Prepare everything first before parboiling your rice or prepare as you parboil your rice as I did. The former is better but local man no get time Put oil inside pot, add tomato paste, onion and crayfish. Fry the damn stuffs until it blends, then add the fresh tomatoes and pepper. Put small water, add maggi and salt as the spirit leads and allow to boil. Na only 1 maggi I put o. Once the concoction boils, add your rice and cook.

Please I need suggestions on countries Nigerians are migrating on basis of work and study on budget of 1M

Turkey Uae Poland
More suggestions are needed please. I am sure there are others who are interested in a topic as this. Your help will be immensely helpful to us. I will be in the comment section please Poland 1 million naira? How sure are you? |

It's a major food among people of Enugu especially Nkanu n Nsukka, The content include-akpaka(ukpaka) Egedemgbu, (dnt know the English name) Echicha(dried coco yam) etc but u jst made plantain and beans for ur own pleasure Read the blog story behind it I couldn't get the full ingredients here so I improvised and I can't eat beans alone |

pozehnani: Lol
I see, I saw I see the beans, agwa I take the pot ite I cook, me siwe ya
I cook the bean agwa ya mewe ihun owuon Owuon Owuon It ite gi o di kwa nko? Owuon, owuon...
Hahahahaaaa
After all the effort put into making what you saw, ended up like normal porridge beans...
On a more serious note. I think your mistake was from the kind of beans you used and the ingredients. In the original one, it looks like they used black beans the Edo people call oyile or ukpele.
If it's not any of those beans, then they used kporokporo stem to achieve that color. I knew I couldn't get the exact ingredients especially the small beans so that's my improvised version |

Pierced: Yeah.....otipuri is cooked with par boiled grounded maize....beans and leaf (preferably bitter leaf).
I wonder why u added plantain to your achicha.
Normal achicha there's no added. That's my improvised version It's difficult for me to eat only beans without adding something Boarding school days made me hate eating beans only |
