TERRIFIC! I'm so glad u hate the old bond movies that's why I hate skyfall cos they strayed away from this new cold baastard like bond and made him look like a roger moore james bond. If u think I'm wrong then watch octopussy and skyfall back to back. U wud see what I'm talking about and as for the new Q one word describes him ew!besides its a new type of bond Q and moneypenny weren't necessary director just put them on as some desperate attempt to win fans over And skyfall didn't "revive" the james bond franchise, casino royale did remember?

Well I think skyfall was an okay movie not as good as the other two but it is a fair 4/10 kind of movie its just okay. However I came accross this link on twitter about a guy who claims this was actually the original plot for skyfall which was going to be called "carte blanch" I read it and I'm thinking this would have made a better skyfall don't you think?:PS any insults to be hurled at me should be directed at at 33117 thank u




In Istanbul, MI6 agents James Bond and ronson chase a mercenary, Patrice who is possession of a stolen MI6 incendiary explosive. In the aftermath of the operation, M, the head of MI6,in a public hearing is demoted by the prime minister ordering for a fresh transition and appointing Gareth Mallory, the Intelligence and Security Committee Chairman. A boy is seen running across a large field terrified by a person running after him and he crashes into a mine where he is choking on dried broken cement bond awakes from this nightmare in a hospital at the english embassy at istanbul. bond is mysteriously traumatized and when he fails a series of physical and psychological examinations bond tenders a resignation mail to london M is however considering to grant the request but mallory briefs M that the terrorist attack in istanbul was a distraction for an anonymous network to hack into MI6 servers and download a list of all the MI6 high ranking agents including james bond and hinted to the fact that if bond is captured and tortured that the information bond would let them part with will be detrimental to MI6 so instead bond is sent to a forest house in london where he is introduced to Q and beautiful but dangerous and extremely clever severine(008) who are working on tracing the mysterious signals that had hacked into MI6 servers in the mean time bonds restlessness is soothed by severine. Who provoked him into local casino fights and fast car chases defensively saying it was her own physical evaluation and that bond passed(amusingly)the signals bounces around and takes them to an apartment at york london ,bond is pulled out of the operation when he is asked to accompany M to an emergency security meeting with section chief of station H this bond reluctantly the meeting is scheduled quite unannounced and so M is rushed on some psychological composure and contents of the meeting. Via phone by eve from mallories office bond is being taunted with visions of the child from earlier experiencing a rather abusive father and further abusive treatment at an orphanage, bonds dream is however terminated by eve from mallorys office who is to evaluate and restructure bond via phone bond compels eve to stay longer on the phone saying"work is over now let's chat" and eve cooperated in having a rather amusingly flirtatious conversation with bond till bond sleeps again. In york,008 and several MI5 tactics agent infiltrate the house at york they exchange fire and killed its residents but could only rescue a laptop when the place is demolished by an automated wrecking ball
Q runs an analysis on the laptop and traces a conversation with someone at hong kong Q fears the worst and deploys a convoy to escort M to a secure location and bond was to walk with Q to track the signals. Soon bond is linked to an assassin who is supposed to kill a malaysian ambassador.bond violently confronts and kills the assassin but is drugged by an accomplice and returned to his hotel room at the same time M's convoy is attacked by a US drone and M is abducted and news about M's abduction is spread all over the media indicating a breach in MI6 security and an utter disgrace to british security history.bond is approached in his hotel room by a mysterious man who introduces himself as raoul silva and invites bond to his island off the coast of Macau which had been donated to his brotherhood by an unnamed government as payment for causing dysfunction to a russian military satellite.silva unveils himself to M on the same island revealing that he was a former MI6 officer who had previously worked under M, Silva has turned to terrorism for hire and was now developing cyber weapons for sale, and personally orchestrating the attacks on MI6. Silva tortures M and when bond is brought into the room silva tests bonds loyalty by handing him a gun and asking him to shoot M bond does so however the gun is not loaded and silva in good faith gives bond a hard drive containing all the information he had swiped from the MI6 servers , bond however secretly sends a distress signal to MI6 and is confronted by silva's men whom he kills secretly before help arrived however silvas brotherhood men including their intelligent techno terrorists which silva jokingly referred to as diamonds in the rough, abandon the island along with all their computers and equipment however silva is left behind and captured by british soldiers. Bond returns a hero but M however succumbs to her torture wounds and dies. When Q attempts to access silva's computer to find the remainder of his brotherhood, silva's computer hi jacks MI6 automated devices control and opens all the security doors bond and other agents run to block silva from escaping from his cell of course silva was not very interested in escaping and mallory orders bond to talk to silva since they sort of had a connection and that maybe they could be lucky enough to locate the members of his cell. Bond and silva chat at length and very soon silva influences bond to become quite paranoid of MI6 stating that he was sold to the chinese military by M because she wanted to save her political career however bond's paranoia heightens when mallory disconnects silvas cell microphone and just as bond is about to confront mallory, mallory receives a message saying that a british battleship encoder replica was in their possession and they threatened to tamper with this encoder and mislead the ship to enemy quarters unless mallory releases silva.mallory is given an hour ultimatum to respond to their request. At first Q traces the message to a barn in scotland then bond,severine and several MI5 tactical. Team are deployed to this location they engage a few cell members but find and apprehend only one of the techno terrorists distorted that the threat was still valid, mallory instructs a dispatch unit to deliver silva to his brotherhood, bond is not happy with this and he takes advantage of the less security upon the brotherhood instruction and with help from Q disrupting mallory a bit bond holds silvas man hostage asking him to lead bond to the encoder while silva is returned to his cell but bond's plan is foiled when silva kills the MI6 driver in charge and tries to kill the brotherhood person at the drop off. The brotherhood man and bond drive off with silva on their tail bond learns that the brotherhood had been disappointed with how silva had put their men at risk by his vendetta on MI6 and the exchange was so they could kill silva and tie that lose end silva kills the brotherhood escort and moves to kill bond but bond repels his attack and kills him instead.mallory is furious with bond and has him locked up for silva's death and when the threat of the encoder was over, they moved forward to interrogate the apprehended techno terrorist that identified the silva's brotherhood as SMERSH he released information of how the computer analysts on the island are deployed around and told them exactly where to find them including patrice who currently was recruiting and training rebel forces in angola he however disclosed SMERSH's latest operation to assist angolan corrupt government in selling their oil rights by dismantling angolan oil pipes and blaming it on the rebels. Angola was enemy territory definitely so mallory instructed 008 to take part in a secret ploy to assassinate patrice in angola severine tried to bargain to bring bond in but mallory paid no attention to her saying 0012 would be briefed by eve and would join her in angola. Bond hears about M will and received an british bulldog figurine from M,bond also gets a bit sentimental about her death when he sees the accolade and praise M had bestowed on him in an obituary draft when they feared bond would die in istanbul, severine and bond negotiate with some local but tactical angolan assents to infiltrate a hotel where patrice was accommodated and protected courtesy of the angolan government so much as to evacuate the premise of its residents bond and his team infiltrate the hotel and engage in a gun battle with the security forces severine is injured and bond's men and killed but bond uses demolition tactics to take out patrices security and when he is confronted by patrice he manages to throw him in a lake killing him.severine is inadvertently taken to a hospital where she passes out into a coma bond is withdrawn by british service agents painfully abandoning severine to the angolan security agents.
Due to financial constraints and pressure from the parliamentary mallory is forced to shut down the 00 section deploying the field agents to MI5 and SIS quarters as damage control bond is offered a job to train SIS field agents but the conflict between mallory and causes bond to decline. Bond finishes his shrink session with eve who introduces herself as eve"voice"money penny, she encourages bond to go back in time and confront his past and accept it to find peace and solace.bond is seen in an aston martin DB5 driving deep into the heart of scotland into a wide expanse of land called "skyfall" bond's late parents estate he walks through the house while recalling harsh memories about his parents conflict and the comfort he found in his fathers games keeper kincade, indicating that the boy from his dreams was bond as a child and skyfall reminds him of his greatest fear of walking in his fathers shadow and becoming like his father someday a memory which shape ned his entire life causes his disinterest in family, leadership and instead self sacrifice and a blunt sense of discipline and order.bond is seen at a grave yard with three tombs one reads adam bond(father), carla bond(mother),brian kincade(gameskeeper) and next to it bond places M's bulldog figurine he opens a bottle of vodka where he toasts out "cheers
