Spot on @honeycandy if I were you that's exactly what I will do makano: Hello honeycandy
You do not need to fidget over this, be calm.
Since your school has said no sit available till Fall of next year, there is no issue about that.
Go ahead and submit your Passport for stamping and don't be in a rush about it unlike how most peeps here are always in a rush to get their Passport back , in your case you have enough time. The reason for this is because the same date your Passport is stamped is the same date it will expire next year, meaning the Visa is valid for a year...
So when you get your passport back, make sure you leave the country before the Visa expires.. Do not change your course, remember you have already Sugar-coated the Visa officer in your SOP why you wanna study the course you chose.
And you know the schools give reports to IRCC of all international students in Canada, so that IRCC can know the status of the students if truly there are studying in the school that was in their study permit application and also the course.
So play safe and stay patient... You will have enough time to prepare and also save a reasonable amount before finally leaving the country.
Peace |

Thank God safe trip May Canada favour you Please clarify Were you charged 300k for the remaining four 23k luggage? Lianna2020: LANDING GIST
My flight was scheduled for 10:55 pm on Sunday. We all went to the airport by 2:00pm because we had excess luggage and also to check in on time. At 2, there wasn’t any crowd, we had 23kg into ten places (entitled to just 6 bags at 23kg) and paid 300k for extra luggage.
Things requested for at Nigerian airport: 1. Arrive can 2. Stamped visas 3. Enrollment letter 4. Covid 19 test
We finished all checks around 5:pm. Please no matter the time for your flight, try and get to the airport early because the crowd from five ehn!, I wouldn’t have meet up if I went late.
Tickets were printed out, yellow card given as well and passport scanned.
I said final goodbyes to my in-laws around eight and got checked in.
We used Lufthansa, we left 10:55pm and got to Frankfurt after 6 hours. We had layover of about six hours.
Things asked at Frankfurt by immigration.
1. Arrive can 2. Visas 3. Covid test result 4. Quarantine plan (14 days at Airbnb)
Our flight to Vancouver moved around 1:35pm on Monday (Germany time). It was the longest ten hours of my life. I never knew traveling with an active baby was this hard. They served their usual Leaves but I no gree chop am because my turkey and meat Dey my bag Dey wait me(lol).
We got to Vancouver around 14:35(Vancouver time )on Monday . I filled arrival form on the system and moved to immigration.
At immigration in Vancouver, no cue or crowd at all. Things asked by immigration: 1. Stamped visas of hubby , I and baby. 2. Hubby’s letter of authorization (the letter sent after your pp has been stamped ).
His work permit and baby’s visit visa was printed. No need for mine as i already had my study permit since July . I waited for welcome to Canada and nothing ,yet again.
I and hubby got tested for covid at the airport and self test kit given for day eight test.
We moved to claim luggages(every bag complete ) there after entered taxi to our Airbnb for quarantine.
I wish everyone all the best. Amen |

Baba na cruise I dey Ooo The wait can be so arrrrrrrrrrrrrrr But your points are well noted makano: Hello gaduchendu
You are not yet in Canada, you are already instructing Visa officer...
Lets note that Visa officer/IRCC reps or agents are very much aware of this thread, in fact they are on this thread but silent.
I remember a case in 2018 0r 2019(cant really remember the year) of a moniker that was suspected to be an IRCC agent with the accurate and precised response the moniker was giving applicants.. Once he says there will be a final decision for May applicants or June applicant tomorrow for instance , we will witness rain of approvals and refusals that same day he mentioned for the said applicants only.. He was that accurate...
His posts and accurate information showed made us suspicious of him to be an IRCC agent, before he was blocked by the Moderator..
So please let us be mindful of how we talk and post against the Visa officers.. It is their country and they have every right to do whatever they wanna do...
All you applicants can do is to pray and hope their decision fall in your favour..
Peace |

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. • Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue. • Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study |

Naaaaaaaa Everything is clearly spelt out in their important deadlines. They have been following the same calendar ever since Sincerely, I have never seen a school with well plan structure like MUN. I knew all there important Deadlines even from 2019. I could even predict it. I never need to ask anybody OKP007: Where all our gurus ooo, kindly help your boy, I will definitely up IRCC. Memorial University staff naim mess me up, I have a mail that they told me I could still register before 29th, later they said registration closed by 22nd of September , while last date to defer was 29th. I so hate this school now. Things are just messed up for me. |

Bro maybe you need to confirm this Is like you can't legally work until you start classes Octavoral: Landing gist:
I decided to leave Nigeria October 1st to mark my independence from the country.
Left Abuja 10:20 pm via Lufthansa. I was a bit tensed cos of enrollment letter. While the Lufthansa staff asked, I gave her all my documents. She kept scrolling but she didn’t see. She was so in a rush and gave dem all back to me. I felt relieved. It was a 7 hrs trip to Frankfurt. I was quite excited when I finally got on board. While on the trip, foods were served but I only got tea cos my body never fit reason vegetable n tomato with a touch of salad. I knew hunger for soon wire me. Flight smooth, no much turbulence, Comfy seats, watched movies, slept till we got to Frankfurt.
Hunger set in, I decided to get some snacks while we wait 5 hrs for flight to montereal. An apple drink similar to lacasera and a cup cake, dem bill me $30. Na dier I know say good life is expensive. BTW, no matter Wetin u de buy, no de try convert the money to naira cos u go just de get Biggy BP. I ate and I no Belleful. For my mind, just endure, u go reach Canada. After 5 hrs, we departed to Montreal on a 8 hrs flight. Na same food dem serve again, this time, I took burger, tea and water, watched movies, slept and dreamt beautifully.
We got to Montreal, immigration check, COVID vaccine checked, ArriveCAN checked, as we approach final lap for study permit. I was supposed to have a connecting flight to Toronto but cos of the numerous checks, I missed. My fears returned again when I tot of enrollment letter but I hoped for the best, I was finally cleared without being asked. I boarded Toronto on a rescheduled flight within paying extra. Got to Toronto, converted my BTA to CAD.
My disappointment started when person wey promise to pick me no gree pick calls. No Canada sim, no data. I left the airport on Uber to register sim, trip cost $55, sim with 1 month free call, text and 10gig data $50. I took another Uber to a hotel $55 trip. When I got there, I paid $120/ day for 7 nyts. Money just de go fian fian.
As I de like this, owo ti ku waso ooo. Yesterday, I went to the school to confirm my slot for January. Ryt not, I’m looking for a shared apartment in Toronto or Brampton. Thereafter, a menial job till January cos money must be made. So, if anybody is willing to share an apartment within those zones, let’s connect. Male or female, I no mind. Abeg, anybody wey fit cook is preferable cos na face just de fresh, I don lean within 3 days.

I went to another branch of Access Bank and it was done. All these bankers are very inconsistent. Go to another branch or bank until you find the one that will process the payment instructions through Form A Chisolove3: I just want to know if there is any other bank that accepts Form A through 3rd Party?? Please someone who has successfully paid his/her tuition to University of Manitoba should tell me how its done pleeeeaaaassssseeeeeeeeeeee!! |
