find their velocity at 5mins
for musa=100/5= 20m/mins
for kola=90/5= 18m/mins

For the second race
The time taken for them to reach destiantion of 100m ( velocity/ Time)
for Musa=110/20=5.5
for kola=100/18=5.55

Musa wins cos he takes less time to reach his destination

NB......Constant velocity was assumed from start to finish!!!
