Its obvious to the deaf and blind.Best alternatives is to approach the blue market.according to abokifx the rate has increase today again.worst case borrow the difference between Form A and blackmarket rate from third party, when you land here you can start repayment. The truth is hard to accept though.

Your naija travel insurance from expires when u land here, you need another german insurance for enrolment and getting your resident permit.You must pay monthly because you need the insurance for your enrolment through out your program.

Yes you are right.The insurance from Nigeria is just for visa collection and travelling insurance stuff.You need to make another Insurance for enrolment and resident permit here.without Insurance you cant be enrol in any german university.
