Please let me use this opportunity to thank the op for being honest, reliable, efficient and effective in his business dealings. I just have to commend you for a job that was perfectly done. I paid for my machine on Monday 3rd July 2017 and got it delivered to me in Abeokuta on Thursday 6th July. The most surprising aspect of the transaction is that I only paid 85% of the advertised price as deposit and the machine was supplied to me with the request that I should pay up the balance the following day. This shows that we still have some of us that can still be trusted and confidently vouch for. thanks immensely. |
This question crept into my mind and got me worried. When are we going to get the offical report of the investigative panel set up to prob the grass cutting scandal of the suspended SGF? Initially it appeared to me as a very simple question that could be answered very easily; "WHEN THEN PRESIDENT COMES BACK". However, I got more worried rather than to be at peace when other thoughts provoking questions continued to follow the initial question. Please fellow nairalanders ( because if I say fellow Nigerians it may lead to another debate ) help me out by finding appropriate answers to these questions; 1. Can't the acting president receive the report on behalf of pmb and act on it? 2. Is this silence on the part of the presidency a plot to allow the whole issue to be swept under the carpet? 3. Doesn't this situation lend credence to the theories of those that said " setting up of the committee at first was an unintelligent way of this administration in finding a soft landing for the SGF? 4. Given that there was a time limit attached to this assignment, are we now going to wait till eternity to have the report? 5. Now we have acting president, do we continue to make do with acting SGF too? 6. Has the government not abdicated from its responsibility of being accountable to the people? 7. Going by this unpleasant development, what can we really make out of this government anti corruption fight? 8. Why is everybody silent on this issue now? Prof. Sagay, efcc, civil societies and other anti corruption campaigners 9. Is the suspension an enough punishment to atone for the alleged crime? 10. Is the suspension parts of the deal to settle the rift between the executives and the legislators? 11. How long more can we endure this disregard for accountability, justice, openness and ultimately good governance? As I said earlier, my thoughts got me worried. Infact, am having sleepless night already. |
Newway2:what is d procedure for buying only d weeder? am interested in only that accessory. Or do u sell the spare parts ( I mean all d accessories )? |
pls can you explain what you mean by covering the farm with canopy? Does it mean it was covered and rain didn't fall directly on it? |
Headlesschicken:Thanks for your response, I just don't want to force my will down her throat. she sees my opinion on this as barbaric. Am a thorough breed African man that cherishes my culture and tradition. But she said I still want to be living in the stone age. |
On the wedding day and in the full glare of everybody present, the bride will go down on her kneel to feed the groom. During the engagement and traditional marriage rites too, it is very easy and convenient for them to kneel down to take money or wear cap for the groom. The two families and other attendees will be very delighted seeing this supposedly show of being humble and submissive on the part of the bride. It will definitely attract a whole lots of accolades, cheers and encouragement from everybody present. However, immediately after that day, the wife find it difficult if not impossible to kneel down to greet her husband again. My question is why are we deceiving ourselves? If it is no longer possible for wives of this generation to continue to kneel down for their husbands right after the wedding day, why can't you just behave your normal self in the full glare of the public and allow them to see the real you? Why are the ladies being hypocritical on the wedding day to deceive people and later they will get to the house to tell you that it is an archaic tradition and cultural practice for them to kneel down for their hubby? Can't that part be removed from the party entirely? I need mature responses to this please, particularly from Yoruba enlightened and experienced husbands. My personal experience got me worried as my wife said doing that after the D day is only mearnt for the illiterates. |

How durable & efficient is this equipment? Can it be used to weed a mixed crop farm? I have a cassava mixed with maize farm but doing the first weeding is becoming a great challenge now. Farm Labour is too expensive and scares these days. |

KINGwax007:For goodness sake, what is this one saying? The ten story building@ Ibara under bridge is 100% owned by SIA & everybody knows that. The second building@ GRA is his personal house. He demolished the old structure there to start the construction of the bunker styled edify that is being erected now. If you dont have anything meaningful to say on a thread, its better you dont comment at all than for you to be saying thrash. |
Don't even know what & who to believe self. Would rather wait for the official result to be declared than to allow any rumour monger on nairaland to give me high bp. |
abokibuhari:What is this one saying for goodness sake? People like you are the problem of this country. Are there no PDP govs among those listed? Rather than for us to be united in condemning them, you are here saying thrash. We know your type, you struggle to eat 2 square meal daily & beg for money to buy data to defend our common enemies. More pigs to your herds & more profit to your investments. I want to start my pig farm in Abeokuta asap, I need a willing mentor around. I want to get good breed of weaners & ready to cross sows @ affordable prices. |
Oh my God! When will this country get out this mess or mocry of governance we are in? A state governor giving out just a grinding machine with this pomp & pageantry. To make the matter worst, some media aids to him thinks this will make a good publicity stunt & decided to post this online. In this century when leaders in other saner climes are busy taking giant strides for their citizens. Dear God please rescue us from these charlatans in this generation. |

They're SARS guys. That is what they know how to do best. They're always found of going around town to intimidate, harass, extort and falsely accused innocent people just for ransom ( sorry, I mean money for bail ). |
