I don't understand the Nigerian government. Is Bruce not part of the government He should tell us what bills he has proposed to help the economy or better still, he should tell us one solid bill that they have passed that Buhari refused to sign.

The anti-graft bill which would have freed us tremendously from treasury looters has failed to pass significant stages at the Senate and yet we praise people like Bruce and shame Buhari. Even Dino who is the most active senator does not always try to distance himself from the failure of leadership which is not even peculiar to this administration.

That is why I like parliamentary system of government because of its collective responsibility clause. In the presidential system of government as practised in Nigeria, the president gets all the blames even for the inactivity of senators like Bruce.
