pansophist: An over-30-year-old woman with a child thinks she is a catch. Women logic.
I mean, you can be a catch as a good person, as a good mother, as a good friend, etc, but as far as sexual market value is concerned, humans, including men, aint a catch in attractiveness as they grow older, and it's worse for women.
Like I always said, feel free to live in delusion, reality will deal with you wotowoto offline. Well said, bruv! Women, generally, start declining in serious sexual attractiveness as they cross mid-thirties. They peak at their early to mid 20s (~20 to 27). Men, generally, start declining in serious sexual attractiveness as they cross mid-forties. They peak at their very late 20s to mid 30s (~28 to 36). So men have a longer window. Furthermore, sexual market value is not the only tool or avenue that men can use to attract women. Women generally can use only sex to attract. |

WannaHowzit: Ok cool. The documentary said single ladies renting homes are viewed as prostitutes 😳
And imagine in Lagos which is supposed to be your most modern city.
I'm not coming to Nigeria anytime soon. Backwardness and gutter pooping aren't my things. Mate, stop talking nonsense about Nigeria. Yes, Nigeria is a shithole. But SA is fast becoming another Nigeria. That is what you need to focus your energy on. |

It's banned in Nigeria tho
Do u know Bobrisky?
The reason why most single ladies can't get accommodation in Lag is because they often bring different men around. So it's a kinda security precaution in some buildings and residential areas.... There are ways around it tho That is a fooolish excuse! |
Properties › Re: The Nigerian City With The Most Outrageous Accommodation Fees by Gamesmart: 2:30am On Aug 14, 2023*. Modified: 7:57am On Aug 14, 2023 |
Rapmoney: I have visited so many cities in Nigeria due to my interest in the property business and I think Enugu is one of the most frustrating place to search for accommodation in Nigeria.
Read carefully. I am not talking about the general cost of apartments here. I am talking about the outrageous and unnecessary fees that these greedy and selfish Shylocks who call themselves property agents charge in Enugu.
It will interest you to know that the neighbouring states around are very different to what is obtainable in Enugu.
TYPICAL COST OF BED-SITTER/ONE ROOM IN ENUGU:
1 year rent = 200k/250k Agent fee = 100k Agreement fee = 100k Caution fee = 50k Management fee = 50k
Total = 500k/550k
Now, a young man who earns 50k as salary (average salary of a graduate in Enugu) is expected to pay 500k-550k for a bedsitter apartment for a year! If it was an industrialized city like Detroit, Amsterdam, Dubai, Los Angeles or Leeds, it would have been different but not a place that has civil servants and small business people as the greater part of the population.
Just because say you show me one room apartment, I go give you 100k!!! When you are renting in Nigeria, the only things you should pay for are: Annual Rent = In Full Agency fee = 10% or less of Annual Rent and only if an agent was used Legal fee = 10% or less of Annual Rent and only if a lawyer was used Caution fee = Should not exceed 20% of Annual Rent; percentage is dependent on features and amenities coming with apartment; you must also get it back if no damage has happened when you vacate Service Charges = Only if it is a luxury (or estate) apartment providing extra or exceptional services If you pay for anything else or charges above this level or outside these list of fees, then you are the maga; you are a foool.I shall refuse to pay all nonsense fees. Worse still, I will string them along and wait till the very last seconds, when they are expecting me to make the transfers before I tell them I am not paying their rubbish fees. So, for this Enugu example: TYPICAL COST OF BED-SITTER/ONE ROOM IN ENUGU: 1 year rent = 200k Agent fee = 20k max Agreement fee = 20k max (assuming this is legal fees) Caution fee = 40k max Management fee = 0k max Total = 280k or less (negotiate all the fees) If you paid 500K, you have been scammed out of 220K, like a true maga! |

Tajbol4splend: Words are cheap, that's why everyone talks about track record, believe me, Jonathan meant well for Nigeria too but he didn't understand the remedy and the way out, Peter Obi wasn't a success or failure as governor, he's just an average and like the rest, talk about his track record and you can convince a lot of us, it's not about meaning well but understanding the solution, he didn't do anything as governor, so how do you expect sage and fast thinking people to follow him But Peter Obi will be screaming all around the place as he being the greatest governor ever. Pure Charlatan! |

SirAfoy1: If dialoguing works that way. IPOB movement would have been solved before it got to this level, Book Haram won't have gotten to this. Also, ECOWAS body won't be thinking of war. The guy is just a power hungry one. If not the repercussion on West Africa Countries. I would suggest to leave them and let them experience same corruption understand dictatorship. When they see plane corruption and they are unable to say a pim, they will understand. Truly things are not going as expected but it is stupidity to think military would solve it and started making it work. Are the people in the so called military angels? What is the assurance that what could not work under democracy where everyone is fully involved would work under military that involves only few individuals? This is a common sense! Peter Obi has already solved IPOB! Afterall, he is an expert in claiming success where there is none. |

So far as the Coup leader leave room for negotiation, or will ecowas and Tinubu just gather in a room to resolve Niger crisis behind Niger authority.
I read lots of comment and outburst from Nigerians shouting, It does not concern us military coup is fast becoming a trend, who knows where the next one will happen .. so we shoud wait until it happen in Nigeria before we start doing what by then
pro activeness and deterrence must not be spared when it comes to national security.

People are saying that ECOWAS should leave Niger alone. Dont Niger know that ECOWAS wld intervene if something like this happens before they went to join ECOWAS?
Since they are members of ECOWAS, ECOWAS must intervene. But I wish this can be sorted out without any needless war.
So Mr. Peter, what happens if dialogue doesn't work? You do what Peter Obi does. He will boast success and his great achievements, despite no evidence of it on the ground. All mouth, no competence charlatan! |
