Politics / Re: A Lesson For IPOB And Other Pro-biafra Agitators From Ireland by future001: 9:31am On May 10, 2022 |
Foolishbuhari: Good Bless you a million times. Your analysis is apt and only the blind will disagree. IPOB is loosing it and will loose it completely if they continue the path of savagery and barbarism whether committed by them or not. Igbos are not savages. It’s not in our culture. That’s why we have unions and organisations where people voice there opinions and we disagree to agree. But we never spill blood. We recognize the sanctity of life. We even call it “MMADU…beauty of life”. So to degenerate to what we are seeing today in our society with the acts of ESN and Unknown Gunmen and the violent rhetorics of IPOB is unIgbo and will never be accepted by our people. If IPOB has the interest of Igbos at heart, they must disband ESN and take power away from criminals and savages so that we can at least know who is responsible for these heinous crimes committed daily in our land. It’s not too much sacrifice to ask for given that the same people have made so much economic sacrifices with the frequent sit at home enforced by IPOB and some have also paid with their lives. So, it’s time for IPOB to also come to the table and show people that they are compassionate to their challenges. Then IPOB must encourage their members to take elective offices so we can see what they can do for the region given the opportunity. Actions speak louder than a million words. It’s simple. Sitting at the comfort or luxury and safe haven of western societies and issue threats while the people are suffering the impact is cowardice. They need to come and push/canvass and convince the people that they can govern them if and when the time comes. We must continue to speak so that our forefathers will bear us witness that we did not keep quiet or hide while the she goat gives birth on its own tied to a stake (okenye adighi ano n’ulo nne ewu amuo n’ogburi). God bless the Igbo people! God Bless our ancestors! God bless our children unborn! |

zoedew: As what? What apparatus does he have to settle it? Has Buhari and Osibanjo with all the federal might settled Bokhoram and all the Banditry in the country? Some comments here are really outrightly childish. |
Politics / Re: On The Willful Denial Of The Gruesome Murder Of Gloria Matthew & AM Linus by future001: 8:14pm On May 09, 2022 |
Ishilove: God bless you for the clarification. Even Bokoharam are not as barbaric. The perpetrators are Igbos no doubt about it. I am still having nightmares from that video and will continue for a very long time. IPOB/ESN/Unknown Gunmen are responsible for these havocs. You know why, because their members are criminals in thoughts and actions. They do not represent anything about Igbo where human blood is sacred. But I’m very certain that their end is very near. God Bless Igbo land and the spirit of our ancestors! 17 Likes |

2elliot: If this is the case and you are strongly convinced that the government agents have hijacked IPOB’s operation to create mayhem, then IPOB must make the necessary sacrifices to protect the lives of the people that they claim to love. People’s lives and means of livelihood cannot continue to be destroyed while we have the luxury of passing blames to the govt. IPOB needs to disband ESN for the sake of the people and ensure compliance from its members if they are not criminals. Then anyone parading himself as ESN is clearly a criminal or terrorist. |

2elliot: Sorry but without a concrete proof, what you say are mere allegations. But we know who goes around enforcing military style sit at home on Mondays and killing people at INEC registration centres. So everyone must comply with your rules otherwise be killed? |
Politics / Re: Bandits Invade Zamfara Communities, Kill Over 50 Residents In Mass Attacks by future001: 8:56am On May 09, 2022 |
2elliot: But ESN regularly pays visits to villages to enforce their self serving interests while burning and destroying properties and killing people along the way. This is the truth. This is not freedom fighting! There are testimonies about there evils and this is not govt. agents. |
Politics / Re: Bandits Invade Zamfara Communities, Kill Over 50 Residents In Mass Attacks by future001: 8:47am On May 09, 2022 |
2elliot: No need for insult. You want to justify the harassment and maiming of innocent Igbos by ESN? Are these innocent Igbos being maimed and intimidated everyday by ESN also herdsmen? Herdsmen are terrorists (undisputed) but so is ESN based on their current actions! |
Politics / Re: Bandits Invade Zamfara Communities, Kill Over 50 Residents In Mass Attacks by future001: 8:34am On May 09, 2022 |
NnamdiKanu: Nobody pays me anything. Yes I care about Zamfara people as a human being but Igbo land is my home and blood. What IPOB and ESN are doing in our land is criminality and evil. ESN said they want to protect our people against herdsmen but have turned to destroy, rape, kidnap, harass, intimidate and maim the same people. Our people are living in fear everyday. This is the truth and you know it. These people are criminals! |

My own is that have to rid Igbo land of the IPOB virus. IPOB and ESN have brought nothing but pains and agony to our people. Their members are all criminals and rascals. |

PHIPEX: IPOB and ESN are the ones destroying East and creating havoc in the east every day. They said they want to fight Fulani herdsmen but rather has turned the region into a criminal enclave where people are living in total fear of the same people claiming to fight for their freedom. 1 Like |

IPOB should just disband this ESN arm and allow peaceful negotiations. This behaviour of harassing and maiming innocent Igbos has shown without doubt that they are simply criminals and terrorists. Igbos are republicans and we discuss issues to find amicable solution to problems not using barbarism like we are currently experiencing in the East. |

We must all put hands together to rid our land of this virus. IPOB’s sabotage and desecration of our land must be stopped. What is happening in our land is not in the nature of an Igbo man. These are criminals and terrorists. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

slimfit1: Pls let’s be honest with ourselves and call a spade a spade. The people that have been going around intimidating innocent citizens are ESN gunmen affiliated to IPOB. It’s not a secret and there are numerous testimonies of their harassment. People are already stretched with the economic sabotage of sit-at-home but to also bear the evil we are now witnessing is unjustifiable. If this is the evil our people will bear for the actualisation of their pursuit, tell me is it worth it? 2 Likes |

slimfit1: It really doesn’t matter at this moment. This must never be allowed to happen again. IPOB must make all and every necessary sacrifices including disbanding it’s ESN wing to ensure this never repeats again. I say we must join hand to eliminate the perpetrators of this heinous crime and whatever they represent. Human Blood is sacred in our land and I don’t want to be part of whatever course achieved via such spillage. 2 Likes |

Idiko1: I have never been this angry and disgusted the way I felt after watching the video created by purported unknown gunmen after the inhumane act on the military couple. This is an abomination that must not be allowed to proliferate on our land whatever the reason. Elections will come and go, but the shame on this poor lady and her family will remain for ages. And the consequences for such atrocity is more devastation on our land. I spit on any organisation that somehow finds justification for such atrocity. No course is worth such path! |

Health / Re: How Generator Fumes Killed An Only Son by future001: 8:46pm On Dec 15, 2021 |
God saved me from death through CO suffocation some years back. Actually, I was living in one of the small BQs constructed by my retired landlord close to the main house where he stays with his family. Although, I didn’t have a Gen then, my landlord kept his own Gen close to my window. Not only was it extremely noisy, but the fumes used to enter my room at night. In one of the nights, I was chocking in my sleep but managed to wake up with my nose completely blocked. It took some hours before my nose cleared. It was a near death experience. I informed the landlord abt it but he really didn’t change the position of the Gen. It was an additional motivation to step up my pursuit for success in life. CO gas is extremely dangerous. Till today, I can’t stand the smell of fussil fumes be it from moving vehicle or genset. I gives me strong phobia. 3 Likes |

saajus: It seems you haven’t been following Nigerian games. Our problem has never been within the box, it’s always been have players that can play from the perimeter when it matters. Thats why we loose many games because we always struggle outside the perimeter. Feels good to know that we have players that can now contribute from the perimeter. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Business / Re: Alaba International Market, Correcting The Populace Mind And Setting The Record by future001: 1:21pm On Sep 03, 2020 |
I haven’t been to Alaba market or computer village recently but I buy a lot of things from online platforms like Jiji and most of the vendors selling there are based in Alaba or computer village. And you know what, sometimes I pay before delivery and some other times I pay upon delivery. But I have never been cheated notwithstanding that I have bought all sorts of things even in millions and have them delivered to my door step. I am not gonna argue whether these markets have bad eggs or not, but they have served me with a lot better deals than I can get directly from the shops. In any open market anywhere in the world, you need to always be street wise to avoid being cheated. Otherwise, you can go to the likes of “Games” and other big supermarkets but be ready to pay more. It’s that simple. 1 Like |
Politics / Re: Why Do People Dislike Abba Kyari by future001: 6:46pm On Apr 18, 2020 |
I don’t agree that Igbos dislike Abba Kyari being Igbo myself. I also ask the question why so much hate on the man. Personally, I see him as a sane, rational man in this govt even though they say he leads the cabal. Anyway, I think he has the best interest of the country in his heart. By the way he got infected and paid the ultimate price negotiating power infrastructure development with one of the best global providers in the world. I have not heard him involved in any kind of scandal like many of our leaders except that people say he leads the cabal. You must understand that majority of Nigerians are frustrated, angry and easily transfer aggression to everyone and everything around them and most times ignorantly. So this unfortunate passing of a senior political elite will not be treated differently. But his passing also calls for personal reflection and humility from everyone. This life should not be taken too seriously because it can be lost at anytime. 3 Likes |
