Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Jarushub Is Recruiting An Administrative Assistant by futurewise11(m): 9:47pm On May 26, 2016 |
Jarus: I have seen lots of negative comments here based on this advert posted by my startup, JarusHub, and thought it necessary to make some clarifications, not because it will stop some people from throwing the tantrums, but because I consider it a moral duty to post here:
1, This is a startup that is just getting its footing and sometimes makes as low as N30,000 per month. So you want us to use all our monthly turnover to pay Admin Assistant alone? I thought a company prices its labour based on what it can afford?
2, Our ad clearly states that ND is preferred. How many standard organizations pay more than 20k to ND holders on industrial training? A company I used to work for, an oil company, pays IT 20k. So you want us to pay more than a multi-million dollar company to ND holders?
3, The benefit to the potential canidates goes beyond the money value. We're a career and employability skills development firm. Imagine what a young man or lady working with us will gain by seeing us coach clients for interview, prepare CV/cover for people, teaching in graduate finishing academy. For us, the learning opportunity is more than the monetary reward. The last employee that did the job for us currently works for Access Bank anyway. The one before her is now writing ICAN exams due to the exposure/motivation he got from working with us.
4, We stated that we prefer someone living close to our office in Yaba to minimize transport costs.
5, Most of the duties outlined above are things the Assistant can even do on phone/whatsapp etc. It's not a structured workplace where you're strictly expected to be at your desk by so so time.
All these do not mean 15k is a great salary, but you also need to be fair to us as a small startup that is still finding its feet. Firstly, you are a great guy for providing atleast something on the floor. Many B.Sc holder earn 23k teaching in school.so you try. But the job description is above the board for 15k. Many IT student get more than that bro (gtbank 40k,diamand 31k).. Maybe you should readjust the workload or the academic requirement. Bless yah |

Listen to this cheap lie -"About 500 herdsmen with AK47s were operating freely from 1am - 3am"; Is this some kind of joke or what? would it be found out that he lied earlier? can it affect his chances of getting a German study visa if he gets an admission? No...But tell him to try as much as possible to be honest in his future application. |

lobito007: Like, for real?? When this topic was treated, there were talks of one going to FIRS to generate a Tax Identification No (TIN). There was no mention of passport no. I am not trying to discredit your idea. Only need to be more clear. Its not mandatory you yield to my opinion. Deutsche bank delay someone's account number due to this same issue. After refilling the new form with passport number as TIN the problem was solved. Passport number worked,if u have contrary opinion please follow your mind. |

As for my question, what about acknowledgement from the school itself? Again, branch code is not a problem I think because I am using another state branch code here and two of my friends are using two other different branch code as well. So would that change your answer to yes? Funny you....Let him try bro.No harm in going to the embassy with it. |

Is opening of block account with acknowledge receipt of your application from uni-assist possible? Or maybe with the admission application form? Thanks. k Longest time bro..whats up.... 1). Yes its possible. 2).No, I doubt it because the account number will be generated with the branch code of the school address .Hence uni assist document is not enough to open block account. |

lakesidepapa: @Many schools can grant you admission without IELTS or any letter.
Am I dreaming? Someone should pls wake me up. Abeg oga futurewise,List schools that can grant applicant(s) admission without the IELTS or any letter as u said since the applicant course is taught in english. Am having a hard time to believe this oo If a particular school insist on English proficiency certificate cant you look at other school? My point is simple and clear: Ielts/toefl give you more schools to pick from but can u enrol into two schools? Capital no. Germany has plenty university to pick from.If one insist on any of those certificate, look into others. Is university of kiel, stralsund, tubingen, cottbus(ERM),soest (informatics) etc asking you for certificate? Because have applied there and admission letter was granted without any Ielts. German university is wide in all dimension.if one says no, another one will say yes. Moreover its not an embassy requirement. |

I dont know why people are getting bugged on any English proficiency certificate brohaha.
Fine the exam is not difficult, but with current economic situation in Nigeria, its not that difficult in getting admission without it.Just package your application well. |

For uni assist payment the following information are required:
your birthday (dd.mm.yyyy), – your family name, – your first name, – the semester in which you would like to start studying*, – your uni-assist applicant number (if you already have one).
Another fast route making the payment is via credit card. Just download the form and fill the card details in. Unfortunataly Nigeria and few other countries card are not accepted. |
