Thanks so much for this advise, just that the father is a sailor and does'nt stay home for months. That leaves us with the option of either going as a family or going with my daughter and paying for daycare. My main issue however is this; Will three of us applying for the study visa lead to a denial by the embassy?I am asking because of advice from agent against it, probably in a bid to show home ties.
Hi Favour i am not home affairs or an Australian immigration officer either but then again i understand the angle the agent is coming from which makes the job easier for them thus gives you a high chance of visa approval because of home ties but best believe it isn't easy coming here with a toddler, three of you applying for a visa does not mean you'll are going to be denied if the agent cannot handle applying for the three of you find another good agent apply and pray simple.

Good evening all.I have a dilemma that requires input from experienced persons here.I am in the process of relocating to Australia with my husband and 4 year old daughter to study masters in social work.

The first agent i spoke to said its better i go alone and leave my husband and daughter behind,to come join me 6 months after i arrive ny His grace. We later met another agent that assured us of high chances of getting visa approvals for all three of us.

Another agent advised i leave my husband behind and go with my toddler. My confusion is this,is it actually risky for us all to apply as a family? What course of action is advisable to boost my chances of a visa approval.Pls drop your inputs.

hi favour i will be honest with you coming with your daughter is not a good idea i'l tell you why you will be going to school as well as running around where will the child be when you are doing all this, unless you have the funds for childcare which is expensive i will advice the child stays with the dad and come meet with you whenever you are ready or you three can try but what i am hammering at this point is please do not come alone with the baby unless you have the money to cater for the bills.
my two cents cheers

I’m doing online classes but my COE was issued
So I don’t think ur information is correct. It’s very essential document needed to apply for visa.
please understand what I am saying if your course is face to face and you start online while you await your visa sure your Ecoe will be issued, but if your course is online all through for what you are studying an Ecoe will not be issued. I stand to be corrected though

Honestly I’m tired. I’ve messaged multiple times and no positive results yet.
your Ecoe should not take more than a week after payment of your fees my thought is on your admission or offer letter is your course online or face to face ,if it is online an Ecoe will not be issued.Keep on calling the admissions team of your school they will be better placed to sort you out cheers….

Bro you just nailed it direction over speed....
Ikjosh04:

Lol, I've been in-active for a while and this is the first thing I am seeing after login in.

Well, I wish you success in your UK endeavours and as a matter of fact, I am super frustrated with the whole Australia boarder issues.

My friend and I, started this international study process together, he is already done with his final Msc exams in the UK and currently working on his project but i think it's important to note, that if I am to choose between Speed and Direction, I'll go for Direction. It's the impetus that sustain my speed.

Not withstanding, if I was financially buoyant, I would have switched to Canada route and not the Uk because the whole thing with Australia boarder is frustrating and depressing.

Best Wishes!
