Prior to oct 2013 Imo state was not paying corps members but even as it is now, it is only batch A 2013 corps members servin in govt ministries that have received imo state allowance. 10 thousand naira was paid 2dem, i guess it was a month payment.

u probably goin see a direct bus from owerri to the camp @umdi-nkwerre. Transporters are aware of camp opening so they mount owerri
