Like is said, it is more safe to assume that after Alimi help Afonja in defeating Alaafin, Afonja gave him more freedom to do as he wills in ilorin. The main aim of Alimi was to introduce Islam to the pagan people of ilorin, and his aim was not to be king over anybody. President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday stood for 69 minutes (from 2.22pm to 3.31pm) to deliver his budget speech of over 6000 words to the joint session of the National Assembly.

Clad in light blue brocade, President Buhari entered the chamber at 2.02pm, accompanied by the Deputy Speaker Yussuff Lasun, the Senate Leader Ahmad Lawan, House leader Femi Gbajabiamila, among others

Buhari spoke extensively on the implementation of 2017 budget and the thrust of the 2018 proposal.

The PDP lawmakers had designed placards with various inscriptions such as ‘Change The Change,’ ‘Implement 2017 Budget or Resign,’ ‘10% Implementation of Capital Projects is Wickedness.’
Our correspondent reports that after the closed session, some of the PDP members met at a separate venue, where they resolved to go ahead with the protest.

Implementation is your problem then instead of non inclusion. I doubt he would mention everything by name. Things like rehabbing strategic roads isn't big deal compared to brand new stuff. He still plans on borrowing money for Lagos-Kano rail and Lagos-Calabar.

As far as the fraudulent federal character is concerned, the focus is on the key positions not some that do not have portfolios.
The president
Vice president
Senate president
Speaker HoR
Attorney General of the federation
SGF
INEC boss
Service chiefs etc
These are the positions we are talking about and not irrelevant, portfolio less, infinitesimal appointments.
