Politics › Take Me To Mr President For A Handshake Or I'll Order My Boys Back To The Creeks by gaby(op): 2:06pm On Sep 28, 2009
This Dude  who's one of MEND'S commanders (OSAMA BIN LADEN) was on Aljazeera and was threatening to go back to the creeks with his boys and continue doing what he knows how to do best because according to him the Federal Government was not living up to it's part of the promise on the Amnesty deal.

Dude was asked by the interviewer how was the F.G failing in it's promise and you wont believe what the idiot was spewing out of his mouth:

1.)I was promised a hand-shake by Mr. President but up till today nothing like that has happened.

2.)I was promised a house in Abuja and that is yet to come to fruition.

3.)I was promised that my children will be sent to school,he actually wanted to say my children will be sent to school abroad to stopped short.

I was more than pissed-off listening to the dude speaking because i thought this guy had something meaningful to say,but hell no this guy has been terrorising the whole of ND just for a presidential hand-shake,a house in Abuja and his children education.

What a bunch of idiots. You can imagine someone like this being at the helms of affairs in Nigeria how will he be different from the Regimes he's been purporting to fight against for Justice and equity.

You could see Berlusconi was all set for a hug while Michele cleverly opted for a handshake and Mr. Obama was like 'you pervert what do you think you are doing'

Berlusconi is an all round clown.

Good to know your boy survived this ordeal and as for the mofo let him rot in the army dungeon. The same thing happened to me when i visited Nigeria.

Was chilling at the hotel bar having a drink saw some 2 guys sitting next to me and decided to offer them drink, these guys drank and went a notch further ordering Turkey and chicken on me i was miffed a bit but was like enjoy yourselves guys i didnt know i was loading the magazine that was gonna be used on me later,

At about 12 am these guys stormed the hotel with a gang of about 11 other dudes ordering me to open my door or face the music,i simply obeyed and they placed the gun barrel to my head ordering me to submit everything on me asking me where's the euro and pounds i was like in the name of God i do not have euro i am only visiting Lagos from Port Harcourt. They took virtually eveything i had even my fez cap and dealt me a matchete cut to the head after flogging the hell out me with the matchete,

It's an experience i simply wish not to re-live.The funniest of it all was that i didnt even converse much with these dudes to give myself away as someone who just came into Nigeria it was only 'bros thanks and you are welcome' and me i be the type wey no even dey drive car sef not to talk of making noise.

nkeiru2005:
dis is d story of my life, pls i need u advice on wht 2 do.

14 Aug 2003, i came across a guy we started dating but d guy is not straight forward always talking in parables above all full of himself, i was bearing all believing tins will work out one day but no way, Mar 2005 i came across another guy so i was dating d 2 guys but dey don’t kn, dis one was down 2 earth 2 make me happy and above all very plain and straight forward, we were dating d love was growing everyday in fact if i don’t see him it looks as if i am incomplete. Jul 2006 he left 4 S/Africa, he promise 2 come back in 6 months time. b/4 he left, he told me dat we have gone a long way but he will not say anytin now, dat if he comes back and i am still single dan he will kn dat is d will of God, d relationship will move 2 d next level ( marriage) i accepted.

8 months after he left i did not hear anytin 4rm him, i decided 2 move on with my life stopped thinks abt him continued with d first guy still notin was still coming out he never mentioned marriage all through. 22 Sept 2008 d one dat traveled came back and proposed me i accepted. The frist guy hard abt it and said dat d marriage will never hold as far as he is alive. Since dan it has been problem here and there.

WHT DO I DO.
How come you knew what to do (Double-dating) when the first guy wasn't straight forward and always speaking in parables and now you are asking "WHAT DO I DO".

I would say you posited yourself where you are right now by double-dating you should have let go of the first guy if you truly werent feeling him before hitting it off with the second guy whom you felt was your dream man.The way it stands now i see you losing out on both ends but i honestly pray it works out for you but girl the blame is all on you.

You were trying to knock down 2 birds with one shot.

Wish you the best girl.

Please our Ghanian brothers you all know how much of clowns we have as leaders and how they should never be taken serious.Their thoughts and comments are certainly not representative of we as Nigerians.Leave those fools to their daydreams.

@ Faakay

Sorry to burst your bubble but we ARE the Government!!

And lets stop blaming the three thousand people in power for the woes of 140 million.

IMHO, you only need to look around to see how the average Nigerian will behave when he gets to Aso Villa. Have you ever studied how traffic jams occur in Nigeria? Usually a driver decides he can shunt a lane, and drives against traffic, then like 50 cars follow him, then voila, we're all shouting and stuck at the same place for hours when we could've been done in minutes, that's 1.

2. I have watched several Network News clips where the reporter interviews a flood victim, who has constructed his house on top of drainage, and he's complaining that see o, Govt has not come to his aid. The same show interviews Nigerians living in filth - not industrial filth o, but human shit and pure water bags strewn acroos their door fronts and the guy is lamenting - the Govt should try and look into this 'issue' - i.e. to clean up his shit!

3. Last years Hajj pilgrimage - hear this - a friend arrived Mecca early from another Country for the pilgrimage and joined the immigration queue for clearance It was quite long but moving and everyone was in line. Lo and behold, naija plane lands, Nigerians disembark and PRONTO, they are yelling at the top of their voices - we cannot follow this line o, ah! - believe me they ALL went or rather shunted STRAIGHT to the front and wrecked a good procedure - DISGRACEFUL.

4.We always complain about how much Local Govt Chairmen are earning - is there anything in the Constitution that prevents us from contesting? seeing as we are the wiser ones who know the solution to Nigeria's problems!! the Nigerian O-bla-bla-bla-ma's

I can go on and on and on and on and on!!!

5. We always want to hold Govt accountable - for what? Boo Hoo too much money goes down the drain on useless Govt projects! How about the trllions we throw away on useless projects? Can we even quantify how much we give foreign countries in terms of legal visa fees, illegal visa bribes, plane ticket bills for summer holidays et al?

Talk talk talk - Naija is bad,  it is Nigerians that are bad - very very terrible - bad maouth and all, and it follows us every where!!!

How many people can go to a bank for a simple transaction and not take a short cut once they 'know somebody'? corruption!

How many of us can joina fuel queue when we 'know' one of the attendants - or know N500 can help us 'shunt'? corruption!

What is the basic definition of 'sharp guy' in Nigeria? and is it not the basic trait every Nigerian aspires to? Abeg!!

As it was rightly said by Winston Churchill, the strongest argument AGAINST Democracy is a five-minute conversation with the voter. That is there o, in Naija, how many of you actually vote?

Puh-leeze!!!
@Marissa

Love your post, very thought provoking and straight to the point.

Business › How Do I Go About Getting My Money From The Delta State Government? by gaby(op): 10:51am On Jul 16, 2009
Dear Nairalanders this is a very sorry situation a fellow forumite has had to battle with for the past 4 years with the Direct Labour Agency of the Delta State Government.

I rented out a couple of my trucks to the agency with an agreement of payment semi-annually but till date it's been come today come tomorrow i feel this is just the height of injustice.I had to finance the project personally by paying the drivers and maintanance of the truck as agreed with them but recouping even what i expended is impossible as it is now and i am very very frustrated.

If there's anyone in the house who could advise me on how to go about this should please respond to this post as i have ran out of ideas on what to do.Have written severally to the governor without any response have agreed to part with an unbelieveable percentage of the total amount all to no avail.

Hope to read from you guys.
Thanks .

Poster,

i dont have the time to go through all the replies, but i will say you are the greatest and biggest fool i have ever come across.

You would have asked who created God Himself since He is the creator that was not created.

You are a fool to doubt the bible.

Instead of you as a young christian to seek for the knowledge of God you are busy seeking the contradicting part (according to you).

You are not yet a christian, you need to be born again, again.

Dont you know for you to follow Christ means to be like a child who just believes whatever he is told by his parents without arguing?
This an example of a good christian worthy of emulation, lol
