MaziOmenuko: My friend went for an interview as a regional sales manager. When he was asked how much he wants, he said N250k per month; he was receiving N150k where he was working. He was employed by the new company with a salary of N250k. He resumed and realized that the zonal sales managers reporting to him were pocketing N300k and that his position is valued at N400k (that was what other regional zone managers were warning).
Long story short, he later met with the HR who told him the company met with his expectations. It was promised that his sales incentives will be made more mouth-watering. So he has to toil to make what his subordinates make as statutory pay.
Learning point: do a little investigation before you undervalue yourself.
Note: this story could have been a reversal whereby my friend lost the job becuase he insisted on a certain figure which the company couldn't afford. He should have resigned. |

Someone is providing his workers(unskilled) food, accommodation, security and still pay 150/180k per annum, yet you guys were busy calling him wicked. A lot of graduates these days are leaving home by 5am and come back 9pm, and still could not boast of 150k savings after food, accommodation, transport etc. What nonsense! How do you know if he is "feeding them well"? You have worked for him before? If he is looking for "unskilled" workers, why is he coming online? Is that where the Nigerian "unskilled" come? |

BTW when you earn 10m your actual take home is approx 6-7m, so this fool of a boy used 10 months salary to buy a car his mother cannot drive everyday just so he can put picture on social media and bigger fools can say what a good son he is. Wellldone
A sensible son will take the 70m and buy 2 flats for his mother in Lagos so she can earn rent for the rest of her life like I said earlier a sensible mother will reject the car and say give me the money.
it's clear the apple doesnt fall far from the tree and we can see where the stupid behaviour comes from Standing ovation, man! Too many fools in Nigeria. Politics › Re: Dariye: Why Ex-governor Deserves To Be Jailed – PDP by Gamesmart: 7:44pm On Jun 13, 2018 |
olajay86: The Plateau State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has reacted to the ruling of an FCT High Court sentencing former Governor of the State, Joshua Dariye to 14 years imprisonment.
Recall that the Justice Adebukola Banjoko-led court had yesterday found the former governor guilty of 15 of the 23 criminal charges levelled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
However, PDP, in its reaction described Dariye’s conviction as a landmark judgment and victory against corruption.
The Public Reactions Officer of the state arm of the party, Hon. John Akans said the time was ripe for the party to reclaim its stolen mandate from APC.
Akans told The Sun that the party decided not to drag the former governor to court when he defected to the All Progressive Congress (APC) with the mandate of PDP because it was established that he will not escape jail.
He said, “This is the hour we in the PDP have all been waiting for, the law has taken it course, it was a landmark judgment that has created an avenue for PDP to reclaim its stolen mandate.
“We gave Dariye overwhelming vote during the 2015 Senatorial elections in the state and he won the election under the platform of PDP but he disappointed the party by jumping to the ruling APC in search of refuge following his corrupt cases in court. No matter how long the case will take there must be a judgment day and today is the Day of Judgment.”

Romance › Re: Women Cannot Handle Rejection At All: My Experience by Gamesmart: 3:30pm On Jun 13, 2018 |
daviesblaze: I recently ended a thing with a lady and damn she didn’t take it well.
She was annoying, but I told her I was simply too busy with work and other things and she was pushing for something more serious.Truth was, i easily grow bored whenever a relationship stretches for more than a month
After I told her I had no intention of getting serious, out came the shaming tactics “You’re not a real man are you” “You’re just a fuckboy” “Don't let your look deceive you. you can't get anyone better than me” “Maybe I should send a guy friend to Bleep you up” “You wasted 2 months of my life” "you took advantage of me because i was vulnerable"
Now the whole time she’s saying all this, I kept thinking of the phrase women use to shame and shut down men who get aggressive over being rejected, “you’re not entitled to anybody’s love or affection”
So I decided to use it. I said “you’re not entitled to anyone’s love or affection” And she hit the roof telling me, “I can Bleep any guy I want, I can have a new guy every day if I wanted”
I gotta admit, it felt pretty damn good to use that on a chick.
Well sweetheart, why are you wasting time arguing with me? Go do that then!!
Typical woman. Feels entitled to my time but if I was being billy beta and getting Aggro about her not committing I’d get told I’m not entitled to her love and affection |

"Sometimes, your choices will not align with your ideologies. You know why? Humans are flawed".
What amazes me the most is how Nigerian guys spend so much time just to discourse feminism or denigrate women while these ladies keep getting wiser by each passing day. You'll soon blame feminism for being the reason for your downfall. How are they getting wiser? Continue deceiving yourself. Feminism is about to bring immense misery, that you did not create the largest part of it (your western sisters did), on some of you's heads.
