I keep having this feelings every now and then that my bb will soon get lost or develop a fault that will lead to flashing it and lost all contacts

Please is there any application or any means I can retrieve my bbm contacts if anything happened, I've thought of writing them down on a paper but I can't because I have about 300 bbm contacts,

Any clue?

This question is for the bodybuilders in the house, I started working out for some few months now, I use dumbbells and barbell(bench press) but lately I started noticing that my left shoulder and chest is developing more than the right side

Someone said my barbell is not balanced, I dumped it and join others and am still getting the same result, we are two that are witnessing this but have no clue on what to do, some said it will correct itself if we continue but am here to seek advice if I should quit or not, or anyway to correct this issue

I thank God also but I still have a question which is why did God allowed such to happen in the first place, he has the power to keep them alive after the incident but why didn't he use the same power to prevent it not to happen at all, now someone has been shot,eventually that guy might bleed to death, knowing fully well how our hospitals work(deposit and paper from the police) even if they manage to get him to hospital

If I open my facebook on a bb application what it shows me is different from when I open it on a web browser or opera mini, I see another people's status on app and another people on opera mini
