I drive an 1987 Model of Toyota Camry. It's American Model automatic transmission, factory fitted Ac. I still find it very interesting. Last wk, I comfortably drove it to Kaduna from Otukpo and fro without any stress on the road. Just 89000 miles on the millage. Who has such ancient but still fanciful car to share?

We should concern ourselves with 3.2km and 40 push ups no matter the long waitng. It wl pay us better. If it comes suddenly, one who had given up might find it difficult. I drop 40 push ups every morning and make my 3.2 in 16 mins at least 2wce a week. I loose nothing if dy stl dely. Courage my pple

I made 14km today in 1 and a half hrs. Upgrading push ups to 35-40. To me, these should b our concern nw o.

I like this exchange of experiences. I live very close to the venue for d RR70 selection that went on this week. I interacted with some of them who said they were asked to make the 3.2km race in 14mins 10sec (for boys) and in 20mins (for girls). Then for push up is 35 counts and 25 for girls. Who knows if that would be same for SSC and DSSC

Our help is in d name of the Lord. I keep on praying, I keep on exercising and waiting. At least if I am able to meet the 30 push ups, 20 sit ups 3.2km in 18mins, 10 chin ups and 1000 rope skipping in 9mins, I wl be getting ready

I bought my Avalon "99 in Feb. A clean car I never saw it's type. V.6 engine with DVD fitted. It's cos of a need on my neck dt I think of selling it.Pls contact me if u re interested.

My dear br, Toyota Avalon is generally an interesting car. I am using a "99 model which is not too far from '97. I admire its fuel economy.It is very silent a car and smooth. It does not give troubles. The comfort and spacious interior is just too wonderful. I got mine just Feb. I am howver putting it up 4 sale now cos I am hooked up with a need. It is with deep pains I am doing that. If u re interested pls contact me.
