First thing you have to do is start doing professional courses e.g
if you're an accountant, go for ican or acca.
if you're into IT, go for courses you're comfortable with e.g msdba(database), mcse(system engineer)
if you're into business, go for the business analyst training and courses , then top it up with ITIL/PMP/Prince2
