I've always had a flat tommy and i've maintained it up till date!
To all my ladies in da house, wots ur recipe for a flat tommy?

For me:
10 push ups in the morning
4 slices of bread with Tea / 1 Egg

For Lunch
2 wraps of amala and ewedu with Fish
1 bottle of Water/ Juice

For Dinner
3 slices of boiled plantain
Vegetable Sauce (shrimps) to go with it
1 bottle of Water

Pls note: the quantity of the food you take determines how flat it will be
Take light breakfast
Take Staple food for Lunch
Take Light Dinner for easy digestion before 9pm.
And finally try to tuck in ur tommy whenever u go out, it helps to firm the tommy
