Im thinking of calling up my local hospital eye clinic to ask how they get to look into kids eyes
I dont think they hold kids down here, and they def wont sedate
Surely there must be a way round this

Its like Tomiwa listen to the mother and feel more comfortable with her more than the dad, may be if the woman can go wit him (I hope she is strong enough to go out) speak to him hold and pet him that he should relax that what they wanted to do on his eye is for good let her sweet talk the boy. One thing I observed again is it seem the first eye drop that they do applied before checking the eyes is pep perish that is another area where he start scratching the eye and fighting off the hand that hold him. we are back from Ife. the doctor said my daughter case is beyond what they can do at OAUTHC. even in Nigeria. he said as a matter of fact, we dnt ve time again. that d surgery should be done within the next one month. he said if care is not taking and we prolong the treatment it might be too late cos there won't be remedy again.

My daughter had similar illness which I solicited for help also through this medium buh was not able to get required fund. She's fine now and still kicking even though her specialist stated that she has surpassed the age for the surgery cos of lack of fund.

Just before you guys attack, I will like to know what exactly is the celebration about because the things I've read about this man Fela suggest that he was an atheist, who smoked Indian hemp publicly even though illegal. So I'm wandering in my mind, is the celebration about the music content or about the person. If its about the person then I want to see one legacy worth emulating that he left behind and if it is the music indeed I've listened to quite a number and I think they are quite phylosophical and speaks to the conscience.
Be that as it may I'm thinking what if Fela on the other realm is trying to reach out to us to warn us to stop all this celebration and rather pray for him. What exactly are the growing children going to emulate and learn in this celebration..and if the children ask you who is Fela how would you answer the question. A martyr or a...... Don't get me wrong I'm not saying they should forger him all I'm saying is that we need to separate the man from the message in his music to really make the celebration worth the while. in Ben Bruce voice, I just want to make common sense.
