our good. But Satan will want to discourage us to deny or delete our love for God because of hard situation we are passing through, he will want to paint God as wicked as if God does not care for us or our situation has gone beyond repair, whereas he knows God is working some things great for us. Beloved, don’t be deceived by Satan. God is working everything for your good. No matter the situation, you should always have it at the back of your mind, that as long you still love God with all your heart, He will never work against you, but for your good, He will never disappoint you and He will always make all things to work together for your good, including the efforts of your enemies, when they think they are working against you, God forces them to work together for your good.

Too Late?
What you need to know when your expected blessing gets too late is that God wants to make it the latest, so don’t settle for the less and don't lose your long-time relationship with God.

What Of My Mistakes, Sins And Errors Of The Past?
This is one of the mysteries and multiple wonders in Christianity, that God makes our past mistake, sinful lifestyle and errors to work together for good of our present live in Jesus Christ. Here is the word of God, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28. All the wrongs choices of your past, the sinful and wasteful lifestyle of your past, even the loss of your past God miraculously use them to work together for your good in your new life in Jesus Christ.

So you can see that all we need to do is to love God in Christ and remain in the Love of God, in living to please and serve Him, because when we love God, we have nothing to lose, when we love God with all our heart, we will not loss together with this world, but everything will work together for our good.

God led me today to speak comfort to His children, and as long you are a child of God, totally surrendered to His word and will, and you are having sorrow or situation of hardship, I pray everything should begin to work together for your good in JESUS NAME. Amen

THE BIBLICAL PURPOSES OF ATTENDING CHURCH
I called a Christian sister some time ago, after asking her the church she still attends, I asked her to stop going to the church, that it would be better for her to stay at home and fellowship at home till God leads her to the right church than going to such church she mentioned, because the church is more of a spiritual mortuary than a Sanctuary.

Attending church is causing havoc to many lives today, spiritually, physically and martially. But before I share about the problems caused by attending church, let’s share about the biblical purpose of church or attending church.

The Book of Hebrews 10:24-25 explain the purpose of church or benefits, blessing and purposes of attending church. “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”

Why do we have church and why must a child of God attend church, here are the reasons:

1, TO STIR UP LOVE IN BELIEVERS. “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love” Hebrews 10:24. The first purpose of why God wants us to attend church and fellowship is for love, to stir up love in us towards God and one another.

If you, as a child of God, are attending a church and the church does not stir you up to love God more and more, if your love for God is stand still, if your desire to be more like Jesus Christ is not growing, if your love for God’s work is not going fervent by the stirring up of that church, then you are in a wrong church. Many churches out there are stirring up people to be financially rich, to be prospered, to love the world and the cares of this world, but not to love God and hate sin. If you are in such church, you are among the living death people.

To stir up love also means to love one another; in fact love for one another in purity is the evidence of a genuine church. 1 John 4:4-7. Any church which does not have practical love towards one another is a dead church.

I was once a member of a popular holiness church here in Nigeria, while they simply and seriously preach salvation, sanctification and holiness, they lack simple practical love among one another, they could preach love plainly, but hardly practice it, so many become personification of hypocrisy. Love involve sharing, like the early church with apostles, love involve caring, praying and helping one another, but when this is lacking, such church will lack behind in the Spirit, no matter the popularity or shouting they make, such a such will not be able to impact their generation or turn the world to Christ, because they are empty barren.

That is the reason I can categorically say we don’t have a popular Bible church yet in this generation, that is the reason I tell people I don't know any genuine Bible church among the popular churches of today. A church with members of 1 million has the capacity to transform a nation of 200 million populations if the church is really genuine church of holiness, love and prayer. But where we have a church of more than 2 million members nationwide and the nation remains in darkness, corruption and ungodliness, it means something is wrong the church, it means the church lacks genuine purity and power of God, and it means the church is also part of the darkness, because it is not possible for 2 million light not to lighten 200 million darkness.

This is the reason you see all these popular churches including those we claim holiness and purity, all of them are busy building multi-billion dollar auditoriums, church buildings, and expensive private schools, it is because Satan has already distracted them from reality, because somethings are wrong with them, such church can never transform their members let alone the nation. They can continue to claim prosperity, but they are spiritually poor, they can continue to claim holiness, but they are hypocrite.

A church can persistently preach holiness and purity, but lack the practical aspect of it

A church can never experience revival without genuine love for one another, no matter how much they pray and desire revival. Purity without love is a pure hypocrisy because purity in a real sense means pure love. James 1:27

2, TO STIR UP GOOD WORKS IN BELIEVERS. Hebrews 10:24, “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works.”

The purpose of going to church is to be stirred up in good works. Many churches specialize in stirring up people’s faith, but without good works such faith is dead. James 2:26. Good works involve works of righteousness, works of evangelism and works of caring and sharing among people. A church may stir you up into giving, into believing miracle, into prayer, into sowing, but if they don’t stir you up into righteous and godly work, you are in mortuary, not sanctuary.

3, TO PREPARE BELIEVERS FOR THE DAY OF THE LORD. Hebrews 10:25, “ not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”

The Day of the Lord is fast approaching – the Day of reckoning and the Day of rapture, and the purpose of the church are to consistently remind and exhort one another to be prepared. But if the church you attend does not prepare you for this Day, but prepare you mostly for dancing, deliverance or discovering secrets to success and prosperity in life, then you are in a Laodicean church. Revelations 3:14-18.

Any church that focuses more on earthly things than heaven things and preparation for the day of the Lord is a satanic church.

So the purpose of attending church is not just to fulfil all righteousness or because you are a Christian and you must be attached to a church, but the purposes are for love, good works and preparation for the Day of the Lord. Hebrews 10:24, 25. Are these purposes being fulfilled in your life since you have been going to church? If not, it is either you are in a wrong church or you are making wrong choices.

This year, as we are more approaching the end, rededicate your life to Jesus Christ, let God lead to a right church, even if it is not a popular church, and make the right choices of love, good works and daily preparation for the Day of the Lord. You must prayerfully wait till God leads you to the right church.

CHURCH'S PRIVATE SCHOOLS
Any church's private school from Primary school to University, that is more expensive than Government's schools is not God's project, not ordained by God, it's a distracted carnal project. A church is not supposed to make financial profit from a project but make impart.

Missionaries brought education to Africa, not Colonial Governments, and it was free of charge.

And sometimes, it sound funny to me when some individuals come here to defend church's expensive school fees, that they are not making profit but only use the fees to pay salaries of teachers and other necessary things, and I ask myself, "Why is it that other schools including universities owned by non-church organizations or even non-Christian individuals are making profits even after paying bank's loans, and they are collecting the same school fees churches are collecting, some even lower?" Whereas most churches didn't borrow money to build, they get donations from church members, they use church's land and cheaper labor to build.

Are many Christians so blindfolded with religion that they shy away from facing the truth? How can you blame your state government for not giving free education when your church doesn't care about it even after collecting money from you?

Churches are causing more havoc in Africa than political parties, we have pastors in Africa richer than politicians, than American pastors.

When a church cannot run a free or very affordable school, it's an indication that it's not God's will, plan or time for such church to go into school project, it is not a must for a church to have private school if not for reason of competitions. Any church project that involve making financial profit is not biblical.

THE SECRET OF SUPER-RICH PASTORS
This generation is witnessing highest numbers of multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires among the ministers of God than ever before. Since the beginning of Christianity from Jesus Christ to the Apostles to our contemporary men of God such as John Wesley, Martin Luther, D l Moody, etc. there have never been this type of super-rich, luxurious and extravagant ministers of the gospel as we have now.

How did they get their riches? For example, Nigeria has more rich ministers of God in the world among the top 10 richest ministers, whereas Nigeria has one of the highest numbers of people living below poverty level in the world, and one of corrupt countries in the top 10 most corrupt countries.

From America to Africa to Asia we see super rich ministers, how did they get their riches? Does God send angels to bring cash for them from heaven? NO. Were they such super rich before they started the ministry? NO! They claim they are living above world economy, and that their financial sources can never dry. And many wonder, where are they getting their multiple finance that make them super rich, even richer than the people they pastor and even than the corrupt politicians? How do they manage to live such luxurious and extravagant lifestyle which our state governors can’t afford?

The secret of their riches in the Bible, it is a foretold warning of the secret of these super-rich ministers. Read it in the Book of 2 Peter 2:3, “By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.”

Their Secret Code: DC
The secret of all our super-rich gospel ministers all over the world is deceptive words – deceiving their followers with deceptive words and their followers in return donate their wealth.

How could they successfully gather wealth from several thousands of their followers and become super-rich, are their followers such gullible? NO, their followers are not gullible but covetous. On the part of the rich ministers are deceptive words, according to the Bible, and on the part of the followers is covetousness. The Bible says, by covetousness these so called ministers of God will exploit you. You know what it means? These so called ministers of gospel have deceptive words and their followers have covetous heart, now when deceptive words meets covetous heart, there will always be exploitation. It is a simple chemistry – when deceptive words meet a covetous heart there will be exploitation, and that is exactly what the Bible says. 2 Peter 2:3.

The multi-millionaire preachers in America, in Africa, in Europe, in Asia are successfully exploiting their followers with their deceptive words because those Christian followers have covetous hearts. Here is how it happens:

The super-rich preachers use deceptive words of prophetic declaration of products without productivity, and their followers give them prophetic offering. Now, how can there be products without productivity, simply by raising up your hands or by giving all the money in your account to the prophet? It is because the followers are covetous; they want the products in a cheap way without productivity.

The super-rich preachers preach prosperity of God without purity of life to please God. When the Bible says we should seek first the kingdom of God and its righteous living, the super-rich preachers ignore purity, holiness of life and preach prosperity. The followers follow because they are covetous of a cheap, sweet gospel.

The prosperity preachers preach peace of God without pleasing God. They preach crown without cross, they preach faith without faithfulness, they preach resting in the Lord without restitution, they preach forgiveness of God without forsaking sins, they preach confession without repentance, they preach wonders of God without watchfulness in Him, they preach second touch of God’s supernatural blessing without preaching the second coming of Jesus; they preach open heaven of God’s blessing without the open heaven of God’s judgment.

These super-rich pastors promise heaven abounding for their followers without holiness of life, whereas it is written clearly in the Bible that without holiness no man shall see the Lord, Heb. 12:14, it is because the followers have covetous hearts for sweat free gospel.

They deceive you with deceptive words for your cheap money because you have covetous heart for cheap gospel, for broad road.

WHO HAS MADE WHO RICH?
I heard someone talking of his bishop, he said in around 1985, God told the bishop in America that, “My son, go to Nigeria and deliver my people from poverty and make them rich.” But 30 years after, the bishop who had little and maybe one or two cars then, is now the richest pastor in Africa, he now has privates jets and many things, and Nigeria whom he came to deliver from poverty is getting poorer, more unemployment, more poverty, lack of primary health-care, more crimes, and education is more expensive, even his own private university is more expensive that most pastors in his church cannot afford to send their children to the school except they steal from offerings.

Now who has made who rich? Is it the bishop who has made Nigeria rich or covetous Nigerian followers who have made the bishop rich? The Bible says by covetousness these so called ministers of God will exploit you. 2 Peter 2:3

I was in a church some years ago and the pastor announced that their daddy G.O was coming to Abuja for special Holy Ghost service and anyone who wanted to see daddy G.O in a special meeting should collect invitation card of N15000. The same daddy G.O who told his followers that they should redeem their firstborn children with money to avoid firstborn curse. These are the same super-rich ministers who collect first fruit offerings, prophetic offering into their personal accounts. They exploit you with deceptive words because you too have a covetous heart.

The Bible says the judgment of God is coming of all these super-rich, luxurious, prosperity preachers, and motivational speakers. “for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.” 2 Peter 2:3

All the prosperity preachers, super-rich pastors, motivational speakers are working for Satan and the judgment of God is waiting for them, including those who follow them and donate for their false ministries.

“But these, like natural brute beasts made to be caught and destroyed, speak evil of the things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption, 13 and will receive the wages of unrighteousness, as those who count it pleasure to carouse in the daytime.

They are spots and blemishes, carousing in their own deceptions while they feast with you, 14 having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin, enticing unstable souls. They have a heart trained in covetous practices,and are accursed children. 15 They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness.” 2 Peter 2:12-15.

Do not be among the deceived; do not wait till after rapture before you realize you are being deceived. Desire genuine salvation and choose the narrow path that leads to heaven.

I went out on Sunday afternoon and I saw women coming from church with another madness fashion style of exposing shoulder or back. This is another worldly style from the pit of hell, but a godly woman does not follow senseless fashion of the world.

And so the Lord calls my attention to warn Christian sisters not to be part of this worldly style or any other style which is not in accordance to godliness and virtues.
