quick one, if an order is cancelled on alixpress, will d money be refunded into my bank account? i just received a mail from ali now dat 1 of my orders has bn frozen due to security reasons. dey suspected dat my seller is a scam so dey suspended him. Ali promisd to refund d money sha if d seller cant produce shipping docs and certificates.
