emerged01: Thank you! I started watching TVC last month, I discovered they have more coverage than channels. Imagine, they had to attend pastor kings church to interview members of the church. That is TVC for you. They have correspondence everywhere in Africa and outside Africa. TVC has 5 bureau. Lagos, Abuja, Kenya, Egypt and London but channels only has 2 which is Abuja and Lagos. Channels TV is living on past glory. |

mapet: Truth is that the two states that has the population to make such business worthwhile in Nigeria is Lagos and Kano. Meanwhile Kano is the producer, and except Osun has something else in exchange........Lagos is still the darling bride for markets.
I am also from Osun state, and I believe we should be patient........ Patient is the key. Osun will bounce back. It is nice talking to you bro. |
Food › Re: Lagos Consumes N135bn Rice, 2.19m Cattle Annually —ambode by Gaddafithe2nd(m): 9:03am On Mar 24, 2016 |
mapet: In fairness, Aregbesola started before these guys. He's already in partnership with IITA on some specialised crop production.....http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/11/osun-signs-mou-with-iita-on-agriculture/ http://guardian.ng/business-services/business/osun-signs-mouic-development/
but you need to understand, Lagos as a big consumer will not look the way of Osun, because Osun does not have the kind of Land mass, that will accomodate the scale Lagos is looking for. Bro, I got what you are saying. But the people of Osun aren't feeling the partnerships his govt had with various companies. The market is big to accommodate all players. We have cocoa plantation in Osun and many food and cash crops, he can partner with industrialised state in Nigeria and countries outside Nigeria. It is not a must he partners with Lagos. |

OP thanks for this writeup. There is no more students Union again in our schools. Many of them are puppet of the school authorities, some are cultist, some of them are fraudsters/con men.
I could remember one faculty president in Unilag. He embezzled all the money we got from companies. When the incoming President and speaker wanted to probe him. The Dean of the faculty halt that probe.
Faculty Presidents and departmental Presidents are big thieves. |

jairusben: hospital lab to do what na? Can't you read what the OP wrote. The person had his/her first degree in Zoology, MSc in Parasitology. For your info parasitology works in the lab and hospital. The people that discovered Zika virus are parasitologist. No be only SLT guys they work for labs Parasitologists study parasites and their relationship with their host environment, as well as the effect this relationship may have on humans. Parasitologists work in many fields including medicine, agriculture and academia, and their job duties are varied. They can focus their studies in many branches of biology, including microbiology and biochemistry. A bachelor's degree is the minimum to work in this field, and research positions call for a doctoral degree. http://study.com/articles/Parasitologist_Job_Description_Salary_and_Career_Outlook.html |
