If its my Birthday, I would love to have a Witch and Wizard Party where everyone dress as a Witch and a Wizard or they could dress like a Vampire if they want to. Heheh! 

And the food will be like
Earth Worms in Blood with Eye Balls (Spaghetti Meatballs with Tomato Puree)
or like Sandwish stuff with Guts (Club Sandwish)

And we'll have cocktail and mocktail and beer and wines

And we will have some games to brightened up the celebration like who can come out with the scariest laugh or the most freakiest dance and I will have to hire a Fortune teller at one conner just to create the mood  and maybe a magician to do some street tricks and etc etc. ., ,.

And than there will be like Hip Hop and RnB Music to dance and hip up the moment.

My cousins all together 5 sisters. The three eldest ones Girly, April and Sherah are all dating and the two is Mei Mei and Xena are still young.

She was married once to a guy and she borrowed money from her father to open a business for her husband cause her husband basically could not work for anybody. . . He always ends up in a fight. Anyways, when the day she found out that he has been sleeping around with a Chinese Prostitute, they went for a divorce. Now she is currently dating her first bf whom disvirgined her before but the problem is that this bf of hers is a drug addict aqnd a drug dealer.

April
April is a very sweet loving girl and everyone loves her but unfortunately, she is in love with a married man whom treats her like shit. This guy has a wife and this wife is now pregnant for him. The only time they would see each other is when he needs sex, he would come to her otherwise, he wont want to see her at all but for her, she loves him to death and she insisted on still being with him and dont mind being a 2nd wife. ., . .

Nahhh. . . I had to settle all those problems cause its my job to do so. I dont get frustrated over myself but I feel for the company more. I need to settle this before it gets out of hand. Wish me luck  

Ok, another thing came up. . . . . My boss yelled at the Project Manager on both side that they should go and claim the first payment from the client but they dont know how to and so my Boss told me to settle this. Na waaa ooo! I dont know why we hired idiots in the first place

Well, Im a troubleshooter. Thats my job in the company which I am working for. A trouble shooter is when theres any problem in the company, my job is to settle it one way or another for the employees, for my boss and for the client.

Right now we have 2 projects in 2 completely different area. One area is the Muddy field and the other one is the Plant Field.

So this morning I had complaints from both side

The plant field:
1) The client complaint to me that theres no internet line in the area
2) Two staffs walk out on the project, 1 staff booed the Project Manager in the field, the HSE Officer and the Field Engineer sabotage our project just to get commission, The administrator is not respecting the Project Manager and the CSR, the Cleaner demanded for extra 200 in salary or else she is leaving.
3) There was no work permit being applied to thosre Operational workers going on site
4) The client insist we buy a USD7000 Scanner but my boss refuse to and told me to tell the client and give my reasons

The Mud Field:
1) The staffs are demotivated to work cause they heard that the Plant field workers are getting more benefits but truth be told, both side are getting the same thing
2) The HSE Manager mocks the company name to the client just to sabotage the company
3) The client complain theres no internet line in the project area
4) There are not much funds to fund for this project its because our loan from the bank have not been approve.


And in the main headquarters.,
1) The Accounts and Labour Department are fighting with each other and both dont want to work. They need to work or everyone wont have their salary and if people gets their salary late, there will be war!!
2) The admin here has gotten lots of complaints by other staff saying that she plays games all the time and she carried her hot boiling temper together with her all the time and no one can ask her to do anything


So after all that, Im frustrated in a way

I understand what are u trying to say. The first time I got ditch here on Nairaland. I almost cried. Someone called me a diabolic bitch and a fat LovePeddler of the devil. . . Na waaa ooo,

And than someone called me fugly like some animal from a movie or sumthing like that. The sadest thing is that when I bash them up, alot of them came after me and Im also glad some defended me.

It will be a shock for first timers for sure. . . But eventually, u get use to it

But than again, we should all depend on the situation. My sister was categorize as the lady whom stoles another lady's fiance!

My sister had a friend before (he is now her husband) and he is engaged but the problem is thatbefore they both met, he was already having problems with his fiance. His fiance would ytake his car and bring all her family for clubbing and tells him to stay at her house and watch TV till she comes back. And they always end up fighting.

And so he hang out with my sister and they became good friends and suddenly they fell in love. Than the guy wne tto broke up with his fiance and unfortunately, the day he decided to tell her was on an April Fool's Day so the lady did not believe it untill the next day. Since than, she claim my sister as a bf snatcher and she frame my sister up by publishing her phone number all over the Sex net. LOL!
