Occurstaem: But you see second one, she owes her teammates, not you or me. I guess managing your emotions entails insulting others?
Thanks for the advice, but you need it more than I do. In fact, if you need help with that, I'm trained to do that. She does not owe anybody shyt! (Point 2) She has done her job and done it brilliantly. (Point 3) She can do whatever she wants to do afterwards. I don't do emotions. I have little patience for things that don't make sense. That is my track on NL. I am not emotional, I am irritated most times on NL. |

Occurstaem: You could've made your point without insult. It shows you're mature.
My post you first quoted, if you've been patient to read it slowly you would've seen that I wrote that I didn't imply for her to cry. What that means was that she should've kept a straight face at least. But I guess she was excited to get in touch with her former colleagues. I And I commended her superb display almost getting a goal for us if not because of the crossbar. My comment was borne out of seeing Nnadozie crying and others unhappy. The point was your point was pointless. FACTS:1. How she reacts after the end of the match has no bearing on ANYTHING! 2. She owes you or anybody NOTHING about how she reacts or responds to the loss or her disappointments. 3. She has done her job for the day and she was brilliant. Your point was utterly pointless. Manage your emotions. |

bigtt76: Good run by the girls. They definitely impressed me today but they still had that issue of not holding on well to the ball or completing their passes accurately. Good stuff though. This is women's football. No team does that! Our girls were brilliant against England, considering their abilities, preparations and funding differences, until the penalties. They played like 8.5/10. Our midfielders (Ucheibe, Ayinde and Payne) are beasts!!! |

Occurstaem: I detst what she did after the match, smiling with a couple of English players. I don't imply her to cry. She almost got a goal for us and was excellent today. I know they were probably friends sometime ago but she shouldn't have done that. That's absolutely distasteful. Because if she was crying or moody it will help your life progress? Or put the Falcons in the QF? |

babytoun: Uchebe and Ayinde were excellet throughout this competition..
Not forgetting how Demehin complemented Ohale in the heart of the defence ..
The girls did well ....only attack needs serious improvement. Very well said! Ucheibe was a complete, hardworking midfielder. Our best player over 4 matches. Ayinde? No one could outpace her. I am sure she is the fastest in the tournament (maybe Colombia's Ramirez is second). If she was not a footballer, she could have made it in the sprints. Also very hardworking. Finished Laura James halo to the point she got frustrated. |

maintenant: You are wasting my time...
You approach football with lazy emotionalism...
I am speaking like a pundit and not a fan like you who wears his emotion on his sleeves...
Guardiola is one of the all-tme greats...
Coaching is an intricate science, oga... Na you dey argue they must have won because they played 10 players for 35 minutes. That is emotionalism! |

maintenant: Oga you deceiving yourself...
There is a reason coaches like Guardiola are coveted all over the world.
If your team hits the post 3 times and trail an opponent you largely outplayed 2-4 on shots on target, then something is wrong.
Talent most times is hardly enough...
This is a match Nigeria had no business losing...
We cannot make the upgrade if we continue this loser's habit of saying that "at least we tried"...
Morroco got to the semi-final of the men's World cup despite having no previous experience of going beyond the round of 16...
They didnt down tools after beating Spain...They tasked themselves and they delivered.
Low ambition and lack of deliberate application are sure fires routes to mediocrity... Stop talking nonsense! You made no sense with this. Dem go dey shout "Guardiola, Guardiola". Let Guardiola go do his success by managing Southampton, Eintract Frankfurt or Real Sociedad, then I would know that his tactics can make small teams dominate far better teams. |

The ladies tried... They were serious underdogs. Abi o. I was expecting them to thrash us like 3-0. This girls performed and dominated the game. The 90 mins is the best I have seen them play. |

IbileIfe: Don't mind the ignoramuses.
The Super Falcons of Nigeria were tactically better and missing penalty kicks is common. Even Lionel Messi and other famous award winning players in the history of soccer have missed penalty kicks. Nigeria demystified England, the European Champions. Dem go watch football and come up with anal-esis from their asses. Nigeria dominated and outclassed a Top 5, better funded and superior team, even before the red card; a team expected to thrash them like 5-0, but he is talking NONSENSE! |
