On the reference column- I entered my reference contact (name, position, Email details) as requested, cross checked and sent the application.

Pls note that there was no prompt to Upload my reference letter document

But upon checking the already sent application this eve,
It’s showing- Reference pending?

Some schools I know of that are cheap-Teeside
Hull.
Reasonably priced in the context of cheaper than 17k you mentioned - Hertfordshire, Sheffield Hallam, Chester, Lincoln, Wolverhampton, Bradford has 5k scholarship.

- Greenwich has 3k scholarship, Kent has 2500 but der fees are like high.
Asides from the popular schools there are so many others with scholarships too. Some for Nigerians, some half fees, some for 2:1,

I Remember that my fees for Nottingham Trent came to like 12k or 13k after 2k or 3 scholarship because of 2:1 last year though I didn't go.

I just picked up my 2 year visa yesterday.....I used some advice I got from this forum when applying and it came out good....

I also got help from here during my previous 6 months application. ..am grateful to all in the house

Submitted online on 10th Oct
Did biometric on 17th Oct
Got mail to collect on 6th Nov
Collected on 7th Nov.

Nothing to do on your part as a submitted application with Biometrics can not be amended. It only implies your application has not been possible to attract a soon enough decision; so it may take a lot longer than the published timelines to make a decision.
