I don't really know for sure but I do know that according to my Dr Omega 3 & 6 helps and so also does Evening Primrose Oil but you have to stop immediately you O. That's as far natural as I know. Am sure other sabi Mamas will come along soon to give you a better answer. You can also check the "Alternative Methods to TTC" thread.
