•In a medium bowl, mix 2 ripe/mashed bananas, 1/2 cup of melted butter or nutella, 1/2 cup of Funmi coconut flour, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp of Funmi coconut oil, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 1/3 of chocolate bars/coconut flakes or any other extra flavour you want. •Pour into cupcake liners inside a muffin tray and bake for 25-30 minutes.

The issue with our Nigerian foods is that its too high on carbs.
Some people's bodies and metabolisms handle excess carbs differently but for most of us, it tends to lead to weight gain.
