Politicians connect easily regardless of their religion and tribe but poor people fight themselves over the smallest things. They want you to fight yourselves because of tribe but check their circle, they have friends across all ethnic groups in Nigeria. Before you fight your Igbo, Hausa, or yoruba friends because of politics, check if your politicians have ever fought themselves on the same issue. |
This has been my position on this issue. I shared this earlier this week.

Alright boss... Only if you realize how people can become vulnerable to collecting the 1k or 2k from APC and PDP If the cash scarcity continues till the Election Day. It's people like you who make people think only Igbos are supporting obi. If Obi isn't planning to buy votes that day, he should start condemning it now and let his supporters know the implications of selling their votes. He shouldn't just be telling them to collect the money from vote buyers and vote for him. It may not be that easy that day. Nobody wants to waste their money. Elsueno: |
This lingering cash scarcity will only encourage vote buying. As much as I want obi to win, vote-buying is definitely going to work against his performance in some regions of the country. So, he should stop talking on other issues and focus more on condemning vote buying. He looks like someone who isn't interested in buying votes, so he should start using it as a campaign tool. |
When will you people realize that the APC is playing a mind game with Nigerians? They are only creating a situation that makes Buhari appear cruel to people, while Tinubu is seen to be in support of the people. Or how will you explain why the President is executing a policy that will undermine the success of his party at the poll while also supporting the flagbearer of the same party. Forget all the noise, there's no rancor whatsoever within the APC, particularly between Emefiele and Tinubu... All na planned work. And Tinubu will definitely get sympathy votes if things continue like this. Also, this policy will be counterproductive as it will make more people vulnerable to vote buying. |

These ones are igbos not ipobs... Only Obi's supporters are ipobs according to urchins... Okan yin oni bale. |

The lessons some idiots promised to teach other supporters of other candidates in the 2019 presidential election turned out to be for everyone. I always laugh when someone whose father isn't contesting for any position is telling me lessons will be learnt on February 25th. Brother wait, we're in it together. At least no be only me dey face hardship to get fuel now. Ire ooo |
Oga oo, this can only happen in the North. It's safe to say these guys are born majorly for elections. |

Mine is just a pain that gets worse after eating, particularly at the belly button area. Although I'm not totally sure, but I use to feel this discomfort in my intestine. I use to feel the pain when I sit as well, but surprisingly I don't feel any pain when I walk. I've been managing ulcer for the past four years, but I've been experiencing only this symptom for the past two months. Currently using drugs with no sign of improvement. I don't know if anybody has experienced this before? Your response will go a long way in helping solve this problem. |
It's just a shame that we spend all day arguing over politicians. Those who do not care about you. Can't we ask all the major candidates to go to court with all their promises(only the realistic ones), and ask the court to jail them if they fulfill them? This way, we'll know who really wants to serve |
We know it can happen to anyone, but Agbado master is overdoing it. My advice for tinubu is to consider doing e-campaign henceforth, at least this will prevent him from further falling in public |
Unpopular opinion: Why can't we just ask all the leading candidates to go to court, present all their realistic promises, and ask the court to jail them if they fail to fulfill all their promises. This way, we'll know who truly wants to serve and save ourselves the stress of arguing over who the best candidate is. |
That was how they dressed Buhari in a suit.... Till today, no one has seen him wear the yeye suit again |
Him dey meditate |
We know this is their campaign mantra and strategy. If Tinubu had governed any state apart from Lagos and recorded the same successes being credited to him, I would have been his number one diehard fan. But no. He governed a state that houses the only port where 80 percent of our imported goods come in. It's only natural that people would want to troop into such a state, thereby increasing the same IGR through heavy taxation. Not only that, the same state was the country's capital for 77 years. Stupid people everywhere..... they brought in a failure and they are still hell-bent on electing another failure. |
Because Peter Obi is gaining more popularity by the day and might ruin your candidate's chances to win next year's election, now Obi is Ipob, while Gov Soludo and Hope are not, right? It has been said that you can't be supporting a particular candidate and be normal in reasoning. After all, most of you guys create threads just to generate comments. If not, you won't be talking about his son stepping on the Nigerian flag even after he has rebutted this claim. Also, why isn't everybody calling Tinubu an Oduduwa's project since there's also a secession agitation from his region? |
The way these idiots are hyping Lagos, you would think 40% of the state population is living above the poverty line. In the land of the blind, the one with one eye will always be considered the king. Let them compare Lagos with the top three cities in South Africa. Awon Ode gbogbo |
we keep tagging all igbos, especially supporters of Peter Obi as ipobs just because of the agitation coming from the region, whereas tinubu and his supporters should not be associated with Oduduwa republic. The reason isn't farfetched; they want to make Peter Obi an Igbo candidate. For God sake, these people have been supporting northern candidates since 1999, and now we claim an igbo person doesn't deserve the support of the northerners. If this is not hypocrisy and a deliberate political tactic to turn other regions of the country against Obi's candidacy, I don't know what is. The truth is the Igbos have been sidelined for so long, not because they don't participate in politics but because there is an agenda against the region. At some point, the excuse was that the presidency won't be handed to them on a platter of Gold unless they demand for it. And now there is someone coming from the region, we don't want the person. If we are to go by the EMI LOKAN statement, which tribe truly deserves the presidency? Let the region also produce a president, and whether the person succeeds or fails, it also means they are also part of the Nigerian problems |
This format don cast |
Seriously if APC can get away with their misrule and mishandling of our economy by getting elected into power the third time, then Nigerians deserve whatever comes to them |
The OP is nothing but a paid agent Are Igbos the only people complaining about this Muslim-Muslim ticket. If you are not being mischievous, why are you trying to set up a part of the south(the Igbos) against the entire North? Northerners have always seen Yoruba Muslims as minorities in the entire South. So, why didn't you make your comparison about the north vs south, and tell me how many Muslims have headed top elective positions in the entire south. |
Sincerely, the best thing we should be clamoring for is restructuring. Let's go back to the regional government. It's as simple as that. Let's each region develop at its own pace. Recent events regarding next year's elections show how divisive we are as a country. Northerners don't want to support a candidate from another part of the country, and so also are Southerners. |
Someone recommended someone to you and the person turned out to be a failure. Now, the same person wants to sell himself to you, justifying himself as someone who brought you the failure. |
This has always been his goal for contesting and nothing more. They make more money when they go on official trips. |
As in what is now the difference between now and 2015 before this evil government took over. |
