tragic...you are right, i get a couple of these calls daily,and fell for them to first two days when my line became a target..they flash u very fast and when you call back,your airtime runs like a tap. I noticed it,and just ignore their flash with diff foreign numbers,each time they flash,it's with a different number. Our dudes aren't sleepin. It's Tragic.....
